The sunrise paints the ridge gold as you step onto the wrap‑around deck, the crisp mountain air mingling with the soft chorus of birds. Inside, the tall ceilings and floor‑to‑ceiling windows frame the sweeping valley, while the stone wood‑burning fireplace invites you to settle in with a warm drink. In the loft, the hum of an air‑hockey puck and the shuffle of cards promise relaxed evenings of friendly competition.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms provide ample space for families or groups. The main/master bedroom features a Queen Bed and an en‑suite full bath. Two additional main‑level rooms each hold a Queen Bed. The lower level offers a Queen Bed in one room and two Twin Beds in another. A Twin Bed is also placed in the loft area for extra guests. Three full bathrooms serve the home—two on the main level and one on the lower level.

Living spaces
The open‑concept living room centers on a beautiful stone wood‑burning fireplace and a leather sectional that faces a wet bar and poker table in the basement. Large windows draw the mountain scenery into every corner, and central HVAC keeps the temperature comfortable year‑round. High‑speed Wi‑Fi supports streaming and remote work.

Kitchen & dining
The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, and a bar‑height counter for casual seating. A spacious dining area flows from the kitchen, ideal for group meals or board‑game nights.

Outdoor living
Step onto the expansive deck for panoramic views, or fire up the propane grill for a backyard feast. A private yard offers space for outdoor activities and exploration. Guest passes to The Woods Resort are provided by Blue Maple.

Resort amenities
Members‑only access includes an indoor heated swimming pool, large whirlpool, tennis and racquetball courts, a multi‑purpose court for volleyball or basketball, and a fully equipped exercise room with free weights and machines. A food pavilion and rotating food truck serve indoor dining options.

Longer Stays
For stays of 14 nights or longer, guests will be asked to e-sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. This agreement helps us comply with local requirements while protecting the property, and will be sent in advance for review.

The Woods Resort, just a short walk away, features an 18‑hole golf course, spa, restaurant, pub, and miles of hiking trails. Downtown Berkeley Springs is a 30‑minute drive, offering unique shops, art galleries, and local eateries such as the Bavarian Inn and Berkeley Springs Brewing Company. Outdoor enthusiasts can reach Cacapon Resort State Park (40 min), Sleepy Creek Wildlife Management Area (10 min), and Tomahawk MX motocross track (15 min) for hiking, mountain biking, or dirt‑bike thrills.
