Great getaway to nature and lots of privacy. Good spot to have an outdoor fire. The neighboring town of Berkeley Springs is very quaint with good restaurants and we caught the farmers market which was a nice way to end the trip.

Had a wonderful two day stay at this cozy cabin, secluded yet within reach of nice local spots. Communication was great, and thankfully bugs were not an issue.

The place is immaculate, beautiful, modern cabin with all the amenities that you need e.g. cooking utensils, cups, glasses, etc. If you want rest and relaxation this is it. It’s so spacious and well designed. We really enjoyed sitting by the fire pit making smores and star gazing. But the best part of it all was the game room- a fantastic addition. It was such a surprise when we realized that the other cabin was ours too with it’s own game room, which we enjoyed immensely. We played fouls ball and threw darts late nite and early morning. We grilled and chilled. Its was exactly the couple days rest that we needed. Not to mention, the bed is super comfortable and I got some really good rest. Thanks for creating such a lovely hide away.

If you want a quiet, peaceful location, this is the spot! We came from a busy area outside of Annapolis for a slower pace and some downtime away from the hustle, and we got just that. We hiked around, went to the State Park, rode e-bikes around Berkeley Springs, stopped at the bathhouse, met some locals, and really enjoyed ourselves. Tony’s Butcher Block had great burgers, Prospect Peak was beautiful for sunsets, the Almost Heaven swing in the state park had a breathtaking view, and fires at the cabin were some of our highlights. We will definitely be back!

I would definitely recommend Tony’s place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. The place was incredibly clean, well maintained, and in a private location. The surroundings were beautiful. The listing perfectly described Tony’s place.
Tony was a fantastic host. He was one of the most attentive hosts I’ve ever stayed with on Airbnb. He communicated very well throughout our stay, responded quickly to any questions we had and provided helpful recommendations for things to do nearby. He even checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated.
Overall a great experience. We would definitely stay here again!!

Although our stay was short we loved Tony’s place. We particularly enjoyed the fire pit and looking at the stars the evening we arrived.
The game room was a huge hit the next morning.
There were a lot of thoughtful amenities as well. Makeup remover wipes in the bathroom, coffee essentials even if you don’t plan to make breakfast.
Wonderful getaway location and the neighbors we met were also welcoming and friendly.
Nearby Berkeley Springs is a quaint little town worth spending a day exploring as well.
We hope to return for a much longer stay in the future!

Great little cabin. Plenty of space, fun separate game room with darts and foosball table. Very quiet, beautiful surroundings. Everything you need (and more) for a getaway away from the day-to-day commotion. Super easy check-in, very responsive host. Will definitely return!

The cabin was easy to find, cozy and so quiet. The firepit is a lovely way to wind down in the evening under the stars. Tony was very responsive and communicative. We would recommend staying here if you are in the area!

I had a wonderful stay at Tony’s place. The surroundings were beautiful, and the cabin was cozy with lots of charming details. The only concern I had was the heater in the game room, it made loud noises at night, which was a bit disruptive while sleeping. Other than that, it was an amazing stay overall.

We loved our time at the Pinecone Perch. We are super busy people, and needed some time to chill. It was perfect for that.
The nature is so beautiful, we saw deer, blue jays, and woodpeckers. You can really just sit in a chair and enjoy the view for hours. The grill is awesome, definitely recommend taking advantage of that.
We didn’t really use the game room, the room felt a bit unwelcoming and we couldn’t access the cabinet with the games in it.
The fire pit was so awesome. Early one morning when it was nice and cold we got up and made a fire for sunrise. It was great and such a nice way to start the day.
All in all the experience we had was exactly what we wanted and needed. This is the kind of AirBnB you stay at to get away and enjoy nature. It might not have everything you want, but it certainly has everything you need. The peace and relaxation was powerful and something we hadn’t felt in a long time!

We enjoyed the peace and quiet location. The additional game room was a nice bonus. The bed was very comfortable and all of the kitchen utensils and cookware were available for use. It was a great place to get away and unwind from our busy lives.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We wish we were staying for longer as it was a great escape. The cabin was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. It is more removed, and on a gravel road but both of our front wheel drive sports cars had no issues. The area was awesome for our dogs to roam around and the game room is such a fun space!

We enjoyed our stay at Pinecone Perch! It’s exactly as pictured and a very beautiful setting. It is very remote so plan for extra driving time. Everything in the cabin is new and the WiFi works great. Has everything you need for cooking and grilling. Tony was a very kind and responsive host! We would definitely return if in the area.

I wanted to escape the city for a couple of days and this place offered a nice and quiet getaway. Felt very remote (in a good way) and only one neighbor in view. Surprisingly fast wi-fi for the location. Great for a quit working vacation.

This Tiny Cabin provided a perfect home for our last minute weekend getaway. Tony was a very responsive host. The online document provided by Tony was thorough and gave us complete information on everything about the property and surrounding area. The property was very clean and everything worked properly. It is located at the end of the dirt road, and very private. Although mobile service was spotty throughout the area, the WiFi was excellent in the cabin. We checked out the game room but did not use it during our stay. The fire pit looked enticing, but it was just too hot and humid to even want to use it! We would definitely consider coming back to this property and working with Tony again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin in the woods! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was super responsive and friendly, which made the experience even better.
We especially loved the quiet, secluded setting—it was the perfect escape from the city. The game room was a fun bonus, and the pet-friendly setup was a huge plus. Our dog Bear absolutely loved being a woodsy pup!
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature!
