The Home
Inside, you’ll find an inviting open floor plan anchored by a wood-burning fireplace and a spacious living area with a large smart TV and comfy sectional seating—perfect for movie nights or game time. The dining table seats six, and the fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, bar seating, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals.
Families will love the dedicated “bunkhouse,” a fun and cozy space with custom-built bunk beds and its own smart TV—ideal for kids. Both bedrooms also feature smart TVs, and there’s ample storage for guests planning longer stays.
Step outside to enjoy the screened porch, wraparound deck, and firepit for evenings under the stars. The large yard offers plenty of room for outdoor play, while a short walk takes you down to peaceful Sleepy Creek.

- Located in The Woods Resort, a private community with an 18-hole golf course (with low green fees), spa, and miles of walking/hiking trails. It’s considered the best course in the area!

Please note our property consists of two separate rental cabins, and this listing is for one of them. While the main driveway is shared, each cabin is completely private, featuring its own entrance, deck, gas grill, and fire pit for your exclusive use.
The Sports Center is members-only, but we’ve set aside complimentary guest passes just for you! Passes will be available at the property—check the house manual for details on where to find them. If you need more during your stay, simply reach out and we’ll be happy to assist.
Beyond the cabin itself, we love how close we are to Berkeley Springs, a 20 minute drive from the cabin and is great for so many reasons. The town of Berkeley Springs has been voted one of the top arts communities in the US, with dozens of shops and restaurants, and even a brewery and winery!

1. The Woods Golf Course (distance from house - a short walk): Renowned for “fun and fair” golf, the 18-hole championship Mountain View course is perfect for low handicappers and the Stony Lick mid-length course for the rest of us!
2. The Tomahawk Race Track (distance from house - 10 mins): A well-known dirt track primarily used for motocross and off-road racing. The track hosts a variety of events, including local and regional motocross races, and has a reputation for its challenging layout and diverse terrain.
3. Spring Valley Farmers Market (distance from house - 15 minutes): Stock up on local produce and baked goods
4. Black Draft Farm & Distillery (distance from house - 20 minutes): Near the farmers market, and the perfect spot for a drink!
5. Berkeley Springs State Park (distance from house - 25 minutes): Known for its natural mineral springs and spa services, it's a lovely spot for relaxation.
6. Historic Berkeley Springs (distance from house - 25 minutes): A charming town with shops, art galleries, and historical sites.
