If you’re looking for a dreamy, incredibly peaceful, beautiful, and safe getaway, I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. It’s truly the complete package in every sense of the word! My partner and I stayed here for two nights, and we loved every moment of it. I enjoyed our stay so much that I genuinely wanted to extend it for another two nights, but unfortunately, there was no availability. This place is an absolute gem, and I would return in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommended!

Great host and amazing home!!
We had a wonderful and relaxing fall getaway here and would love to go back someday!
Communication was terrific, responded so quick and thorough I would have sworn it was AI lol. It was lacking in "the extra touches" I have received in other vrbo rentals (boxes of tissues in multiple rooms, local menu/ brochures, fresh baked goods or snacks, extra towels) but it was accurate to description of rooms, firepit, hottub and provided cookware. It was a 10 min drive to Dollar General or 30 min to bigger town of Martinsburg for Walmart, variety of restaurants. Also about 30 min from Sleepy Creek nature preserve and lake for fishing or hiking and Cacapon State Park for scenic overlooks which is also a location for one of the Almost Heaven Swings. Another swing nearby is at Poor Farm Park and about an hour away in Shepherstown. Loved the woodsy setting and access to the community sports center which included gym, sauna, indoor/outdoor pools based on season, plus a library of books you can check out if the mood strikes you to read on the deck or by a cozy fire. Overall basically good choice for the area and it met my needs.

Tony’s place was well above expectations! What a great house. I would highly recommend for a short on long stay. The house is clean, comfortable, and makes you feel right at home. It’s in between Berkeley Springs and Martinsburg so the location is perfect.

We spent a wonderful weekend celebrating our 8th wedding anniversary at this Airbnb! It was a lovely getaway and a great place to relax and enjoy quality time together.
We experienced a few minor hiccups, including no propane and a low water level in the hot tub. However, Tony and the hosts were absolutely wonderful! They were friendly, extremely responsive, and quick to resolve our concerns. Their excellent communication and attentiveness were truly appreciated!
One small detail was that the coffee provided had expired in November 2025. We forgot to mention it, but we’re confident the hosts would have addressed it immediately, just as they did everything else. No worries, as we simply picked up our own!
Overall, we truly enjoyed our anniversary getaway! A few minor bumps, but what matters most is how they’re handled, and the hosts did an excellent job! Thank you for helping make our anniversary weekend memorable!

This was our very first time going to Berkley Springs and I am only sad that we didn't book a full week. The house was wonderfully situated and though it was in a community it felt very secluded and private. The property was well-cared for and matched the pictures really well. The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had. The beds were comfy, there were extra pillows and towels which I really appreciated. The hot tub was large. I would definitely recommend this home for any family gathering. My favorite place was the living room and the fireplace for relaxing and watching the leaves fall outside. The dining room table is so large, perfect for holiday meals. Thank you for hosting us!
