Very nice stay!! Perfect for a calm get away!!! Tony was amazing and on point!!

Worth the 6h drive to discover Berkeley springs thank you Tony for having us.

Stayed at Little Bear Lodge

10/24/2026

If you are looking for a place to unwind surrounded by nature, this is the place for you. It’s only about 15 minutes from town and the drive is through beautiful countryside. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you could need for your stay. The enclosed porch has a beautiful table and would be a great place for friends and family to gather. Be prepared for smaller-than-average (though comfortable) bedrooms with no closets. The only thing that we didn’t like was the smell of wood smoke inside the cabin. It was very strong. We used air spray to lessen it. This would be perfect for a friends trip or a small family trip.

Stayed at Upland Trail Retreat

10/24/2026

If you are looking for a secluded and private home in the mountains, this is the place. Beautiful view. Glad we arrived during the day. The instructions were clear and the private road was well marked. It might have been more difficult to find after dark. We enjoyed the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. The furniture was a bit dated, but the mattress we slept on was comfortable and the house was clean.

I had a large group stay here for a nearby wedding and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end! Tony was super communicative and was kind enough to let us check in a little early! The home itself is in a beautiful location and is kept very tidy and organized! (The morning view of the mountains cannot be beat)! I would recommend this listing to anybody staying in the area and would love to visit again

Stayed at Pinecone Perch

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was great, and everything went smoothly.

Stayed at Bear Necessities

10/24/2026

Perfect place to go and unplug from the world! Five miles down a one lane road that very few people use. Extremely quiet! We took our dog and enjoyed many walks down the lonely road along the river. The few neighbors that we did see were all friendly. Actually people waved to us everywhere we went in the area. Anytime I need to get away I'll be going back to this house. And I had many questions for Tony who answered me within a short time.

Stayed at Stargazer

10/24/2026

This place is great for a romantic getaway. We have booked 2 stays with them so far. Both times the host has been very responsive, and the paces are clean inside. Location is very secluded even though there are 2 other domes around, you barely hear them and you have to go out of your way to see your neighbors. Highly recommended!!

Stayed at Black Bear Vista

10/24/2026

10/10 place have nothing bad to say at all the only thing I wish the water was faltered because taking a shower in water that smells like metal wasn’t very good and my hair was not good after other then that would def rent again There is clean water to cook and drink form tho 🫡

Stayed at Overlook Orchard

10/24/2026

Great view, great cabin. Enjoyed the trails and stocked fishing pound. More traffic up and down the roads than you’d expect for a listing on so much acreage. 10am checkout is annoying, but supposedly you can sometimes pay more $$$ to check out later.

Tony’s place was very clean and plenty of space . A newly build townhouse complex with new furniture and home decor. Very quit and safe area. We enjoy our stay.

Stayed at South Fork Retreat

10/23/2026

This cabin and its location was BEAUTIFUL. We really did feel right at home. It was clean, well-stocked, had comfy beds, plenty of linens, & board games/toys for the kids. The river access, fire pit, & private yard were great. We wanted to stay forever! A note on the location: it is down an extremely long gravel road. We got a flat tire after check out. We had a hard time finding a tow truck and couldn't get anyone to pick us up. We were lucky that the tow truck had room to take our whole family because we were literally stranded otherwise. I mention this because a local stopped to say that every time fresh gravel is put down, people end up with sliced tires. The tow truck driver said he is called to that road regularly. Dirt roads don't always mean flat tires, but it did here. I would stay again, but not without roadside assistance coverage. The new tire/hour-long tow were very expensive. But I DO NOT feel that this is Tony's fault or that he misrepresented the location/drive at all.

Stayed at Whispering Oaks

We would like to thank Tony for having an excellent place to visit for the week. It was very quiet and a perfect in the woods setting. The 10 almost 11 month old puppy we had with us totally enjoyed it too. It was well worth the price and we certainly will think about renting it again.nbrown

This property was utilized for an annual offsite sales management retreat. The house was well stocked for the occasion and the listing was accurate. It is a very nice setting, beautiful views and a nice waterfall, and it worked well for our meetings.Lots of space, many bedrooms, and an abundance of kitchens.

Stayed at Orion

10/23/2026

We had an awesome stay with the family at Orion. The dome is unique and exactly the relaxing mountain getaway we were looking for. The private deck and fire pit were great, the space felt comfortable, and the wooded setting was peaceful. There was a small issue with some evidence of outside critters when we arrived (the listing does note to be prepared for animals in a natural setting) but Tony was very quick to get it resolved and it wasn’t a real problem for us. The well water has a mild sulfur smell that didn’t bother me at all, my wife noticed it occasionally and wasn’t a fan, but it didn’t impact our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Tony was responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend for a unique, low-key family escape.

Stayed at Lookout Lodge

Very nice mountain house with beautiful view in the woods community. Our beagle dog Jolly enjoyed her view of the Golf course seeing gol t er in the carts going pass. Hot tub was enclosed making it easy for our dog to be on the porch when we were in the hot tub. Our host was on top helping us answer questions

Positive: I loved the woods and the meadow . The beds were amazing! Fire pit was great! Loved it! Negative: Needs a new frying pan and a grill needs upgrading.

Stayed at Green Valley Retreat

10/22/2026

My husband and I were looking for a quick getaway from home but stay local. It was a great place to just finally forget about life and relax. We enjoyed watching nature around us this time of year. Would recommend visiting if you want some peace and quiet. The owner was ver responsive and had clear directions on how to enter and close up the house. Would stay with Tony again.

Stayed at Garden Hollow

10/22/2026

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was very comfortable and exactly as described. The back porch was a lovely spot to sit with morning coffee, and we enjoyed using the grill on our last evening. As a chef, grilling pork chops while taking in the fresh air was a particular pleasure. The kitchen was well equipped, too. The outdoor fire pit was a great feature. We didn’t light a fire inside, but having that option added to the cabin’s cozy appeal. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom had everything we needed, and the washer and dryer were a useful convenience for anyone on a longer trip. Toni was very responsive, and our stay was everything we had hoped for. A comfortable, peaceful place to get away—we would happily recommend it

Stayed at Red Feather Cottage

10/22/2026

If you’re looking for a dreamy, incredibly peaceful, beautiful, and safe getaway, I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. It’s truly the complete package in every sense of the word! My partner and I stayed here for two nights, and we loved every moment of it. I enjoyed our stay so much that I genuinely wanted to extend it for another two nights, but unfortunately, there was no availability. This place is an absolute gem, and I would return in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommended!

Stayed at Golden Pines

Communication was terrific, responded so quick and thorough I would have sworn it was AI lol. It was lacking in "the extra touches" I have received in other vrbo rentals (boxes of tissues in multiple rooms, local menu/ brochures, fresh baked goods or snacks, extra towels) but it was accurate to description of rooms, firepit, hottub and provided cookware. It was a 10 min drive to Dollar General or 30 min to bigger town of Martinsburg for Walmart, variety of restaurants. Also about 30 min from Sleepy Creek nature preserve and lake for fishing or hiking and Cacapon State Park for scenic overlooks which is also a location for one of the Almost Heaven Swings. Another swing nearby is at Poor Farm Park and about an hour away in Shepherstown. Loved the woodsy setting and access to the community sports center which included gym, sauna, indoor/outdoor pools based on season, plus a library of books you can check out if the mood strikes you to read on the deck or by a cozy fire. Overall basically good choice for the area and it met my needs.

We spent a wonderful weekend celebrating our 8th wedding anniversary at this Airbnb! It was a lovely getaway and a great place to relax and enjoy quality time together. We experienced a few minor hiccups, including no propane and a low water level in the hot tub. However, Tony and the hosts were absolutely wonderful! They were friendly, extremely responsive, and quick to resolve our concerns. Their excellent communication and attentiveness were truly appreciated! One small detail was that the coffee provided had expired in November 2025. We forgot to mention it, but we’re confident the hosts would have addressed it immediately, just as they did everything else. No worries, as we simply picked up our own! Overall, we truly enjoyed our anniversary getaway! A few minor bumps, but what matters most is how they’re handled, and the hosts did an excellent job! Thank you for helping make our anniversary weekend memorable!

This was our very first time going to Berkley Springs and I am only sad that we didn't book a full week. The house was wonderfully situated and though it was in a community it felt very secluded and private. The property was well-cared for and matched the pictures really well. The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had. The beds were comfy, there were extra pillows and towels which I really appreciated. The hot tub was large. I would definitely recommend this home for any family gathering. My favorite place was the living room and the fireplace for relaxing and watching the leaves fall outside. The dining room table is so large, perfect for holiday meals. Thank you for hosting us!

Stayed at Sapphire Hollow

10/21/2026

We had a great stay ..the place needs some TLC… flooring in hall needed replaced and water spots on floor molding painted . When we got there it was on cool and we have never used a thermostat like that and had a very hard time getting it to change to heat but finally figured it out.needs instruction above it to make it easier. Toaster oven was very dirty. Over all the place grew on us and we enjoyed after the first night . Really had a hard time finding the lights because it was getting dark when we got there . Tony was very responsive when we were having trouble with the thermostat.

Stayed at Antler Cove

We had a great stay! The home was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and had comfortable bedrooms. The hot tub and fire pit area were a huge highlight and made the stay extra special! It’s conveniently located near Shenandoah Caverns and Endless Caverns, with Buc-ee’s about a 55-minute drive away. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb!
