Positive:
We stayed in the Bonnie and Clyde suite , it was clean, bright and very comfortable. The bathroom was huge and the bed was so comfortable. The owners went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and provided tea and coffee in the room and also in the little kitchen (outside )with for tea and coffee and also lovely little treats . absolutely amazing service would 100% go back.

Absolutely nothing it was perfect

I needed a break. This place fit the bill.

We had an amazing relaxing stay!

Tony was always responsive. We lost power one day and contacted Tony. We worked with tony to check the electical box and then he contacted the power company who got the problem resolved in a couple of hour.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin and it's surrounding area was peaceful. We really enjoyed it.

Beautiful property, friendly, responsive host. Exactly as described. Perfect for a quiet getaway. Recommend 100%!

Cabin- style and waterfront

A friend and I wanted a beautiful cabin in the woods surrounded by mountains with a hot tub, fire pit and indoor fireplace all within a drive of 90 minutes or less in order to have kids and spouse-free time to write. Tony’s cabin checked off every box. We grilled simple meals outdoors, wrote, hiked, and relaxed in the hot tub. The cabin is spacious, clean, and well maintained. There is a spa with sauna, gym, larger hot tub and pool down the road that guests have access to but we didn’t have the time to use either. We hope to return.

Wow great stay! Love the peacefulness but do recommend stocking up before heading out but we really enjoyed it and will stay again!

Nice kitchen with all the necessities. The bed in master was quite comfortable. Ample toiletries and tissue provided in the bathrooms.

We had our first ever family reunion at Tony’s listing. Both properties were absolutely amazing with extraordinary views. There was something to do for everyone from the oldest in our party, to the youngest. Both properties gave us enough room that everyone was able to get their own space comfortably. Mountain retreats that have hiking trails leading up to streams and waterfalls are rarely available especially for groups as big as ours. Highly recommended!

This is the perfect getaway for an intimate getaway! The hot tub was phenomenal, bed was extremely comfortable, and the little town was darling. Tony was extremely responsive and understating. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick getaway!

My wife and I are trauma therapists. So we often go on weekend getaways to unwind and destress. We have been doing this for the 11 years together. This place was undoubtedly the most relaxing weekend of them all. The location is ideal: peaceful, secluded, and literally on the river. The best part- the hot tub. I emailed the host to inform him that we intend to spend most of the weekend in the hot tub. He had it ready and warm upon our arrival. And if you travel with dogs like we do, the house is situated on a large piece of open, flat, grassy property. Our puppies loved it. This place is a hidden treasure we strongly recommend. We will be back.

Tony’s cabin was beautiful - the ideal location for relaxing in the woods while still having the amenities of the HOA on premise (not to mention that downtown Berkeley Springs is so close by). Tony sent over a house manual, which was clear and thorough. He was communicative and helpful throughout our stay.

The hosts were kind and friendly, solicitous of our comfort and immediately responsive to questions. This is a beautiful home with lovely furnishings, set in a very quiet, gorgeous, natural wooded setting. There are just a few other homes on this little road, all lovely too, and the neighbors know each other, so it feels exceptionally safe. We took short walks and runs in the neighborhood. It's a short drive to Wardensville where there are amenities, restaurants and activities to explore. Members of our group enjoyed breakfast and shopping at Lost River Trading Post, a glass-blowing class on Sunday and a delicious dinner with exceptional service at Mack's.

Beautiful location and nice home over all. The side yard could use some attention. The furniture while some is period to the home it is uncomfortable and dirty. Not comfortable to relax after a long day of touring/biking. As I stated, a nice place that could use furniture and bed upgrades.
