This secluded cabin is fantastic for a getaway. We only stayed one night, but it was a relaxing evening in a very clean and calm environment. Not to mention, Tony was a fantastic host who continued to check in throughout our stay to make sure everything was how it should be.

Nice area
Tony was readily accessible at any given time to answer questions about the house or local tips. The house was the perfect DC getaway with plenty of beds for a group. Couldn’t ask any more out of the space or host, it led to a warm, cordial trio for the whole family to enjoy
Amazing host! Always in touch from the very beginning making sure everything was as expected. The place is beautiful, we had an Amazing Christmas here.
The property was spacious and very accommodating for a member of our family in a wheelchair. The cabin was clean upon arrival and we plan to return for another stay in the future
This place was great. Had many things inside the house to entertain yourself with and the location was amazing. Great views all over. Would definitely come back here again.
Cool front cabin is large with plenty of beds and bathrooms, great for a large group.
The huge deck and dining room are the highlight of the property, IMO.
The heating system worked wonderfully and we were kept warm and dry while watching 18 inches of snow fall in December.
The cabin is large and a bit rustic but perfect for a large gathering and I would imagine the seasonal amenities like swimming, hiking etc would be wonderful.
There is only one very large flat screen TV but the Wi-Fi worked great for us.
Plenty of cookware, towels, bed linens and closet space.
The wood stove was awesome and you can forage the grounds for fallen branches or buy wood at the local grocer.
Tony is an attentive host who always answered my texts, the communication was really great.
We are thankful he allowed us to stay at the Cool Cabin with our dogs.

The house needs a couple updates and the hot water smells really strange, but other than that we enjoyed our stay at Tony’s cabin. The hot tub was wonderful under the stars!
The house is much larger than I expected, and the layout is perfect for a multi-family or multi-generational group. The basement level has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed plus bunk beds, and the other bedroom with bunk beds, as well as a living area space, a full bathroom, an extra refrigerator (very handy for a large group bringing tons of food), and its own exterior door. The main level has a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. And the upstairs level has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed plus daybed, and the other bedroom upstairs has 4 beds (2 singles & bunk beds), plus a full bathroom that connects the two bedrooms. Tons of sleeping space! I loved the separate dining room with all the windows. I loved the huge deck. The bbq grill worked great. Berkeley Springs is a very cute town . We even filled up our water jugs at the old spring water tap! Hiking at Cacapon Mountain State Park was very nice. The house was very clean and the Owner made me very comfortable that they had heightened their cleaning procedures to adhere to COVID recommendations. The Owner was very responsive via text. All in all, being able to spend Thanksgiving with our multi-generational family in a lovely remote location, a house big enough to fit everyone comfortably, a dining room table large enough for all of us too, being able to get away from the crap-show of 2020 and almost forget it all for a few days - this was lovely!

This is a great rustic getaway for families with kids and dogs. It is definitely a bit rough around the edges and could use some upgrades, but the setting is beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub immensely and spent a lovely evening around the fire pit and took a long walk down to the river.
We had a great stay for a couple days in Tony's cabin! He was quick to respond with any question we had. We had everything we needed to cook some nice meals whether we were in the kitchen or on the patio grill. The pellet stove downstairs kept it nice and cozy. The hot tub worked excellently, and we loved the outdoor firepit for s'more-making. We felt secluded from other folks, which is what we wanted, but we were also nearby a grocery store for essentials and also the cutest cat cafe Give Purrs A Chance. Overall, a really great deal for a few days getaway.
We had the perfect getaway! We enjoyed every thing Tony had to offer that was associated with fire! Great hot tub!

Everything was where the host said it was. The cabin is remote, but Tony made a clear house plan doc that helped a lot. It is a very relaxing place with a bunch of things to do. Would stay there again.
