Cancel more than 14 days before check-in for a full refund minus a 3% credit card processing fee. Cancel 7 to 14 days before check-in for a 50% refund minus the processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable. This applies even for weather, illness, or travel delays outside our control.

Yes, in our pet-friendly cabins dogs are welcome both inside and out. We just ask that you bring a crate or dog bed if your pet usually sleeps on furniture, and avoid leaving them unattended indoors for long periods.

Our management fee is 25% of rental revenue, below the typical 20 to 35% range in our markets. We don’t charge a management fee on guest-paid cleaning fees, booking fees, or taxes; some property managers do, and we don’t think that’s fair to owners.
