Tony owns a number of properties in the Berkeley Springs region. Select the best one for your stay. We spent two nights at Aspen Haus with our two little dogs after our original rental with Tony became unavailable due to septic issues. What we loved most about Aspen Haus is its location. It's surrounded by woods and a few other cabins in the resort-development, but still felt private. The cabin is also short distance by car to Cacapon State Park, where we hiked, and the main drive in Berkeley Springs, where we visited the hot springs/spa. Our evenings were quiet, and we enjoyed the hot tub under the trees and starry sky. We had a pretty positive experience overall -- however, one thing to consider before selecting this property amongst Tony's other cabins is that this one does have some considerable wear. The photos provided make it appear just a tad more updated than it really is. If you're totally willing to overlook the outdated aesthetic/appliances, you'll have a lovely time.

Everything was as described - the space was beautiful, the hot tub was warm when we arrived, and communication was excellent. Tony always responded quickly and was able to answer every question we had.

My boyfriend and I were in dire need of a weekend getaway and this was the perfect place! The cozy, but luxury, vibe was exactly what we were craving. The hot tub and wood stove were great and really added to the experience. We were snowed in for a day of our trip, but didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything by staying in the cabin and enjoying the snow. I would 100% recommend staying here!

The place was beautiful, but I got the vibe I was talking to an AI/multiple people when I spoke with Tony. A specific part of the reason I booked this place was because the listing said it was next to a 37 acre private nature reserve available for our use. When I texted Tony to ask about it he said he was not sure what I was talking about even though it’s in the listing. It’s relatively quiet, but when there were other guests in the domes you definitely noticed their presence/proximity. There were strangers grilling 100 feet away from our hot tub. I’ve never before had to download a manual just for house info, and got sent the link for this one multiple times a day in what were definitely auto texts. I know because I accidentally got sent the identical “welcome” message as the first day on the day we left. Just felt impersonal. It felt like multiple people were running this as a business and if I wanted that I would get a hotel, not an air bnb.

We really enjoyed our stay in WV! The little details like having sound machines in the bedrooms and toys for kids, even a step stool! It may not sound like a big deal but it was for us. Some of the doors are tough to open and close, which we notified Tony about so hopefully those get fixed. The driveway is also tricky since it's on such a steep hill, so take your time! Overall, an enjoyable stay and great communication from Tony.

My friends and I rented this cabin for New Year's Eve and it was the best decision. The cabin is so cozy and the place so quiet. Everything was perfect, the rooms, the furniture, everything went well. Tony was very helpful and answered right away. We love the cabin. For sure we can go again.

Beautiful cabin in the woods with plenty of room for 8 of us. Loved the hot tub, fire pit, large kitchen and wood stove. The internet wasnt great so we couldnt get the TVs to work most of the time, which was fine because there are plenty of other things to do. Definitely would stay here again!

This cabin in the middle of the forest is in a good location close to the main roads. There is even a ski resort 10 minutes away. This cabin is cozy and small but enough for 7 people. We enjoyed the fire pit and the BBQ. The kitchen has everything you need.

Great location! Place was very cozy and surrounded by nature. Very easy to find. There were a couple things that stood out however. There were some items, such as the outside light on the porch that was not working and it made it difficult for us to grill. The fridge also seemed to be a little faulty, our food was never really cold. The freezer portion was fine. Pool table is very outdated, be careful of splinters when reaching for the balls. Jacuzzi worked great! Gas grill was also nice. Kitchen was nicely stocked with plates and pots. The ambiance of the place was also great.

Tony's place is very close to the heart of Berkeley Springs. It's roomy and had everything we needed as a family of 4. Tony was very proactive with his communication and the house manual gave us all of the info we needed to figure out how everything worked. We'll definitely stay again if the need arises.

This is how AirBnB’s should be modeled. Comfortable furniture, nicely appointed kitchen and bathroom, actual tile and hardwood flooring. Enjoyed staying here and hanging out with my family during the holiday season. The road the cabin is on needs some repair but that didn’t take away from the peaceful surroundings.

This was a great place for our family holiday gathering. (10 adults, 3 younger ones & 2 infants) View was magnificent and changed often. Kitchen was well stocked and had very nice appliances ( appreciated the plastic wear for young ones) All bathrooms had very nice showers and sinks! Towels were thick and plentiful. Enjoyed the large hot tub.( with towels for it)And there was a plentiful supply of blankets and throws! Beds and bedding were very nice!! We highly recommend this mountain retreat. The easy access to trails and the AT was very fun. Trying to figure out when we can visit again!

A great cabin for a getaway in West Virginia! My wife and I didn’t do much besides sit around and relax but it was a great place to do it. It’s got a lovely view of the woods from the deck and the hot tub, plenty of room in the living area, and some nice chairs and lights around the fire pit down the hill. The only thing I’d note is that the kitchen was a little sparse—it had some basic stuff but e.g. the one thing we cooked this weekend was pasta and there wasn’t a colander or a strainer anywhere. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but if we’d come for a week and planned to cook all our meals I think we would’ve run into a few things like that. All in all, a great stay and we’d easily recommend it.

Great place to getaway and relax. I definitely enjoyed it only problem I had was I am 6 ft 5 and I hit my head a few times in the kitchen but other than that I definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away and relax. I’ll definitely be renting with tony again

Nuestra estadía en la cabaña de Tony fue excelente. El lugar es tal cual como se muestra en las fotos: acogedor, limpio y rodeado de un entorno espectacular. La experiencia fue muy positiva y disfrutamos mucho de nuestra visita. Como única sugerencia, recomendaríamos que el área donde se guardan las sábanas esté un poco más organizada y que las sábanas estén en perfecto estado, ya que encontramos una ligeramente rota. Sin embargo, esto no opacó nuestra experiencia en general. Definitivamente recomendaríamos esta cabaña y esperamos regresar pronto.

Our stay at this secluded cabin was exceptional. The property was thoroughly equipped with everything we needed, and the remote location provided perfect stargazing opportunities. One minor issue: there was some initial confusion between the Airbnb check-in instructions and the house manual (the house manual is correct). However, Tony had advised us to follow the manual beforehand. Overall, this well-stocked, peaceful retreat exceeded our expectations.

We had a wonderful time at Tony’s place! The house is comfortable and feels homey. It has everything we need to rewind - jacuzzi, grill, board games, TV, etc. plus it’s only 30min away from Berkeley Springs. The house is relatively clean with only one complaint - the sheets have a mild odor.

Really the cabin has it all for a quiet get away. If anything should be added. I would suggest washer and dryer for extended stays. Tony was a great host. On my next visit to my sister's I hope his cabin is available. Would stay again.

The home was just as described. It was beautiful, well-appointed, and very clean. Tony was really nice, and he even had the home decorated for Christmas! The woodsy cabin decor, the game table, board games, and hot tub were very nice touches. Walking around the neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful. We would definitely come here again for a getaway!

The views are beautiful and the home was easy to find, and plenty of space. We were there in the winter and the one bedroom in the basement was extremely cold and not usable so we had to adjust our sleeping arrangements after the first night. This is something for consideration in the winter. There were some items missing in the home and things that needed fixing, but Tony and team resolved it in a little over a day so we could enjoy the rest of our stay.

We had a great time. While the cabin needs some updating it is still a wonderful stay. We particularly loved the hot tub. The cabin is remote and a great place to feel disconnected but close to Berkeley Springs if you want something to do.

100% the perfect experience!!! We had the pleasure of being hosted by Tony for my daughter’s 13th birthday cabin getaway! The cabin was cute, cozy, super clean, & accommodating! Tony was quick to respond & I don’t have a single complaint! The house manual that I received directly after booking had the answers to any and every question I could think of plus a few helpful tips & Ideas! The overall size of the cabin was kind of small as to be expected, but we absolutely loved it! The cabin was great for quality time, the perfect size for 8 guests to be comfortable! The hot tub, community pool, & fire pit kept our girls busy as there wasn’t much in the area for preteens to do for entertainment but we drove to Hagerstown, Maryland for ice skating & Franklin County, Pennsylvania for snow tubing it took less than a hour for us to get to each destination. The location of the cabin was quiet & it felt safe. A 10/10 stay!!! Highly recommend! We can’t wait to do it again, thank you so much Tony!

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at the cabin! The place is cozy but spacious, with three well sized bedrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked with various pots, pans, a Nespresso machine and even a Kitchen Aid mixer. The cabin was in a quiet, secluded neighborhood and an easy two hour drive from DC. There was some difficulty with communication on check in/check out instructions but other than that we had a fantastic stay and will be back!
