We had a lot of fun and really got to relax out there! Down the street of the house one of the neighbors has outdoor cats (& ofc there's wildlife & you're supposed to drive slow on the gravel roads) so be careful driving!! We were lucky enough for it to flurry & snow a little which was so beautiful with the fireplace & overall vibes of the cabin. We'd come back for sure! We also love the bath house in Berkeley Springs & the little shops around it.

Tony was super nice. There was a hiccup in the original listing I had reserved but Tony was a great help and everything went forward smoothly. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Such a great find for the price!! 10/10

My husband and I really enjoyed our low-key getaway week here. We spent most of our time in the house relaxing in the hot tub or playing air hockey in the arcade. There is so much to do inside the house that you really don’t need to venture out to have some fun. This is the perfect place if you are looking for a lazy week or weekend. It is in a pretty private area so not too much to do but we did enjoy several of the local restaurants. King’s NY Pizza was delicious and Canary Grill is a must with its beautiful view, yummy food, and many dietary options. Would definitely visit again!

A nice place to stay; the views at sunset were gorgeous. Tony responded timely to questions & requests. Cabin & hot tub were clean, heat, water & appliances good. Furniture 7 out of 10 for comfort. Check-in 4pm - no entry code - sent email. 4:55 - message came with code saying cleaners just finished. Cabin was not ready on time. Dark at arrival outside light off & took 15 minutes to get key box open. Linens & blankets for pull-out couch not there; didn't realize until late, so no response to until morning. 3rd guest used car blankets for 1st night. One blanket only on other 2 beds. Next day Tony gave code for locked closet but no blankets there, just sheets. No one seemed to know where they were. Cleaners bought & delivered blankets that day. Checkout was 10 am - wifi shut off at 7 - no warning. Had to get to cell area to log out of TV subscriptions on our phones. Nice people, some easy logistic fixes would make a big difference, like motion lights, electronic lock, extra blankets.

We came from SC to enjoy alone time for our 5th anniversary and it was perfect! He was amazing when I had to reach out when we made a mistake about not keeping taps dripping and he had someone sent out super quick!❤️ definitely might have to come again, the fireplace was our favorite!

My pipes froze and I had family in town. By the grace of God, Tony's cabin was within 1.9 miles of my home. The cabin was a complete lifesaver and perfect for what we needed - heat, water and a wonderful place to stay. The cabin centrally located near hunting, fishing, biking, and both the Great Cacapon and Potomac Rivers. Tony replies instantly to messages and check up on us regularly. The cabin with rustic, clean and affordable. Thank you for saving the day!

Our stay was very nice. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Places to eat were a good 30 minutes away and the closest gas station was 19 minutes away. When we went it had snowed and it was very pretty. The cabin kept us toasty and warm but the road the cabin was on hadn’t been cleared like the surrounding roads so it was very icy and it was a bit hard to get in the driveway at first. I would visit the area again but I’d have my stay towards the end of the week where there may be more to do. It’s a small town so a lot of the places we wanted to go to were closed mon-Wed.

The cabin was really nice but it had some electrical problems. When we used the hair dryer for example the lights would start flickering and if you would turn on the tv the hair dryer would lose power. We also came into the cabin with food from the supermarket and found out the stove was not working which really sucked because we were planning on cooking with the food we bought. But after texting him he switched the cabin for us which was really nice he is a good host. Overall we were happy with our stay the area was really nice and many things to do.

Tony was a great host. He always responded pretty quick. It made me feel as if he cared and was willing to be there if we needed something urgent/non urgent. The cabin was very clean, beautiful and had games for us. We wanted a cozy vibe with things to do inside the cabin, and this was definitely what we were looking for. Tony has lots of stuff already, such as plates and silverware, which made it a lot more easier for us as we had forgotten some stuff haha. Overall, the warm cozy and welcoming vibe was amazing. I recommend this place 100% if you’re looking to just relax and enjoy nature with a drink and some games. Would definitely come back, especially for that hot tub! :3

So many great things about this place! It's looks exactly like the photos. There were only two things that took me to a 4 star overall rating. The bed in the loft was a little too hard for my liking and the other downstairs bed was really hard like a board. The other was that the hot tub cover assist mechanism was broken and I couldn't get the cover off of the tub to fully enjoy it. Otherwise the location was great and Bath was not too far away to be able to get to restaurants and shops.

We had a great time at the cabin! Just the right size for a family or small group. Clean and well arrange for a nice stay. We really enjoyed the hot tub! It was clean and easy to use. The kitchen had everything needed to make simple meals. We didn't get a chance use the grill or fire pit, but those are a nice touch. Would recommend!

This cabin was exactly as described. Having an EV charger was a great addition; saved us from having to make charging stops. The cabin is secluded, but still fairly close to Luray and Front Royal. There was plenty of cookware to make a meal at the cabin as well. It was a little too cold to take the kayak or canoe for a spin but I liked that they were available. Tony was easy to communicate with and the instructions were easy to understand.

The perfect place to spend our 10 year anniversary. So quaint and comfortable with the perfect balance of History and nature. Can't wait to go back with our kiddos once the weather warms up. Highly recommend visiting Berkely Springs, just remember to bring your own jug (water container), hardly many places like this anymore so treasure them while you still can.

This house was truly a peaceful place to unplug and relax. The house is adorable, bed was supportive and everything we needed was there. The heat was warm, the hot tub was ready to go and the house was quiet as a mouse! There were a few things that I wasn’t a fan of during the stay. Before you arrive, you get the house rules and information in a manual. The rule given that firearms are not allowed on the property made me unsettled. The house is secluded and has ZERO cell service. You want me to be in a house in the mountains, where predators are a dime a dozen with no way to call for help…. And leave my means of protection at home? I understand the property isn’t mine, but I found that rule unsettling for me. We also wanted to check in earlier in the day, but there was some sort of technological issue that prevented it. We were asked multiple times if we wanted to come a day early or stay another day, but that didn’t fit our work schedule. I wish we could have checked in early.

Our trip to Tony's place was a last minute booking and we couldn't be happier with our stay. The views of the stars from the deck/hot tub was our favorite part. Tony's place is private, quiet, and a great place to escape to. We would stay here again. Cheers!

Beautiful place, accurate the way it was described. The only downside was that when I went and took a shower there was no water bc the circuit breaker was on and off every 5 minutes. His place was clean. The tub was a nice touch.

Really thankful for our family's little getaway. Tony was always helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. My only suggestion would be to add some coat racks in the entryway to hang coats, and maybe a small wardrobe in the bunk bed room for a bit of bag/clothing storage. Other than that, it was great. We enjoyed using the Sports Center at the Woods and it was easy to do, because our host was so responsive. Hope to come back some time!

Great location. Right outside of Deep Creek Lake with my favorite coffee shop, Traders, 30 minutes away. Swallow falls was a 20/25 minute drive & was absolutely beautiful. Tony was a great host & was checking in to make sure everything went smoothly & it ended up being the perfect long weekend for my son & I. We stayed right after Thanksgiving & the price was very worth it. I definitely recommend staying here.

For sure host and his place is good but roads gets clogged in snow and if your car gets stuck in snow then only option you have is to tow the car.

Nice place overall. The 3/4 wall between bedrooms does not provide for privacy. Not an issue for us done as we did not bring our children, but could be important to other guests.

We loved our stay here! The cabin is cozy and easy to get to. We loved the feeling of being “away” but within just a short drive of local attractions. The place was clean and provided everything we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. Tony was very responsive and checked in a couple of times to make sure all was well. If you are looking for a private, cozy retreat, this is a great place to stay.

Took my parents here for a little getaway. Host was very responsive and had great communication. Nice and peaceful area and easy check in instructions. Very clean house and cozy. My family liked the board game and hot tub. Very peaceful and relaxed surroundings. Went to the winery near by had a great time!
