Nice place. Definitely in the mountains which was nice! If you go in the colder months, might want to bring an extra blanket, it was chilly in the house but the wood burner definitely helped and gave a cozy mountain feel. Would recommend!

Tony’s Airbnb was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay in a peaceful setting. The location is quite isolated, so expect to drive a bit to reach the national parks or other nearby attractions. Most local restaurants and recreation spots are closed Monday through Wednesday, which can limit options during those days. Overall, it’s a beautiful and serene place to unwind.

Location was peaceful and quiet. Directions were easy to follow for entering and the stay. House itself was very comfortable. The amenities were awesome. Sitting in the hot tub and stargazing was perfect. The firepit was very nice and the seating was very comfortable. The outside light were a great touch. The big windows that overlook the woods were amazing!
This was exactly what my wife and I wanted for a getaway. It was an easy drive to Sky line drive and Harpers Ferry.
The only drawback is that the house could use a little TLC.
Overall this was a great location and a lovely house. We had an excellent time.
Tony was extremely helpful and made the whole experience easy. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend.

Overall good stay. Had some confusion getting in with the codes to the lockbox that were sent but ultimately figured it out. Would’ve preferred keypad entry, especially with multiple adults coming and going. House wasn’t quite as impressive as the pictures, but still great. Stains on the carpets and dust/large cobwebs in the big window detracted from the overall experience, but other than that the place was acceptably clean. There were puddles of water on all of the plates, but we assumed that was from the previous guests doing a bad job drying their dishes. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and easily accommodated the advertised number of guests. Only complaint is that there wasn’t really anywhere inside the house for our party of 6 to all comfortably sit and hang out together. House is located deep inside the neighborhood and outside of town which added an extra 5-10 minutes to get anywhere, but property was gorgeous and neighborhood was quiet. Tony was responsive and helpful!

We loved staying at this beautiful cabin. Tony was a great host. His communications and the house manual gave us all the information we needed, and in a timely and helpful manner. The home was large enough for us to include several family members who had come in for a family wedding. The hot tub was a huge hit with the young adults. Everything was perfectly as described, and we all had a wonderful time.

Cabin was just as described in the listing. Host was incredible at communicating, we had an issue with the bathroom door being stuck shut and a handyman was sent and the issue was resolved quickly. As the description notes there will be bugs, both living and dead, inside the cabin, but more or less negligible as part of the outdoors experience. Overall would stay again, and would especially recommend this host.

The cabin and area was beautiful and quiet. It rained a lot while we were there so we couldn’t take advantage of outside amenities like the fire pit or barbeque grill. It was hot while we were there and we had some issues with the AC which were never resolved while we were there. The floor AC units worked great but the exhaust tubes connected to the windows were a bit sketchy, and the tape they used to hold them there would not hold. The downstairs bedroom window kept detaching from the window, and the window would open up. When we arrived, that window was wide open. All else was fine and we had a good time.

Nice cabin in the woods. It worked well for our 3 older children, our aging mother-in-law, and my wife and I. Lots of bed space. Just what we needed for a larger family, nothing lacking for our night and yet nothing extra or where we felt like we were intruding.

The cabin was great! My only complaint is that the oven/stove was very finicky, but other than that the place was top notch. Would recommend for any large group stays, the cabin is cozy while still accommodating a large group.

Beautiful, spotless, cozy, comfortable home. The A-frame structure of the house was a wonderful place to watch a thunderstorm roll through. The hot tub was clean and comfortable, and the street was fairly quiet. I wish I would have looked up the location on GPS, though. I can imagine this isn’t a problem during the late spring/summer/fall when there are leaves on the trees, but because the trees were bare (we visited in mid March), we were in full view of every neighbor around us. We were hoping for a secluded cabin in the woods with enough privacy to enjoy the hot tub, but that was not the case unfortunately. Again, I can imagine this isn’t as much of a problem when leaves are on the trees. This isn’t a ding on the host – he was a wonderful and attentive host – but I would just like others to be aware if you’re wanting to visit during the winter. Harpers Ferry is not far from here and is a nice place to spend the day.

We had a great stay. Tony’s place is full of natural light and was located in a quiet, wooded area. The house was easy to find and Tony was responsive and communicated everything we needed to know. The house had everything we needed to cook and the hot tub was a great addition to the large back deck. The upstairs loft area was spacious and comfortable. There are many places to hike or take a scenic drive nearby. We would stay at Tony’s place again.

We really enjoyed ourselves. Super peaceful, secluded, relaxing, and a perfect weekend getaway. The only minor complaint was a little bit of a wait to get the code, but really negligible in the grand scheme of things- Tony was responsive, had clear instructions, and everything was as advertised. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Tony’s place was perfect for our family of 6. The only thing we needed was more time to enjoy all the amenities he has to offer. We loved watching the rain on the trees thru the huge windows. It was like staying in a tree house. We would definitely return! Loved the thoughtful, kid friendly things. Very quiet and peaceful there. Very clean. Love Orr’s farm is just 15 minutes away. Just a great spot and great stay! Thanks again!!

We had a nice time at Tony’s cabin wish there was 2 bathrooms we had 6 people, so you know how that goes. Tony was very helpful house was very nice . The way to the cabin if driving in the dark can be difficult to find. The neighborhood or what they say neighbors are so not friendly , as we was driving the road is really for one car and a truck stated I nearly drove him off the road when clearly it’s only
Good for one car he then followed me back to the house and yelled and said rude comments , I tried to say sorry if he thought I did , and stated that he was gonna cancel our stay . I had kids with me and didn’t want to scar them so I just tried to not say anything and go in the house . Other than that it was nice .

Had a wonderful stay with my husband and two children. The house is beautiful and located in a quiet part of glenwood forest. It was supplied with everything essential and everything was clean and easy to find. There was a nice sized yard to play in and a hot tub to relax in. I also loved that there were games and coloring books and pencils and children friendly plates and cups! we felt right at home. Tony is a great host, this is my second stay in one of his properties, and I have nothing but good experiences to look back on. 10/10, will stay here again in the future!

The place was private and peaceful. Check-in was easy. It was very clean. Hot tub was amazing, as we were tired from traveling. Honestly, it was the number one reason we chose to stay at this location. One bathroom would be tuff if all of the beds were full, but for the two of us and our pup the place worked perfectly for an overnight stay.

We had a wonderful couple of days here and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The lodge is pristine and has everything you need for a self catered holiday and the hot tub was a welcome luxury after a long hike in the mountains 😍 I loved that Tony was so responsive to any enquiries we had and the guest handbook is really helpfulI would 100% recommend! Only stayed one night and plans were disrupted when part of our party had to cancel due to illness. Host was responsive and helpful with change in plans. Arrived late and left early, so we did not take advantage of many of the fun things like the fire pit area, which looked great. The place was clean and comfortable and entry was easy and all instructions were clearly communicated. The area was remote, but it is in a neighborhood with houses on both sides. Still relatively private. Bedrooms were very roomy, shared space would have been a little tight if there were more of us. Plenty of nice space to hang outdoors though. Kitchen seemed well stocked. If you arrive after dark, as we did, be careful walking the path to the front door. It’s gravel and step stones and a little tricky. Overall, it was clean and comfortable and the host was helpful, friendly, and responsive. Would stay again if we were planning a longer stay.

The beautiful lily blooming along the walkway, perfectly cleaned hot tub, comfy beds, fast blue maple rental company response time, and the green oaks visible through all the house windows were the highlights of this Airbnb! However for the price of this stay, there could definitely be some improvement including shower fixture quality and sink, having a drying rack or dish towels to make it easier and faster to hand wash the dishes, a stovetop whose burners all work, and having a little mat when you walk in the door. For the price of this stay, I was hoping those details would be there.

We had to stop over night so we didn’t stay long. We loved the location with the beautiful forest surroundings but unfortunately being in the wild comes with some unwelcome 8 legged friends in the cabin. There was a bit more than I was comfortable with.. I feel like they should’ve been swept up before we got there, considering we found one in the bed and a few in the bath. There was also lots of human hair in the sheets. The lights in the common area also didn’t work which made it tricky to navigate since we checked in at night. It was fine for one night but I probably wouldn’t stay again.

The king-sized bed was comfortable but the place was a bit more rough than expected: some light switches and outlets didn't work and the kitchen is more like what you find in a camp . We knew it was a bit remote, but having lived in the area we knew where we were going and what to expect. The water worked fine: we were pleasantly surprised to have enough hot water but overall the space was pretty tight. I can't imagine having more than just a couple stay as there is only one bathroom and it is small. Tony was very responsive but we had trouble getting the apps on the Roku tv to work and ended up using only the 1 app we could get to work. It was nice to have a dog-friendly spot but there isn't much yard to walk in as this is on the edge of a small ravine. For what it is, I feel it was a bit over-priced and we'll look for a different property next time we go to the area. I would certainly look into another property managed by Tony but this one didn't meet our expectations.

Nice mountain location with a few houses around, well spaced, and mostly rural back yard. Great decks. Extremely responsive and helpful host. Hot tub works well, indoor iron stove/heater, outdoor fire pit. Dirt road. Corner Grocery store is the spot to go. All spot on. Things to note - WiFi didn’t have the bandwidth to stream prime or Netflix, but YouTube worked. No dishwasher or drying rack. Build quality is worn, plenty of particle board, missing trim, etc. Nothing beat sitting in the hot tub while watching it snow. But for over $300/night all in….

We really enjoyed ourselves. Super peaceful, secluded, relaxing, and a perfect weekend getaway. The only minor complaint was a little bit of a wait to get the code, but really negligible in the grand scheme of things- Tony was responsive, had clear instructions, and everything was as advertised. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Tony's place was exactly as described, we loved the hot tub, had there not been a burn ban in effect the fire pit would have been perfect with plenty seating. Tony was extremely helpful when contacted. I would highly recommend.

We had a great time as a family. This was our first family vacation with a 9month old. We enjoyed playing games and going in the hot tub. The fireplace and wood burning stove were clean and well kept.

Tony’s place was perfect for our family of 6. The only thing we needed was more time to enjoy all the amenities he has to offer. We loved watching the rain on the trees thru the huge windows. It was like staying in a tree house. We would definitely return! Loved the thoughtful, kid friendly things. Very quiet and peaceful there. Very clean. Love Orr’s farm is just 15 minutes away. Just a great spot and great stay! Thanks again!!

We had a nice time at Tony's cabin wish there was 2 bathrooms we had 6 people, so you know how that goes. Tony was very helpful house was very nice . The way to the cabin if driving in the dark can be difficult to find. The neighborhood or what they say neighbors are so not friendly , as we was driving the road is really for one car and a truck stated I nearly drove him off the road when clearly it's only
Good for one car he then followed me back to the house and yelled and said rude comments , I tried to say sorry if he thought I did , and stated that he was gonna cancel our stay . I had kids with me and didn't want to scar them so I just tried to not say anything and go in the house . Other than that it was nice .

I enjoyed my stay at the cabin. It was super clean and beautiful inside. It has everything you would need. We only had to bring wood for the fire pit. It was peaceful and quiet.

Had a wonderful stay with my husband and two children. The house is beautiful and located in a quiet part of glenwood forest. It was supplied with everything essential and everything was clean and easy to find. There was a nice sized yard to play in and a hot tub to relax in. I also loved that there were games and coloring books and pencils and children friendly plates and cups! we felt right at home. Tony is a great host, this is my second stay in one of his properties, and I have nothing but good experiences to look back on. 10/10, will stay here again in the future!

Me and my friends loved the place! It was so beautiful and deep in the woods! It was perfect for a cabin getaway! The bunk beds are HUGE so you’ll have enough space, and the bed upstairs is Amazing. It was just a great experience

The place was private and peaceful. Check-in was easy. It was very clean. Hot tub was amazing, as we were tired from traveling. Honestly, it was the number one reason we chose to stay at this location. One bathroom would be tuff if all of the beds were full, but for the two of us and our pup the place worked perfectly for an overnight stay.

We had a wonderful couple of days here and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The lodge is pristine and has everything you need for a self catered holiday and the hot tub was a welcome luxury after a long hike in the mountains 😍 I loved that Tony was so responsive to any enquiries we had and the guest handbook is really helpfulI would 100% recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book , you won’t regret it!

Tony’s place was very lovely! We had a wonderful stay. The hot tub was so nice and the house was spotless! My favorite part was the bed. Felt like I was sleeping on clouds! I do wish the door was easier to get into.

Only stayed one night and plans were disrupted when part of our party had to cancel due to illness. Host was responsive and helpful with change in plans. Arrived late and left early, so we did not take advantage of many of the fun things like the fire pit area, which looked great. The place was clean and comfortable and entry was easy and all instructions were clearly communicated. The area was remote, but it is in a neighborhood with houses on both sides. Still relatively private. Bedrooms were very roomy, shared space would have been a little tight if there were more of us. Plenty of nice space to hang outdoors though. Kitchen seemed well stocked. If you arrive after dark, as we did, be careful walking the path to the front door. It's gravel and step stones and a little tricky. Overall, it was clean and comfortable and the host was helpful, friendly, and responsive. Would stay again if we were planning a longer stay.

Amazing host and wonderful house, the host made sure that everything I can think of was taken care of, beautiful outside space, towels and kitchen equipment was all provided, the hot tub is an wonderful touch and the living space itself is incredibly beautiful
