When we arrived at the cottage we immediately did a quick walk thru and then spent a few moments as the sun disappeared, enjoying the vista. Love the open feeling inside and out.
Graystone Getaway was the perfect size for our family. It’s located in a peaceful woodland setting close to Hedgesville and Berkeley Springs. The host was very responsive and sent a handyman quickly when we had an issue with the heat. We were there with a toddler and the roads are not really made for walking with a stroller, but we made it work.
My family truly enjoyed the stay at this beautiful place. The view from the deck was amazing. We hoped to stay longer.
Tony was very welcoming and very communicative with fast and clear responses. Thank you!

We enjoyed our overnight stay in this nice location along the river side. We especially enjoyed seeing the bald eagles!

We had a great stay with our two young kids. Safe location, clean, spacious, well stocked, comfy beds. Central location to everything in Winchester. One thing that stood out was the good quality furniture, much nicer than other places we have stayed. We did have a couple issues as it seems this rental is new and they may still be working out some things. But overall great stay and I’d definitely stay again!

We had a great experience with Tony's cabin at Franklin WV. The cabin was secluded and was very private. The cabin had great views of the sun rising and setting, as well as great night views with the stars showing in the sky.
The cabin had everything we needed!

Very cozy for a rainy, chilly fall weekend. Perfect for a family getaway with dogs. Loved all the board games and puzzles. Thank you!
The cabin has an absolutely gorgeous view. Kitchen is well equipped. WiFi is great. Cozy vibes perfect for a get away from DC. The bathroom needs to be redone - the floor around the toilet is soft and the shower has glue oozing out of the wall and duct tape in various places, plus we found a clump of hair stuck to that wall. The stairs down to the river are out of commission as well, sadly.
This pretty home is in a wonderful location in Luray! It is close to everything that we wanted to see. The Luray Caverns is a must see. The Mountain View’s are amazing. The host was fantastic on communication and we would highly recommend staying here! Thank you so much for making our weekend getaway spectacular!
Tony’s place was a good home base for us while seeing some of the sights in the area. My husband especially enjoyed the sauna!
Quiet cabin which feels the same inside. A great place to unplug from the world for awhile. No noise, no cars, no tv.

Great place great host
Tony’s place made us feel at home, very peaceful and cozy. Good vibes for the right season. Tony never failed to respond whenever we needed him, gave us clear instructions for check in. Our dog loved the place also. Overall a good getaway!
We had an amazing stay! The house is so cute and the perfect spot for a nice weekend away.
Tony's place was absolutely wonderful. The space was impeccably clean, nicely decorated, accurately described and shown in the photos. We really lived how the space was laid out with lots of options for a quiet weekend with friends. Tony was responsive and helpful. The screened porch was our favorite space. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had the basics we needed for simple cooking. And we liked the proximity to some hiking trails.
We had a great stay! The property was nice and comfortable, and everything went smoothly. We enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for being a great host Tony,
