The cabin was super comfortable, I loved reading through the guest book and seeing where everyone has visited from and their stories. Being able to sit by the fireplace and enjoy a movie after soaking in the hot tub was definitely something that’ll bring me back! In the mornings you can sit on the deck and watch all the different birds and deer, it was so peaceful. The host was also very helpful and responsive I definitely recommend this cabin for a getaway!

Tony’s place was great. It had a nice hottub that was ready the moment we got to the cabin. Everything was great! the only thing we kinda did not like was the check out, it was at 10am.. so if you are booking for one night, you dont have a lot of time to enjoy the cabin. Aside from that, everything was great

I went for 3 days with my partner and it was such a good time! The instructions on how to get in were super clear and straight to the point! We had plenty of room to park! We loved how cozy and clean the cabin was! Another perk was the huge tv in the living area, made for a great movie night! We also loved having a kitchen and a grill to cook!The owner of the cabin was very responsive and friendly! 100/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get away for a few days and I will definitely book again in the near future!

We loved our stay! Tony was extremely responsive and helpful. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We found so many fun things to do around the area and spent a few relaxing days just hanging around the house as well. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, yard games, and found a great spot to hang up our hammock. We would highly recommend this house and location to anyone. Definitely 5 stars.

We enjoyed our little getaway! The location struck the right balance between peaceful but not too remote and the cabin was nicely furnished and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the nice open living room / kitchen space and spacious terrace. Bathroom and kitchen are on the older side, but everything was clean and comfortable. Great location for day trips in the area – we were traveling with a baby and with hot weather opted for skipping the hikes, but enjoyed strolling around Berkeley Springs and exploring Harpers Ferry!

Tony was very welcoming and informative from beginning to end, and the cabin was very enjoyable, cozy and in a great location near a national park + very near to Devils Nose trekking trail (medium/steep/humid), hot tub worked perfectly so that saved the fact that many bugs fall down to the tub cover and some get in the water, suggest to clean it right when you arrive so it can be ready for later in your stay

Nice private cabin in the woods. We enjoyed our stay, even though we were just there for a quick overnight visit. We cooked our dinner on the gas grill, took a walk down to the lake, and caught a movie on Netflix. Most everything you need for an enjoyable stay is provided, and we had a nice time. Tony is good at communications, so the visit went very smooth.

My husband and I spent three days here and had a great time! It’s very clean and cozy. Host was very responsive and checking in was extremely easy. We were able to really get a break from the city and spend a relaxing weekend away. Great distillery and breweries nearby as well as access to fun hiking spots. Definitely would book again!

My husband and I had a wonder few days of relaxation in this little cabin in the woods! It reminded us of our first home. We were able to get away from our busy lives and just enjoy each other and God’s beautiful creation. We saw 12 deer out the back our first night! It rained the rest of our stay but we enjoyed the cabin and the hot tub!
The cabin was just as described. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable! We have no complaints about our stay! It is probably one of the best and easiest stays we have had through AirBnb!

Great stay! Used the hot tub, grill, and fireplace. Definitely take advantage of the devils nose trail if you enjoy hiking. It is a stunning trail with lots of unique views. We also traveled to Harper’s Ferry which was an easy 50 minute drive down the road. We cooked in during our visit, so make sure you bring the essentials (oil, spices, foil, etc) but there is a grocery store close by to stock up before you settle in. The hot tub is very nice! One of the cleanest we’ve been in! Over excellent stay.

This is a well-appointed, very clean cabin with modern decor. Sheets and towels were soft and immaculately clean. The host was proactive, responsive, and kind. Instructions are crystal clear and we had everything we needed, and more.
Note that the cabin is not entirely private, and that other homes are in earshot and clear view when you’re outside (including the hot tub). If you want a solitary getaway in the woods, you would need to choose something more remote.

We had a very nice time at Tony’s cabin. Tony was an excellent communicator and checked on us several times. The cabin is quaint and cozy; the living room was a great place to snuggle up on the couch and watch movies at night on the smart tv. The bathroom and kitchen are a bit dated (tub leaks a bit, no dishwasher), but it was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. I will also say the shower had great water pressure, nice and relaxing! We had a great long weekend 🙂

We enjoyed a couple days here for our anniversary. The cabin is a little outdated and no dishwasher. Really enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace with bundles of wood available for purchase on drive in. Wished the hot tub was on deck or closer, was longer walk in colder temps. Blinds were broken and ceiling fan didn’t work (with inch of dust). Found so much hair and pet hair on the bed, pillows and in the tub. The beds were made but linens were dirty. Just wanted to offer feedback for future as we could love to come back as we enjoyed ourselves. Offered ample kitchen equipment and the grill was great!

We had a great weekend getaway at Tony’s cabin! The location was conveniently located from the city, with amenities exactly as described – hot tub, fast wifi, games, a deck, an indoor fireplace and an outdoor fire pit. It snowed and the surroundings were just so beautiful, but the roads were also cleaned the next day. There are hikes and parks nearby, and the community felt very friendly. The cabin was clean, with fresh linens and comfortable beds and seating area. Highly recommend this cozy nook!

The place is nice enough. The “fire area” was not cleared away and it needs to be dug out or put an actual fire pit into for safety reasons. The fan in the bathroom needs its own set of instructions that weren’t provided. There are missing lights in the kitchen and a few burnt lightbulbs throughout the house. The thermostat didn’t have a fan but we were asked to leave it on when we left. Better instructions for the thermostat would be appreciated

Place is tidy and very cute and had everything we needed. The covered porch is a great feature! The beds and couch are really comfy. The wood burning fireplace was also very cozy. There are visible neighbors on all 4 sides of the cabin. The neighbors directly behind the cabin up over the hill (Turtle Lane) had some very loud music and conversation until after 11:30 pm both nights, so, opting for a more quiet experience, we didn’t use the fire pit or hot tub. Behavior of the people on neighboring properties is obviously no fault of the homeowner. The next door neighbor sells small bundles of firewood for $15. Save some money and buy it in town or gather dead wood from the property. The next door neighbor allows their little brown and white dog to go outside untethered, and a couple of times it barked and ran over onto the property. As we didn’t know its demeanor, we were just extra vigilant to make sure it didn’t make contact with our dogs.

Our experience staying at this cabin was excellent! The location is lovely, and the cabin is bright, spacious, and comfortable with all the amenities we could have needed (plus some extras). We particularly loved the deck, where we could eat dinner or just relax with the dogs and enjoy the view of the surrounding woods. Tony was an amazing host who made himself available for questions, was quick to respond, and outlined the rules and policies clearly. This is a great cabin that has lots of modern benefits (including a great wifi signal) but also a bit of rustic charm, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We wanted a getaway weekend with our dogs and this place was perfect! The Woods is 5 minutes away and a great place for a burger and a beer. I wish my wife golfed because the course looked really interesting. Close enough to Berkeley Springs and Martinsburg but extremely private and quite. Hot tub was a perfect way to end each day.

For a friends night away- this cabin was perfect! We only stayed one night but I would’ve stayed more! The neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate, and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The host is very proactive and reminded me multiple times of check out policies, and we were able to relax on the deck. It is about 25 minutes to Berkeley Springs, but the drive is gorgeous! We didn’t get to use the fire pit, so I can’t speak to that part of the experience but we would absolutely stay here again!!

Tony’s place was one of the coziest, nicest places we’ve stayed at as of yet. The woods gave a nice feeling of privacy and was very easy to find. The house itself was very nice, clean, and cozy. The main living room was very spacious and great for hanging out in. There were plenty of games available for both indoors and outdoors. Tony was a great host with great communication and great suggestions with pamphlets for places and events to check out. Would definitely recommend it, and we hope to come back when we can!

Overall, we had an okay stay at this Airbnb. We desperately needed a quiet and relaxing getaway, and this place was relaxing. It was clean and the beds were super comfy. The host was super responsive. We were looking so forward to the lake pass and unfortunately it wasn’t able to be found and the host was unable to help us locate it so we were not able to go. The area isn’t as remote as it appears and unfortunately for timing one of the neighbors was having a party that was pretty loud but we understand that happens! The hot tub was a great feature. The beds were comfy and there were AC units in the windows which made it comfortable to sleep.

We were looking for a quiet place to spend a weekend in nature and this was it. The cabin was clean and well organized. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds we slept on while on vacation. Tony was extremely responsive to messages and always courteous and friendly. This cabin was a perfect getaway. It was surrounded by a lot of trees and it was very calm and relaxing. Even though it was only a night, it was great to get away and disconnect. Tony is a great host and very attentive. The cleaning crew finished early with the place prior to our arrival, we got to check in a little earlier which was pretty awesome. We needed a peaceful way station on the way between Roanoke, VA and New York City and this place was great! A short drive from route 81 in a quiet, peaceful, private community. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy the community pond but the grill and hot tub hit the spot. A great little spot that is super clean. Will definitely stop in again if we’re on the way through.

Overall a great experience if you are looking to relax. Only negative things is for the check out process we were asked to take out all the trash when we were charge a 90 dollar cleaning fee. Also the spaces do look bigger in the pictures it was only two of us so it worked out for us.

We wanted a girls weekend (plus a dog) in the woods, and this property was perfect for it! It rained most of the weekend but the covered deck was perfect to sit out on and listen to the rain. We had one day of no rain and were able to go on a hike then after, enjoy the hot tub and fire pit! Tony was very responsive and checked in multiple times to ensure everything was going well. Highly recommend this property for an escape in the woods!

There were a number of nearby hiking trails that provided great wildlife viewing and some interesting terrain. Tony is amazing. Tony was a great host & communicated quickly and was very responsive. The property wasn’t quite as private as I thought it would be (with respect to neighboring residences), but it was fine. I suspect it will be better once the foliage matures out in the spring. No issues. We grilled out and used the fireplace, and it was a great location to check out the Woods & Berkeley Springs. We did a nice hike at the nearby Devil’s Nose. Had our fur baby with us and everything went well. Again, Tony is very accommodating and responds quickly to any issues and checks up on you!

Tony was really nice and checked in with us via text a couple of times to make sure we were alright and provided some reminders for the check out process. Overall, it was a positive experience and just what we needed for a middle-of-nowhere getaway. The area was fairly private (we were there in February so trees were not filled in) and relatively close to a handful of places (~20 minutes to Cacapon brewery that we visited, which was great). A few things of note: (1) The pictures made the living and kitchen spaces look larger than they are, but for the two of us it was perfectly fine; (2) fireplace hearth was covered in ash and dust from the fireplace, which we cleaned up in order to properly work on the logs; (3) the dials on the grill were all left on and the propane tank was left open so there was no gas left. We didn’t check it out until we were ready to grill so we were disappointed to not be able to use it.

This was the perfect place for a relaxing city escape – super short drive from DC. Relaxing in the hot tub or by the fireplace after a nice hike was great! This was a modern cabin in the middle of nature with the amenities you want. Wifi was great and worked for Zoom meetings and streaming when not enjoying the beautiful nature all around. Tony was super helpful and responsive! Like any Airbnb, you can’t rely on small things being available so plan ahead as the stores are far away. For example there was no salt or laundry detergent, but there were things we didn’t expect like conditioner and coffee. I’m sure it just depends on timing and previous guests so definitely not an issue, just something to plan for! Can’t wait to go back! We didn’t get a chance to use the firepit or grill or lake but nice to have those options as well. Close to Berkley Springs. Five stars for sure!

Perfect place for a long weekend getaway! The cabin was cozy and quiet and had plenty of space for the two of us and our dogs. Would also work for two couples looking to travel together. Tony was very proactive in providing us information and was quick to answer questions or offer local recommendations. It’s pretty secluded so expect to have to drive about 15 minutes to get anywhere (except CJ’s – 5 minutes down the road and a great local bar!) but there are nice towns nearby with plenty to check out. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is a great spot. There’s a lovely fireplace in the house for relaxing during cold days and a nice firepit outside for when it is a tad warmer. The lake is a 5 minute walk and seems like a lovely spot for paddling. Tony was very responsive to my messages and was kind enough to offer early check in.

It speaks volumes when you stay at a place for one night only to rest and it ended up being the most memorable and comfortable stay we have ever had. Can’t recommend this place enough! The fall foliage was at its peak while we were there and the nearby hiking was superb. We spent one relaxing evening around the campfire and another in the hot tub! We cooked two meals during our stay, and the kitchen was well-stocked with high-quality stuff (pots, pans, knives, utensils, etc). The living room is very cozy, and we were lucky to have a large-screen TV since the Phillies clinched their spot in the World Series while we were there 😉

This cabin was everything we were looking for! Nestled in the woods, beautiful fall foliage, pet friendly, with a hot tub and fire pit. The community was peaceful and close to some scenic hiking trails. The cabin had a cozy feel and we ended up cooking all our meals here. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were quite comfortable and the cabin was clean. Communication with Tony was friendly and easy. We had the best stay and we were sad to leave.

The cabin was super comfortable, I loved reading through the guest book and seeing where everyone has visited from and their stories. Being able to sit by the fireplace and enjoy a movie after soaking in the hot tub was definitely something that’ll bring me back! In the mornings you can sit on the deck and watch all the different birds and deer, it was so peaceful. The host was also very helpful and responsive I definitely recommend this cabin for a getaway!

We were able to get away from our busy lives and just enjoy each other and God’s beautiful creation. We saw 12 deer out the back our first night! It rained the rest of our stay but we enjoyed the cabin and the hot tub!
The cabin was just as described. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable! We have no complaints about our stay! It is probably one of the best and easiest stays we have had through AirBnb!

Great stay! Used the hot tub, grill, and fireplace. Definitely take advantage of the devils nose trail if you enjoy hiking. It is a stunning trail with lots of unique views. We also traveled to Harper’s Ferry which was an easy 50 minute drive down the road. We cooked in during our visit, so make sure you bring the essentials (oil, spices, foil, etc) but there is a grocery store close by to stock up before you settle in. The hot tub is very nice! One of the cleanest we’ve been in! Over excellent stay.

This is a well-appointed, very clean cabin with modern decor. Sheets and towels were soft and immaculately clean. The host was proactive, responsive, and kind. Instructions are crystal clear and we had everything we needed, and more.
Note that the cabin is not entirely private, and that other homes are in earshot and clear view when you’re outside (including the hot tub). If you want a solitary getaway in the woods, you would need to choose something more remote.

The cabin is quaint and cozy; the living room was a great place to snuggle up on the couch and watch movies at night on the smart tv. We enjoyed a couple days here for our anniversary. The cabin is a little outdated and no dishwasher. Really enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace with bundles of wood available for purchase on drive in. Wished the hot tub was on deck or closer, was longer walk in colder temps. Blinds were broken and ceiling fan didn’t work (with inch of dust). Found so much hair and pet hair on the bed, pillows and in the tub. The beds were made but linens were dirty. Place is tidy and very cute and had everything we needed. The covered porch is a great feature! The beds and couch are really comfy. The wood burning fireplace was also very cozy. There are visible neighbors on all 4 sides of the cabin. The neighbors directly behind the cabin up over the hill (Turtle Lane) had some very loud music and conversation until after 11:30 pm both nights, so, opting for a more quiet experience, we didn’t use the fire pit or hot tub. Behavior of the people on neighboring properties is obviously no fault of the homeowner. The next door neighbor sells small bundles of firewood for $15. Save some money and buy it in town or gather dead wood from the property. The next door neighbor allows their little brown and white dog to go outside untethered, and a couple of times it barked and ran over onto the property. As we didn’t know its demeanor, we were just extra vigilant to make sure it didn’t make contact with our dogs.

We particularly loved the deck, where we could eat dinner or just relax with the dogs and enjoy the view of the surrounding woods. Tony was an amazing host who made himself available for questions, was quick to respond, and outlined the rules and policies clearly. This is a great cabin that has lots of modern benefits (including a great wifi signal) but also a bit of rustic charm, and I'd definitely recommend staying here.

For a friends night away- this cabin was perfect! We only stayed one night but I would’ve stayed more! The neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate, and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The host is very proactive and reminded me multiple times of check out policies, and we were able to relax on the deck. It is about 25 minutes to Berkeley Springs, but the drive is gorgeous! The host was super responsive. We were looking so forward to the lake pass and unfortunately it wasn’t able to be found and the host was unable to help us locate it so we were not able to go. The area isn’t as remote as it appears and unfortunately for timing one of the neighbors was having a party that was pretty loud but we understand that happens! The hot tub was a great feature. Tony was really nice and checked in with us via text a couple of times to make sure we were alright and provided some reminders for the check out process. Overall, it was a positive experience and just what we needed for a middle-of-nowhere getaway. The area was fairly private (we were there in February so trees were not filled in) and relatively close to a handful of places (~20 minutes to Cacapon brewery that we visited, which was great). A few things of note: (1) The pictures made the living and kitchen spaces look larger than they are, but for the two of us it was perfectly fine; (2) fireplace hearth was covered in ash and dust from the fireplace, which we cleaned up in order to properly work on the logs; (3) the dials on the grill were all left on and the propane tank was left open so there was no gas left. We didn't check it out until we were ready to grill so we were disappointed to not be able to use it.

This was the perfect place for a relaxing city escape - super short drive from DC. Relaxing in the hot tub or by the fireplace after a nice hike was great! This was a modern cabin in the middle of nature with the amenities you want. Wifi was great and worked for Zoom meetings and streaming when not enjoying the beautiful nature all around. Tony was super helpful and responsive! Like any Airbnb, you can’t rely on small things being available so plan ahead as the stores are far away. For example there was no salt or laundry detergent, but there were things we didn’t expect like conditioner and coffee. I’m sure it just depends on timing and previous guests so definitely not an issue, just something to plan for! Can’t wait to go back! We didn’t get a chance to use the firepit or grill or lake but nice to have those options as well. Close to Berkley Springs. Five stars for sure!

Perfect place for a long weekend getaway! The cabin was cozy and quiet and had plenty of space for the two of us and our dogs. Would also work for two couples looking to travel together. Tony was very proactive in providing us information and was quick to answer questions or offer local recommendations. It's pretty secluded so expect to have to drive about 15 minutes to get anywhere (except CJ's - 5 minutes down the road and a great local bar!) but there are nice towns nearby with plenty to check out. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is a great spot. There's a lovely fireplace in the house for relaxing during cold days and a nice firepit outside for when it is a tad warmer. The lake is a 5 minute walk and seems like a lovely spot for paddling. Tony was very responsive to my messages and was kind enough to offer early check in.

Can't recommend this place enough! The fall foliage was at its peak while we were there and the nearby hiking was superb. We spent one relaxing evening around the campfire and another in the hot tub! We cooked two meals during our stay, and the kitchen was well-stocked with high-quality stuff (pots, pans, knives, utensils, etc). The living room is very cozy, and we were lucky to have a large-screen TV since the Phillies clinched their spot in the World Series while we were there 😉

The community was peaceful and close to some scenic hiking trails. The cabin had a cozy feel and we ended up cooking all our meals here. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. The cabin was super comfortable, I loved reading through the guest book and seeing where everyone has visited from and their stories. Being able to sit by the fireplace and enjoy a movie after soaking in the hot tub was definitely something that’ll bring me back! We were able to get away from our busy lives and just enjoy each other and God’s beautiful creation. We saw 12 deer out the back our first night! It rained the rest of our stay but we enjoyed the cabin and the hot tub!

Great stay! Used the hot tub, grill, and fireplace. Definitely take advantage of the devils nose trail if you enjoy hiking. It is a stunning trail with lots of unique views. We also traveled to Harper’s Ferry which was an easy 50 minute drive down the road. We cooked in during our visit, so make sure you bring the essentials (oil, spices, foil, etc) but there is a grocery store close by to stock up before you settle in. The hot tub is very nice! One of the cleanest we’ve been in! Over excellent stay.

Note that the cabin is not entirely private, and that other homes are in earshot and clear view when you’re outside (including the hot tub). If you want a solitary getaway in the woods, you would need to choose something more remote.

We enjoyed a couple days here for our anniversary. The cabin is a little outdated and no dishwasher. Really enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace with bundles of wood available for purchase on drive in. Wished the hot tub was on deck or closer, was longer walk in colder temps. Blinds were broken and ceiling fan didn’t work (with inch of dust). Found so much hair and pet hair on the bed, pillows and in the tub. The beds were made but linens were dirty. Place is tidy and very cute and had everything we needed. The covered porch is a great feature! The beds and couch are really comfy. The wood burning fireplace was also very cozy. There are visible neighbors on all 4 sides of the cabin. The neighbors directly behind the cabin up over the hill (Turtle Lane) had some very loud music and conversation until after 11:30 pm both nights, so, opting for a more quiet experience, we didn’t use the fire pit or hot tub. Behavior of the people on neighboring properties is obviously no fault of the homeowner. The next door neighbor sells small bundles of firewood for $15. Save some money and buy it in town or gather dead wood from the property. The next door neighbor allows their little brown and white dog to go outside untethered, and a couple of times it barked and ran over onto the property. As we didn’t know its demeanor, we were just extra vigilant to make sure it didn’t make contact with our dogs.

We particularly loved the deck, where we could eat dinner or just relax with the dogs and enjoy the view of the surrounding woods. Tony was an amazing host who made himself available for questions, was quick to respond, and outlined the rules and policies clearly. This cabin was a perfect getaway. It was surrounded by a lot of trees and it was very calm and relaxing. Even though it was only a night, it was great to get away and disconnect. Tony is a great host and very attentive. The cleaning crew finished early with the place prior to our arrival, we got to check in a little earlier which was pretty awesome. Definitely will keep this cabin in my favorites for future get aways.

We needed a peaceful way station on the way between Roanoke, VA and New York City and this place was great! A short drive from route 81 in a quiet, peaceful, private community. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy the community pond but the grill and hot tub hit the spot. A great little spot that is super clean. Will definitely stop in again if we’re on the way through.

Very peaceful and semi private surrounded by nature. We enjoyed the outdoor deck and hot tub.Tony was very responsive and helpful. It is about a 20 min drive to any restaurants and groceries. Overall a great experience if you are looking to relax. Only negative things is for the check out process we were asked to take out all the trash when we were charge a 90 dollar cleaning fee. Also the spaces do look bigger in the pictures it was only two of us so it worked out for us.

We had a very nice stay! Everything was as said and Tony was a fast communicator so that was nice as well. The cabin and amenities were great and the location made going out to do things nearby very convenient.

We wanted a girls weekend (plus a dog) in the woods, and this property was perfect for it! It rained most of the weekend but the covered deck was perfect to sit out on and listen to the rain. We had one day of no rain and were able to go on a hike then after, enjoy the hot tub and fire pit! Tony was very responsive and checked in multiple times to ensure everything was going well. Highly recommend this property for an escape in the woods!

Tony and his cabin are amazing. It’s a beautiful and quiet property where you can sit down and just relax. There were a number of nearby hiking trails that provided great wildlife viewing and some interesting terrain. Tony is amazing. He was super friendly when communicating and gave some great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Loved the cabin and Tony is a super host!

Tony was a great host & communicated quickly and was very responsive. The property wasn’t quite as private as I thought it would be (with respect to neighboring residences), but it was fine. I suspect it will be better once the foliage matures out in the spring. No issues. We grilled out and used the fireplace, and it was a great location to check out the Woods & Berkeley Springs. We did a nice hike at the nearby Devil’s Nose. Had our fur baby with us and everything went well. Again, Tony is very accommodating and responds quickly to any issues and checks up on you!

Great place to stay if you want to visit Berkeley Springs and Cacapon State Park. Enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi and the stargazing. Kitchen is well equipped, comfortable beds, very nice deck to enjoy a meal/coffee, smart TV with good connectivity.

Tony was really nice and checked in with us via text a couple of times to make sure we were alright and provided some reminders for the check out process. Overall, it was a positive experience and just what we needed for a middle-of-nowhere getaway. The area was fairly private (we were there in February so trees were not filled in) and relatively close to a handful of places (~20 minutes to Cacapon brewery that we visited, which was great). A few things of note: (1) The pictures made the living and kitchen spaces look larger than they are, but for the two of us it was perfectly fine; (2) fireplace hearth was covered in ash and dust from the fireplace, which we cleaned up in order to properly work on the logs; (3) the dials on the grill were all left on and the propane tank was left open so there was no gas left. We didn’t check it out until we were ready to grill so we were disappointed to not be able to use it.

This was the perfect place for a relaxing city escape – super short drive from DC. Relaxing in the hot tub or by the fireplace after a nice hike was great! This was a modern cabin in the middle of nature with the amenities you want. Wifi was great and worked for Zoom meetings and streaming when not enjoying the beautiful nature all around. Tony was super helpful and responsive! Like any Airbnb, you can’t rely on small things being available so plan ahead as the stores are far away. For example there was no salt or laundry detergent, but there were things we didn’t expect like conditioner and coffee. I’m sure it just depends on timing and previous guests so definitely not an issue, just something to plan for! Can’t wait to go back! We didn’t get a chance to use the firepit or grill or lake but nice to have those options as well. Close to Berkley Springs. Five stars for sure!

Perfect place for a long weekend getaway! The cabin was cozy and quiet and had plenty of space for the two of us and our dogs. Would also work for two couples looking to travel together. Tony was very proactive in providing us information and was quick to answer questions or offer local recommendations. It’s pretty secluded so expect to have to drive about 15 minutes to get anywhere (except CJ’s – 5 minutes down the road and a great local bar!) but there are nice towns nearby with plenty to check out. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is a great spot. There’s a lovely fireplace in the house for relaxing during cold days and a nice firepit outside for when it is a tad warmer. The lake is a 5 minute walk and seems like a lovely spot for paddling. Tony was very responsive to my messages and was kind enough to offer early check in.

Tony is a highly communicative and proactive host who offers helpful information and wants you to relax and enjoy your stay! This house was a perfect mountain getaway – quiet, clean and functioning hot tub, nice indoor fireplace, well-stocked kitchen tools, comfy beds, etc… The yard and outside of the house could use a little freshening up (especially leaf removal) but that’s a minor thing, and I’m sure on his “to-do” list. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

It speaks volumes when you stay at a place for one night only to rest and it ended up being the most memorable and comfortable stay we have ever had. We have stayed in many hotels and never slept this good and had such a comfortable bed and pillows ever! They did a wonderful job with some touches you do not get at other places. We never anticipated it would be a day that we connected with each other, nature and our elderly dogs. It was a night we will never forget and be most grateful for.

It was a great stay- the area was great to drive around- beautiful countryside and lots of outdoor activities. Can’t recommend this place enough! The fall foliage was at its peak while we were there and the nearby hiking was superb. We spent one relaxing evening around the campfire and another in the hot tub! We cooked two meals during our stay, and the kitchen was well-stocked with high-quality stuff (pots, pans, knives, utensils, etc). The living room is very cozy, and we were lucky to have a large-screen TV since the Phillies clinched their spot in the World Series while we were there 😉

This cabin was everything we were looking for! Nestled in the woods, beautiful fall foliage, pet friendly, with a hot tub and fire pit. The community was peaceful and close to some scenic hiking trails. The cabin had a cozy feel and we ended up cooking all our meals here. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were quite comfortable and the cabin was clean. Communication with Tony was friendly and easy. We had the best stay and we were sad to leave.

The cabin was super comfortable, I loved reading through the guest book and seeing where everyone has visited from and their stories. Being able to sit by the fireplace and enjoy a movie after soaking in the hot tub was definitely something that’ll bring me back! In the mornings you can sit on the deck and watch all the different birds and deer, it was so peaceful. The host was also very helpful and responsive I definitely recommend this cabin for a getaway!

Tony’s place was great. It had a nice hottub that was ready the moment we got to the cabin. Everything was great! the only thing we kinda did not like was the check out, it was at 10am.. so if you are booking for one night, you dont have a lot of time to enjoy the cabin. Aside from that, everything was great

We loved our week at Tony’s cabin!! Very relaxing and just what we needed!! We loved the hot tub, inside fireplace and sitting on the deck in the early mornings watching the wildlife.
