Peaceful and great location.

The property is beautiful. I was only there for work so I didn’t get to take full advantage of the huge front porch, the hot tub, etc but I had a big smile every day when leaving and arriving at how absolutely beautiful the property is. I wish the house had a washer and dryer but otherwise, everything was fine.

We had a great time at Tony’s place. It was relaxing and very close to the town of Berkeley and Cacapon State park. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a nice getaway.

My sister and I had a wonderful relaxing stay here. The house is perfectly laid out and the beds were extremely comfortable. Loved the location, close to town but very private and quiet. We would definitely love a return visit!

Very family-friendly!

We enjoyed our time at the cabin. The grill was used the most for cooking, it is in great condition. There are no grill utensils to use but there are some in the kitchen to use. Tony answered my questions very quickly. We let Tony we would like extra towels since there was no washer and dryer. The hot tub was great. Some cleaning could be done to the place. I would like to stay at some other places Tony has listed in the area.

A nice place to spend a few nights. Some feedback and a few items to consider: – Front door was unlocked with the key in the deadbolt when we arrived. Not a big deal but it was unsecure for some period of time. – Hot tub had no cover so it got a bit dirty but it did maintain the temperature. – Located on a fairly busy road, definitely not secluded. – One of the neighbor’s down the street was not a fan of us walking our dogs on the street and warned us that he had German Shephards. We never veered off the main street but he acted like it was his personal drive. – Generally clean but could really use a deep clean. When pulling out the sofabed it was covered in crumbs. – House had no TP but owner pointed out where we could get more in a secure area. – Lawn games were plentiful and as described. – Front of house exterior power outlets and porch fan and fan lights did not work. – Good internet. – Nice fire pit and furniture.

My friends and I enjoyed our brief stay, although we were disappointed to receive only towel each to use for both showering and the hot tub (pls provide separate towels for hot tub). Tony was very responsive and the place was clean. He offered early check-in but wanted to slip in an upcharge of $59 for only a 2-hr difference. My biggest complaint is that upon making the reservation on Aug. 8, Tony asked how many people would be staying for towels and linens. The listing said it accommodated 5 (even though it can certainly host more) and at that time there were 6 of us. Tony surprised me on Aug. 13, the day before check-in and well beyond the cancellation deadline to modify the reservation with an upcharge of $104.12 because of the 6th person. He should have said something about it 5 days earlier. It felt deceptive. Unfortunately, two of my friends couldn’t make it so I declined the modification. PLEASE BE TRANSPARENT ABOUT ALL COSTS in your ad, including upgrades.

The place was very nice. We enjoyed our stay!

I came with family for a couple nights on a weekend and it was great! The cabin was cozy, comfortable, and clean. We love the nearby little towns, Lake Cacapon, and the escape in nature. Overall, it was a great deal and stay at Tony’s!

Great house! Plenty of space and beds for multiple people. Parking galore. Huge front porch with hot tub and grill. Everything worked and was clean. WiFi worked fine. Great location just minutes from Berkeley Springs and great access to Route 9 if going to Paw Paw or Romney. I would definitely rent this house again.

Convenient to town and very comfortable. We loved sitting on the front porch and my daughter loved the box of games!

Happy to have stayed at this cabin by Berkeley Springs. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue (used items left behind from previous tenants, sticky stain on hardwood) but that being said, the space was as-described and more than spacious enough for a couple’s getaway at an affordable price and with the amenities promised (fire pit + hot tub) in clean, working order. Area is beautiful with Green Ridge Forest + Overlook nearby and plenty of fantastic breweries and distilleries in the area. A big thank you to Tony for being responsive and helpful during our stay. IMPORTANT RECC TO ANYONE STAYING: Bring bugspray and make sure doors/openings are closed in house at night or risk the wrath of the katydid!

Great place. Plenty of room, clean and had enough kitchen supplies for us to make all our meals at the location. Good place to relax and unwind. The place has window AC units, which worked well to keep it cool.

Pine Hallow is the perfect getaway! We opted to stay at the property all weekend and take full advantage of the amenities (hot tub, fire pit, indoor and outdoor games) but the town of Berkeley Springs was less than a 15 minute drive which offered restaurants, shops, museums and much more! Tony was a great host – checked in before and after our stay, responded quickly when we had questions about the house and offered some recommendations on things to do around the area. I look forward to staying with Tony again at Pine Hallow or at another one of his awesome properties!

Great place for a little getaway. Tony’s place was super clean and it had everything you needed for a stress free, relaxing stay. The hot tub was a wonderful way to relax after a long day of hiking. It is close to downtown Berkley Springs which is nice when you want to jump in the car to grab a bite to eat. Tony was great with communicating with us the whole time. I would definitely recommend a stay here and will definitely be back for my next stay in the area.

We had a great stay at Tony’s cabin. He was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The hot tub was very clean and the perfect temperature to relax after a day of bike riding and hiking. The location is close to town and only a short drive to C&O Rail Trails and Cacapon State Park. We would be happy to book with Tony again next time we visit.

Great get away in the mountains.

Had a great stay at this booking. The space was cozy, beds/bedding were soft, and the hot tub was perfect for a rainy afternoon. Tony was very helpful through the stay with recommendations when needed. I’ll add that there was some construction going on at a nearby property and could hear large equipment at times in the home- it did not disrupt our stay at all but feels worthy the point out for anyone prioritizing a quiet stay.

Highly recommend this home! Beautiful private location that had tons of parking for my guys and very clean. Looking forward to booking again in the future when we are back in the area for work.

We had a great stay. Tony was very responsive when we first arrives, it was late/dark and the gps took us to the wrong house. He responded right away and we were able yo find the right spot. The hot tub was great after hiking in the area.

Tony’s place was great! The location to Berkeley Springs was perfect for what we were looking for, close to town but felt peaceful in the woods. It’s also a short drive to Cacapon State Park which was our reason for the trip (note that we missed the road to the northern most point of VA is closed Nov-April) Awesome looking mountain bike trails, dog park, hiking (for winter months). Hot tub is always a great thing to have when its cold and thanks to it being on the covered porch we were able to enjoy it while it rained Saturday. Our favorite part of the house was the dining area which had a very Zen feel to it and was very relaxing. We like to cook when we travel and I felt like Tony’s place had all of the pots and pans and utensils we needed.

Beautiful cabin just minutes away from downtown Berkeley Springs. We loved the peaceful surroundings and how close it was to everything. The inside of the cabin was beautiful with lots of light, and Tony was incredibly responsive and had a lot of local recommendations! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice mountain getaway, close to town. Well supplied kitchen with everything you’d need. Plenty of towels and crisp clean sheets. And the hot tub was heavenly, particularly at sunset. I’d certainly stay again

Our party of six really enjoyed the place— the hot tub, and living areas really were perfect. Although some updates are needed, like small water damage in bathroom, however it didn’t bother us at all. The house is very clean and you honestly would not know that dogs are allowed. The gated porch is perfect for kids or dogs and everything worked perfectly. A quick 4 minute drive puts you in down town Berkley Springs. The games were a nice touch! Tony was very communicative.

This was a great stay. I feel its sacred to find somewhere you can breathe slower but regulated in our fast pace society.

Our multi-generational family had a great time at this cabin-like home set in the woods (yet just a skip and a hop to Berkeley Springs). Fire-pits at both the front of the home and in back made roasting marshmallows easy. The elder of our group enjoyed a long bike-ride around the area.

We had a wonderful stay! Place was clean and well kept also there were games ect for the children to occupy their time since playing outside wasn’t an option it was raining out. Would definitely stay again!!

Great house, beautiful location. It was a little cold for us, but once we found all the dials for the baseboard and heaters throughout the house it was fine. For those coming to visit, you should consider bringing extra towels… with our family of 6 there was one per person (which is great) but with the hot tub, and then showers I wish we’d brought more. Also, this location is very convenient to Berkeley Springs. We loved exploring this quaint little town.

Tony’s place was perfect for our little weekend getaway. It was our first trip with our dog and it was dog friendly and I had no concerns with it being clutter free. Tony was helpful and informative. We can’t wait to come back!

Overall this place provided a great stay. It had all the things that made our stay comfortable. Hot tub was fantastic and the mattresses even on the bunk beds were so comfy. Our only issue was some of the dining table chairs were broken and/or very loose. Tony was very responsive and proactive in his communication. Very close to Berkeley Springs (<5 min drive) and Cacapon State Park (~20 min) which makes it a great jumping off point for all you adventures (or just staying in). The cabin is right off a main road so although there weren’t many cars it wasn’t a secluded property. However other than cars we didn’t see anyone else (not even the neighbor across the street).

Tony was an excellent host and very communicative. The house was as described, clean, with nice amenities. Location was 5 minutes to downtown Berkeley Springs, with nice restaurants nearby. Highly recommend booking with Tony if your planning a trip to Berkeley Springs.

Tony’s place was comfortable and welcoming! The whole process was very easy and Tony is great with communication. Expectations were clearly laid out and easy to follow, which took out any feelings of being a guest in someone’s home and made us feel relaxed to enjoy the space. We loved the sitting area to enjoy coffee. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were and how well we slept. There’s a lovely, large porch with a gate to keep the dogs in (it was such a great addition to the porch!) and we had everything we needed to cook and relax. I’d recommend Tony’s place for a family or group of friends who want some room to spread out. There was plenty of space to hang out together, but also enough areas to relax quietly when we needed some downtime. Cacapon Park is close by and the springs are also a short drive away, so this is a great place to stay for someone wanting a relaxing time enjoying a quaint small town.

We were looking for a “glamping” weekend, and this was a step above. I was able to get some remote work done, and then we could stream movies inside in the a/c when it was sweltering hot or thunder storming outside. Plenty of comfortable space inside. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub, and we loved having our dogs with us! Cacapon Mountain Brewing and Berkeley Springs Brewing Company were great for food and drink, and we also liked being able to prepare our own meals. This was a birthday trip for our 9 year old, and she loved it!

Tony’s house was clean, convenient, and spacious. He was great at communication leading up to our visit. The house manual was very useful and had all instructions all in one place. Our only complaints were that there were not enough towels for a house that also has a hot tub and we were only given 1 and 1/2 small rolls of toilet paper for 6 women for two days. Not a pleasant thing to discover in the middle of the night!

This is a great place if you’re in the area visiting Berkeley Springs, or even if you just want a few nights away. House is very comfortable and clean, we had a great time making s’mores over a fire and hanging out in the hot tub. Wish we could have stayed an extra day to enjoy the surroundings more.

The cabin was in a good location, just a 4 minute drive from downtown Berkeley Springs and a short drive to Cacapon State Park. Located close to restaurants and a grocery store which is convenient. It is nestled into the woods which was also nice and mostly private with the exception of one neighbor across the road. It was nice having a hot tub right at the property. Tony was very friendly, helpful, informative and quick to respond and resolve any issues. Overall not a bad place to stay. Price was a little high compared to other listed properties, but in all fairness it was a holiday weekend. It was a relaxing little vacation.

I spent a lot of time searching for a place and so glad I decided to stay here! The location is very convenient, right up the hill from down town so you’re away from the town a bit and it’s so peaceful and quiet. There is a neighbor across the street but they were no issue and very quiet! The house was great, 3 bedrooms if you have more guests- there were 3 of us staying. It’s a very cozy place, we enjoyed nights just relaxing on the couch watching the tv- had a little hiccup with the tv remote didn’t know the volume was on the side of the remote but Tony was super great and quickly responded to a tiny question like where is the volume on the remote lol! The hot tub was great! Bed was comfy! Everything was nice and clean on arrival. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups, bowls, utensils, etc. so no worrying about having to buy disposable. Tony checked in with us each day to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything! Will definitely be coming back one day!

The home had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/plates. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were clean. The fire pit, hot tub, and numerous outdoor games were great to fill the time during our family getaway. It’s a great jumping off point to set off on an outdoor adventure in the surrounding area. And while it is in fact, “in the woods,” the home is in a small neighborhood and by the road. It is however set back far enough to roam around freely. The one hiccup we encountered was on our last night. It was unseasonably warm and the window ac units had not been installed yet. I’m sure this is just an issue during the transition of seasons, but it was warm enough that we decided to just head home early. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated Tony’s superb communication throughout our stay.

I have no major complaints about my stay. It was great and relaxing. I was very glad I was able to find a clean, modern house with a hot tub and allowed my doggos to come along. 🙂 would book again!

Great stay with Tony! The cabin was perfect, we really liked the hot tub & how quiet the area was. It was a very short drive to the main square of Berkeley Springs, very easy to get around, lots of cute cafes, coffee shops & gift stores. Definitely check out the Roman bathhouse.

Nice place, smaller than the photos, but we all fit fine. We had to buy toilet paper and trash bags, but other than that, it was great.

This place was so comfortable! Super clean and homey feeling. I came with my kids and they had a blast playing with the games provided outside and the hot tub was the best part! Tony’s place is a few minute drive to local activities, we did the Roman Spring Water bath! About 16 minutes out from Cacapon State park, which was just beautiful. I really recommend staying here price was amazing, loved how clean it was, lots of activities and games provided, & the hot tub just made the whole trip!

This was a great cabin for a girls weekend. The location is great – close to Berkeley Springs but you feel very secluded. The beds were very comfortable! The hot tub was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic setting to get away from the hustle of city living and unwind in the country. The cabin has everything you need (especially the hot tub), and the location is terrific – quick 5 minute drive to downtown Berkeley Springs. Tony was terrific with communicating and even provided helpful restaurant recs one day when it was raining. would stay again for sure.

This was our second time staying here. We were celebrating our anniversary and Halloween. Once again, we had a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The location is close to downtown Berkeley Springs, which we enjoy for its spa facilities, quaint gift shops, and good restaurants. The hosts are very accomadating and are easy and quick to communicate with. Cacapon State Park is a wonderful place to hike and the hot tub is perfect to soak in after a long day hiking. Pet friendlyis always a must for us, since we always travel with our furry babies. Thanks again for a wonderful stay! We look forward to a return visit!

Tony’s cottage was a great spot for my family and I. It has everything we needed. The house is located right off the road but it is very quiet. The hot tube was a nice relaxing treat after a long drive. Restaurants and stores are close by. I would very much recommend staying here.

We had such a nice time sitting by the fire pit, and enjoying all that this adorable, extremely cozy cabin had to offer. Great location! Gives you that feeling of running away to the mountains while still being close enough to the enjoy the quiet little town of Berkeley Springs.

Tony’s place is amazing. it has used the bedroom space efficiently with many bunk beds and a normal bed. honestly, the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in at an airbnb. We had T-mobile and had spotty service, but the wifi is great. The hot tub was so relaxing and large. We loved our relaxing stay. The cat cafe 2 miles away and Fairfax Coffee House were our favorite local attractions (other than the great outdoors of course).

Positive: furnishings were new and nice, well equipped kitchen with nice quality dishes and cookware. hot tub clean, nice fire pit. quiet area. pet friendly. Negative: although reasonably clean, walls had holes and scrapes, needs a good coat of paint. shower was rickety.

Great location! Super close to everything. We went to the old Roman bath house and did a 30 min soak it was rejuvenating ! We loved all the decor in the house and beautiful rugs. Also spent a evening by the fire under the trees so relaxing 😌

What a wonderful surprise this cabin was! The interior decor is, as listed, modern, but the exterior eminates a pleasant rustic vibe. It is extremely close to downtown Berkeley Springs, infamously known as “America’s First Spa”. The private hot tub was a very soothing way to start and end each day. The fire pit was nice at sunset. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants close by, we love the view from the outside deck of the Canary Grill, as well as the beautiful vista in front of the Panaramic View restaurant. Supermarkets and everything else you will require are close by. The hosts are very accomadating and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. Thanks for a wonderful time!
