What a wonderful experience! After a couple of bad stays this place brought back my love of Airbnb. It’s a beautiful home in a great place- so peaceful! There were plenty of supplies, comfortable furniture, and everything was so clean. We didn’t want to leave and look forward to coming back again! Highly recommended!!

Tony owns a number of properties in the Berkeley Springs region. Select the best one for your stay. We spent two nights at Aspen Haus with our two little dogs after our original rental with Tony became unavailable due to septic issues. What we loved most about Aspen Haus is its location. It’s surrounded by woods and a few other cabins in the resort-development, but still felt private. The cabin is also short distance by car to Cacapon State Park, where we hiked, and the main drive in Berkeley Springs, where we visited the hot springs/spa. Our evenings were quiet, and we enjoyed the hot tub under the trees and starry sky. We had a pretty positive experience overall — however, one thing to consider before selecting this property amongst Tony’s other cabins is that this one does have some considerable wear. The photos provided make it appear just a tad more updated than it really is. If you’re totally willing to overlook the outdated aesthetic/appliances, you’ll have a lovely time.

Nice house/cabin. Extremely clean, and well stocked kitchen. One item missing though, a bath tub mat! It was hard to enjoy the massaging shower while worrying about slipping in the shower. The cabin was quiet with deer daily visitors. I wish it would have been warm enough to enjoy the nice screened in porch. Great host, extremely responsive and friendly.

Great little location in WV. We didn’t get to use the resorts but had a good time relaxing and enjoying the fireplace. Amenities were practical and clean. Host was very flexible, we had to adjust the dates and they did it with ease even refunded us some money because it was cheaper for the new dates! Highly recommend just for the customer service alone!

This place has everything you need for a quiet weekend away. The neighborhood was not busy and walkable which made taking our dog for walks and letting him smell all the smells quite enjoyable. The host was responsive from the beginning and made sure we had all the information we needed to checkin, checkout, and feel comfortable (and didn’t constantly checkin on us after we arrived which was a plus!). The house was super clean, the kitchen was modern and stocked with all of the cooking supplies you could need, and their board and card game selection was fun. The bed was comfortable. We are easy to please but I think most visitors would be pleased with their stay and their interactions with the host!
