This place was great! The cabin was clean and spacious, the views were gorgeous, and Tony was very communicative and helpful during our stay. The only thing I would note is that the roads navigating to the cabin in the community are a little confusing, as they aren’t marked well by signs, but the gps will get you there as long as you go slow. Also, the driveway is quite steep, so that’s good to note if you’re driving a car that might struggle with the incline when combined with inclement weather. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

The house was absolutely beautiful! The location of the house made the morning sunrise amazing! Beds were really comfortable.Beds were supper comfy!o 45 mins away from Whitetail! So much space. The grill & Hottub were the cherry on top!

My friends and I rented Tony’s cabin for a relaxing birthday weekend and had a wonderful time. The house and surroundings were beautiful and amenities like the wood-burning fireplace, hot tub and grill added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. While some appliances could use an update (some buttons on the dryer are broken or missing so we weren’t able to operate it and the toaster needs replacing) I would absolutely recommend the cabin and come again. Thanks Tony!

The place is amazing! However, although it is said in the description also, the insects are plenty. There were bugs and ladybugs basically everywhere. Bed, bathroom, linen. Everywhere Otherwise loved the place

We had a wonderful time. Tony’s place was perfect for a girls few days get away. Very convenient to the spa and shops in Berkeley springs. Beautiful home and each spacious bedroom had a bathroom. It rained out entire stay, but we didn’t care. We had great streaming connection, games and a large kitchen with everything we needed to cook. We hope to be back!

Tonys place was wonderful and had everything we were looking for. The rooms were very clean and decorated nicely. The house was easy to find. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and it’s always a plus to have an ice maker! We enjoyed the view, hot tub and sauna.

Our second time staying here, and it was great again! Beautiful location with easy access to Berkeley Springs and Cacapon state park.

Tony was a terrific host! When an unexpected water issue affected our original rental cabin- Tony offered us a choice of 3 cabins to meet our needs. He went above and beyond to make sure we had great accommodations !

Grandpa, two grandmas, son and daughter, and two grandkids had a wonderful time. Wonderful location, great view of night sky. Horseback riding, fishing, cards at night and a hot tub to sooth the senses. I gave the place 5 stars in all categories. But, I must say that “Tony” may or may not exist. Probably does. But the outfit is corporate and “Tony” has a team and he runs multiple properties. I think his description that he and the kids love the place, call it home, etc. is actually used in several listings. When you call, you speak to a member of the “team”. A very accommodating and friendly team I might add. Very responsive and courteous. I just think its disingenuous to suggest that the place we stayed is Tony’s home. I raise this because the “team” confused us with another house that needed repairs and, unannounced, two individuals entered the house to find a very startled member of our family who was alone at the time. The team got the wrong house.

This place was perfect for our family’s weekend getaway. The location and views were beautiful, and the house was spacious with plenty of room for our crew and dogs. We gave four stars for the overall experience because we ran into a few one-time issues that impacted our stay, but Tony was very responsive and did his best to address them immediately. Great host, and a great place!

What you see is what you get here! Had a great getaway with friends for the 4th of July; beds comfy and great communal area. The deck needs a little work and is treacherous walking barefoot given the nails sticking out. Would love to have stayed one more day to check out coolfont more!

Positive: Great spot in the mountains in a nice little resort community. Tony is very professional and quickly responded to all texts with small issues. He has a bunch of places in the area and this seems like one of the nicer ones. Berkeley Springs was a fun little town and easy to find hikes in the area. Negative: The place could use a little fixing up in places but the price is right so what do you care? Everything was perfectly livable.

Cabin was great and it was perfect for needs. Tony was a fantastic host and very responsive. The setting was great, felt we were in top of the mountain and had a beautiful view. Rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Each room has its own bathroom, very important with teenagers!

The house was beautiful, we especially loved the large porch and Mountain View! Everything was exactly as listed and clean. It rained a majority of our stay, but we relaxed and played some indoor games and ventured out sightseeing during some clearings. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

It’s a really nice place and was better than the pictures indicated. Very peaceful mornings with coffee on the deck and relaxing evenings in the hot tub. All of my friends had a good time and we’d definitely book the house again in the future.

My daughter requested to sleepover at a cabin with a hot tub for her 14th birthday, so I booked this place. She loved it and so did I! 😊

Fantastic property, as good as (or better) the photos and description. House is in great shape, the furniture is all in great condition (great mattresses, super comfortable), amazing location with lots of privacy. We’ll be looking to rent this place again. Tony is top-notch with communications – info shared and responsiveness.

Our family had a very nice winter getaway at Tony’s house. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The area is beautiful and Berkeley Springs has some cute shops and restaurants, although many were closed when we went in January.

The view was beautiful. The kitchen was lacking in cooking utensils, etc for 13 people – but plates, cups mugs were very adequate. Tony responded very quickly to our needs!!! The decore inside is nothing to brag about- so not particularly inviting and the family games and activities were not up to what was advertised so very glad we had brought our own games and cards. Everything was adequate Hot tub was a great amenity! And private bathroom for each bedroom is a big plus!

We loved the place, big enough for our family gatherings. Really enjoyed the fact each bedroom had its own bathroom. The owner Tony was extremely responsive and helpful. Definitely will be looking at booking again maybe in warmer season to enjoy some other less “wintery” amenities, the cabin and nature has to offer.

The cabin was a great, cozy space for a group of 12. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. Tony was very proactive communicating and friendly with all instructions. Big kitchen, awesome deck with a beautiful view of sunrise. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Place was immaculate, it was easy to find and it looked just as described. We were provided with everything we could need and Tony was always responsive, he would answer within minutes . Great spot for a family Thanksgiving.

We loved our stay at Tony’s place. We had 12 people and a dog and had plenty of room for everyone. The price is very reasonable when you get a group that big too. The location is amazing, quiet and private, and close to a lot of cool place to check out. We’d highly recommend this place to a large group looking to relax away from the city.

We had a wonderful birthday celebration with friends and family (6 adults + 3 kids). The house was exactly as described and worked out perfectly for our visit. This was a great location for our large group mountain biking at Cacapon State park. Convenient but secluded location, with good access to Berkeley Springs and Cacapon. Great views of the sunrise and stars off the deck. Plenty of parking, jacuzzi was very nice to have after long days of riding, and close to nearby breweries/wineries. We had a small issue with the lockbox at checkin, and Tony was extremely responsive and solved the problem within a few minutes. Would definitely recommend this home if you’re headed to the area.

Tony’s place in Berkeley Springs was perfect for a family weekend. The house was well-equipped and the setting was beautiful. Our young kids (3yo and 1yo) enjoyed splashing in the community pool, exploring around the property, and meeting animals at a local farm. The nearby town was also great. A note for future guests that may not notice this info in the listing – checkout is strictly at 10am. We were hoping for some flexibility given that we have a baby that needs to nap mid-morning, but of course the host is allowed to set their own rules and we rearranged our schedule as required. Just something to plan for if you are renting here! Otherwise, we would certainly recommend this place for anyone looking for a getaway.

A perfect place for friends/family getaway, it’s convenient and close to the downtown area. Lots of things to explore nearby. Tony’s house is clean, new and comfortable! With lots of fun games provided as well which kept us busy. I loved it and highly recommend! I would definitely consider booking again

Tony’s home was the perfect spot for our annual guys trip. The house is perfect for a big group, lots of beds and having a full bathroom in each bedroom was extremely helpful. Tony is extremely responsive and helped us whenever we had a question. We will certainty be staying again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Tony’s place for a long weekend. We had 3 families and the layout of the bedrooms was perfect. Lots of space in the common areas for everyone to sit, access to the pool and playground were a bonus. The kitchen had all of the pots and pans we needed to cook all of our meals. The kids also really enjoyed all of the toys available both inside and outside.

I stayed at Tony’s cabin for a weekend to celebrate my bachelorette party. I wanted a quiet place away from the city so my sisters, oldest friends, and I could have a girls’ weekend and catchup before the wedding. The cabin was perfect for our needs. There were bedrooms on all 3 levels of the house that provided a nice separation of space for a group of adults who are acquainted but perhaps not all are close friends. Clean and ample bathrooms to accommodate a house full of women. A well-stocked kitchen of pots, pans, and utensils. Tony was proactive in providing a house manual after booking and checking in during our stay.

Quite, secluded would stay again

The house was very nice. Nice hot water and good beds. Host was very nice. So 10/10 EXCEPT… the pictures didn’t not show how close the other house was. We could hear them talking on their porch in the morning. I wanted private but it was the opposite.

I loved the house. Felt right at home. I also enjoyed the local hiking trails that were steps away from the cabin. The only issue was Berkeley Springs itself. I was hoping it was more like harpers ferry. It’s was beautiful but I hope one day they can build up the town a bit and add more outdoor activities. I know they depend on tourism. That has nothing to do with Tony or the cabin of course. He was wonderful and made the trip worth it. We had a bbq and used the hot tub. The home was beautiful. Highly recommend for a quiet family getaway.

This cabin is the perfect get away for a girls weekend or even with the whole family! Brought my sister down for her bachelorette weekend and everyone had so much room to move around and not feel cramped. Beautiful kitchen and wrap around deck. The view is to kill for especially while it’s raining out. The hot tub is directly under the screened in porch so it’s nice to sit down there while it rains as well. P.s. the naked olive and hillbilly heaven is a must if you make your way out here!

Big applause to cleaners. Everything was done perfectly. She prepared the hot tub for us. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well -organized. All dishes and supplies were clean and new. I like the living room area it felt right at home. WiFi and Smart TV were perfect. There are a bunch of board games that you can play. The host did a good job. You won’t regret to visit this lovely cabin. I will definitely go back and bring my fam with me. Good place and I really had a nice stay 💖💖💖💖

This was a wonderful stay! Plenty of rooms, and a bathroom off each room was fantastic. There are stairs to get to the main floor, and the view from the deck is amazing! Ample dishes and towels, and our group of 6 with a 2 year old had a wonderful time and will be back!

It was a lovely home decorated very tastefully and had an owl theme that was awesome and complimented the outdoors and surroundings. Tony was very helpful and quick to address any issues. We will definitely recommend this place and plan to arrange a full week trip again this year.

Tony’s house was the perfect place to spend my birthday with my friends. The view was incredible and the hot tub was an extra plus! Beautiful secluded location. Plenty of space for us to relax. Enjoyed the mountain views from the wrap around porch. Tasteful decor. Indoor and outdoor games were a plus as well as the hot tub and fireplace.

Love how spacious it was & rooms are big

We had a really relaxing couple days with a fire going after being in the hot tub. Felt very comfortable.Tony is a super responsive host and checks in to make sure everything was going smoothly.

We couldn’t have been happier with this place. It worked perfectly for a large group (three families with at total of six adults and seven children.) The common area is a perfect place to hang out, eat, chat, play games, watch movies, listen to music, whatever. The bedrooms, meanwhile, are secluded enough to offer privacy and the fact that each room has its own bathroom is a huge plus. And the beds are very comfortable. The hot tub was a great touch and the house sits up toward the top of Coolfont, giving incredible views. There’s great hiking right there in the community, or you can travel a short distance to other trails. We also went down to use the salt water pool at the resort, and hit up the nearby brewery. Can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll almost certainly book again in the future.

this is the second time staying at Tony’s place. This one is better than the last place we stayed at! very spacious! will definetly book again for our snowboarding trip!

Was a really great stay, lots of room in the house and well furnished. Huge perk of having a bathroom in each bedroom to accommodate a big group while still having privacy. Have stayed in a few different cabin in the area and this is by far one of our favorites. Would definitely stay here again.
