My family, friends and i stayed at tony’s place and have little to no complaints. Pricing is what stood out to us most. For 3 nights, divided by 4 people it was very reasonable. It was easy to find, in a good location, and were met with a clean look and smell. The appliances were rather small but it did not become an issue beings that we cooked very little. It was 7 minutes from a cute little town but provided us with an out of touch feel. We ran into an issue with the hot tub but got an immediate response and was an easy self fix. The water was rather merky looking, But besides that everything was great. I do wish fire wood was provided but there are places nearby to grab some if needed. Would stay again!

Tony’s property is lovely and he is a very responsive and helpful host. The place has everything you need to enjoy a cozy cabin getaway, and we really enjoyed the indoor wood stove and the hot tub. We had some confusion with the hot tub at first, but Tony sent someone out right away to get it working again (it just needed more water). All was resolved easily and within minutes. Would definitely return – thank you Tony!

Great cabin for a weekend away. The hot tub is like new and is fantastic. The beds are comfortable and clean. It was a great place to go, light a big fire in the fire stove and relax for a few days.

Close to town and Cacapon State Park, where we enjoyed some great hiking. We saw deer and squirrels right in the yard, which was such a treat. The hot tub was amazing—a top priority for me when choosing a place to stay—and it did not disappoint.
Because of high fire hazards during our visit, we couldn’t use the outdoor fire pit, but it looked wonderful and we would’ve loved to enjoy a fire. We did pick up firewood at ACE and Food Lion for the indoor fireplace, which made the place feel extra cozy.
The beds were comfortable, and overall we had a really nice, relaxing time.

We had a wonderful time in Berkeley Springs, the town is absolutely fantastic. Friendly locals, great restaurants, charming shops, and beautiful nature nearby. The location of this property made everything easily accessible, which we appreciated. The cabin itself was functional and had everything we needed for our stay. However, at $350/night, we expected more attention to detail. Several easily fixable maintenance issues detracted from the experience: broken trash can lid, outdated showerhead, dusty fake plants and decor, single-ply toilet paper, disorganized kitchen drawers with cutlery thrown in haphazardly. The space also appeared much darker than the photos suggested. Check-in at 4pm and checkout at 10am felt restrictive, especially for a weekend getaway at this price point. Most comparable properties offer more flexibility. Communication was responsive when needed. The hot tub worked well and we enjoyed that amenity. This property just needs some TLC to match its pricing.

Great little place in Berkeley Springs! My husband and I stayed here for a few nights. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace on the chilly nights and the hot tub was wonderful. It’s tucked back enough that it’s still private, but still neighbors in the area so you don’t feel completely alone in the wilderness lol. And the price was very reasonable!

Positive:
Scenic location, QUIET and tucked nicely away, surrounded by woods, but close to town if needing to get groceries or get/do other things. Beds and pillows were super comfortable! House layout was perfect and everything needed was there. Lighting, heat and A/C were very good. Hot tub was a great bonus!
Negative:
Check out time at 10 am on a vacation is a bit too early. Having check-out extended to noon being included in the daily price would serve clients much better.

We booked this for a short weekend getaway. The house was as pictured and definitely felt like a house in the woods. The towels and bedding were clean, and the hot tub was great. The location was a short drive from town which was perfect for what we were looking for.

House was clean. It was a little tricky getting the lockbox open but when we called someone walked us thru it. Hot tub was great. Tony was very responsive. It was a little warm inside in some of the rooms due to the window AC units but they were fine. The beds were comfortable. The location was nice, only 10 mins to town and only 5 min drive to Berkeley Springs Brewery which we enjoyed. Thank you Tony for a great stay

Had a blast at the cabin this past weekend, it was 3 adults so all 3 rooms were used and it was nice spacing wise for all 3 of us to have our own rooms/privacy. The ONE bathroom for the whole house was kind of a downside but otherwise loved the property and the layout. It was far too cold for us to use the outdoor fire pit which was dissapointing but we did utilize the hot tub both nights and enjoyed sitting under the stars. Plenty of space to sit and enjoy coffee or to hike and explore nearby. The nearest town/resturants/etc. are roughly 5-10 minutes away which wasn’t near as far as we thought. Overall loved our weekend and will keep the property in our favorites folders for future dates.

This spot was everything we were looking for on a snowy week : quiet, relaxing, scenic and private. The cabin is simply designed in a way that highlights the natural beauty that surrounds it; the views through the large windows and off of the back deck off the woods & mountain ridge are unbeatable. The property was great for exploring & nature walking. The amenities are bare bones (byo hangers, hand soap, cooking spices, coffee etc),but that is no big deal considering the beyond reasonable price for such a fantastic place. The kind hosts were great about communicating, especially when we lost power for a bit in an ice storm (but the wonderful wood-stove warms up the whole beautifully, so we were more than fine). Overall, the cabin is an absolute find that we hope to return to! Oh, & if you’re a craft beer lover (as we are), it’s only a spit away from Berkeley Springs Brewing 🙂

My boyfriend and I were in dire need of a weekend getaway and this was the perfect place! The cozy, but luxury, vibe was exactly what we were craving. The hot tub and wood stove were great and really added to the experience. We were snowed in for a day of our trip, but didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything by staying in the cabin and enjoying the snow. I would 100% recommend staying here!

So glad we chose this lovely little cabin for our 3 night family getaway. The cabin was a perfect fit for our family of 5 and the new hot tub was ready for use upon our arrival. Such an amazing place to stargaze beneath the winter trees on a frosty winter night! Did a bit of cooking and found cabin had what we expected in terms of cookware, dishes and utensils. Communication from the host was consistent and helpful and we never found any reason to reach out as everything was just as described. If you are looking for simple accommodations in a beautiful, private spot, this is the right place!

Our stay at the cabin was lovely! We especially enjoyed the wood burning fireplace, hot tub, and beautiful views! Our dogs had a blast going for walks around the property and taking in all the smells of the great outdoors. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was clean but we were not able to get the wifi working and we felt it was too late in the evening to call the host. It could have been a problem on our side.
The only problem was that the only heating unit, we could see, was an cast iron wood stove, of sorts, with no directions for it’s use, so we did not have heat.

The cabin was secluded and in the woods. Close to town of Berkeley Springs, close to Great Cacapon State Park. Be sure to check out the Berkeley Springs Brewery just down the road.

the location is great for the area, close to restaurants and state parks. the cabin worked great for our family of 4. As silly as this may sound, we appreciated having a kitchen with plenty of silverware, cups, and dishes. we plan to stay again.

We had a great stay here! The place was exactly as described. Just a few minutes drive to Cacapon and Berkley Springs. Watching the sunset over the mountain while chilling in the hot tub was amazing. This is a cabin, so be aware that it’s rustic. You are in the woods and may see a bug or two. But this was no issue for us. The host sent a text saying at 2:45 PM saying that they had finished cleaning and we could check in early. Really appreciated that! I would definitely stay again.

Our stay was awesome!! Tony, our host, was extremely communicative and reached out to make sure we had what we needed. The home was clean, organized, and cozy. Small but perfect for what we needed. We always find a place with a hot tub, and this one did not disappoint. Clean and well-maintained, with a great view off of the raised deck. We brought our dog and he had a great time hiking the state park trails. Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing time with 2 adults and 2 dogs. The dogs enjoyed the massive backyard and played with all the sticks. The hot tub was clean and worth the stay!! Tony is so responsive and helpful whenever you need him. Such a beautiful view. Really enjoyed the stay.

Tony’s place was great for a weekend in the woods with a few friends and our dogs. It’s private and peaceful while being a short drive away from anything we needed. We loved having the hot tub, outdoor fire put and indoor wood fire stove, and grill since we stayed at the house for most of the weekend.

This property was great! My GF and I came to go visit Shenandoah national park to hike. The park was about an hour drive away from the cottage but was worth it. So relaxing and private, there are near by homes but still enough distance from each other. Would stay again Forsure! Great to get away from the city.

First time using AirBNB & Tony made it hassle free. At first the cabin we originally rented was having water problems so Tony reached out and offered us solutions we ended up transferring to his other cabin nearby which was a little more but Tony priced matched for us which was very nice of him. Him and his team were very communicative friendly and clear. As for the cabin exactly what we wanted. Something secluded and with views and cozy. My only recommendation would be the beds were not comfortable at all but that is very minor issue. As far as Berkley Springs goes i cant say i would return back to Berkley Springs or let alone West Virginia the people are very depressing and you can tell West Virginia is the dumpster of America but i would certainly stay with Tony again just not West Virginia. Tony and his team gets a A+++ from me.

Me and my husband, our 2 kids, and our dog all enjoyed our weekend getaway in this Berkeley springs home. We loved the screened in/fenced in porch, hot tub, and fire pit. Really appreciated the games and activities that were available both indoors and outdoors. The place is very cozy and tucked away which is just what we wanted. It had everything we needed for cooking, relaxing, and keeping our kids and pup happy and entertained. Plus a very friendly and responsive host! Definitely recommend!

This cabin is just want it says it is. It was a quiet, private cabin. It was cozy and had the basics you need to enjoy a weekend outdoors with relaxing nights. We did bring our two dogs, too. The house has a great layout for them. It has a fenced in deck with a grill and the hot tub where we could relax and the dogs could stare out a nature without us having to make sure they weren’t running off. There was also a screened in porch for all the dog supplies, boots, and clothes that are wet from the multitudes of hiking opportunities in the area. We had a great three day mini-vacation.

This cabin was perfect for a mini getaway and close to town to explore. The indoor fireplace was a game changer, keeping us warm and cozy the whole stay. Tony was very responsive and quick to jump into action with any questions or troubleshooting.

This was by far the WORST Airbnb experience I have ever had and the first time I have ever had to leave a bad review. The rental was filthy and looked like nothing close to the photos. Worst of all, it had a smell, first like mold and must, then became an unbearable stench that smelled like rotting flesh. It was absolutely disgusting; we could no longer stay there. If you plan to stay and use the firepit, it too looks nothing like the photos, and you must bring your own firewood – they do not even give you a complimentary log or two. Once we arrived home, we had to rewash our clothing and toss food because it carried the horrible smell home with us. Avoid this host and location at all costs.

However, there are a few negatives to note: the kitchen table is broken and difficult to use, the sofa is uncomfortable and stained, and the hot tub was extremely cloudy. On the positive side, the bedrooms are a good size, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The campfire area is relaxing, and we even used the wood stove indoors, which effectively heated the space on a cooler night. Overall, it was a good stay, and we enjoyed the proximity to the state park.

Had a blast at the cabin this past weekend, it was 3 adults so all 3 rooms were used and it was nice spacing wise for all 3 of us to have our own rooms/privacy. The ONE bathroom for the whole house was kind of a downside but otherwise loved the property and the layout. It was far too cold for us to use the outdoor fire pit which was dissapointing but we did utilize the hot tub both nights and enjoyed sitting under the stars. Plenty of space to sit and enjoy coffee or to hike and explore nearby. The nearest town/resturants/etc. are roughly 5-10 minutes away which wasn't near as far as we thought. Overall loved our weekend and will keep the property in our favorites folders for future dates.

This spot was everything we were looking for on a snowy week : quiet, relaxing, scenic and private. The cabin is simply designed in a way that highlights the natural beauty that surrounds it; the views through the large windows and off of the back deck off the woods & mountain ridge are unbeatable. The property was great for exploring & nature walking. The amenities are bare bones (byo hangers, hand soap, cooking spices, coffee etc),but that is no big deal considering the beyond reasonable price for such a fantastic place. The kind hosts were great about communicating, especially when we lost power for a bit in an ice storm (but the wonderful wood-stove warms up the whole beautifully, so we were more than fine). Overall, the cabin is an absolute find that we hope to return to! Oh, & if you’re a craft beer lover (as we are), it’s only a spit away from Berkeley Springs Brewing 🙂

My boyfriend and I were in dire need of a weekend getaway and this was the perfect place! The cozy, but luxury, vibe was exactly what we were craving. The hot tub and wood stove were great and really added to the experience. We were snowed in for a day of our trip, but didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything by staying in the cabin and enjoying the snow. I would 100% recommend staying here!

So glad we chose this lovely little cabin for our 3 night family getaway. The cabin was a perfect fit for our family of 5 and the new hot tub was ready for use upon our arrival. Such an amazing place to stargaze beneath the winter trees on a frosty winter night! Did a bit of cooking and found cabin had what we expected in terms of cookware, dishes and utensils. Communication from the host was consistent and helpful and we never found any reason to reach out as everything was just as described. If you are looking for simple accommodations in a beautiful, private spot, this is the right place!

Our stay at the cabin was lovely! We especially enjoyed the wood burning fireplace, hot tub, and beautiful views! Our dogs had a blast going for walks around the property and taking in all the smells of the great outdoors. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was clean but we were not able to get the wifi working and we felt it was too late in the evening to call the host. It could have been a problem on our side.
The only problem was that the only heating unit, we could see, was an cast iron wood stove, of sorts, with no directions for it's use, so we did not have heat.

The cabin was secluded and in the woods. Close to town of Berkeley Springs, close to Great Cacapon State Park. Be sure to check out the Berkeley Springs Brewery just down the road.

the location is great for the area, close to restaurants and state parks. the cabin worked great for our family of 4. As silly as this may sound, we appreciated having a kitchen with plenty of silverware, cups, and dishes. we plan to stay again.

Tony’s place was a wonderful getaway. It was located in a quiet, serene place. It was too hot to use the hot tub and fire pit but they are nice additions to the space. I would definitely consider staying there again.

Overall the cabin would have been ok, except there was no way to shower. There is one bathroom and when we got there I found the detachable showerhead hanging down and the bathtub had a lot of dirt/sand in it. When I went to turn it on to clean the dirt out me and my 10 year old got sprayed head to toe because there was a large hole in the middle of the shower head hose. I sent a message and picture to Tony and he said he would tell his handyman. I never heard from Tony again after that. We had just been camping and on a road trip for several days before we got there so all of us were really dissapointed that we couldn't get a shower. I feel like for the price of the cabin, making sure the shower works should be an absolute priority on the host's checklist. You had to fill out a required questionnaire online to get access to the house rules and code to the lockbox which was annoying. Besides that, the rooms were ok, the air conditioning worked well, and the screened in porch was nice

We had a great stay here! The place was exactly as described. Just a few minutes drive to Cacapon and Berkley Springs. Watching the sunset over the mountain while chilling in the hot tub was amazing. This is a cabin, so be aware that it's rustic. You are in the woods and may see a bug or two. But this was no issue for us. The host sent a text saying at 2:45 PM saying that they had finished cleaning and we could check in early. Really appreciated that! I would definitely stay again.

cute little cottage in the woods! quick weekend trip, would love to go back. the area is very private (we didn't see 1 other person on the street during our stay). super dog friendly, our 2 pups had a blast. we even went on a mini hike at cacapon. thanks Tony and team!!!

Our stay was awesome!! Tony, our host, was extremely communicative and reached out to make sure we had what we needed. The home was clean, organized, and cozy. Small but perfect for what we needed. We always find a place with a hot tub, and this one did not disappoint. Clean and well-maintained, with a great view off of the raised deck. We brought our dog and he had a great time hiking the state park trails. Would absolutely stay here again!

Bad: Bare minimum to keep up place. House is run down & not well cleaned. Has a distinct smell that isn’t pleasant. Linens had others hair leftover. Stains on furniture. Clumps of dust/hair on stairs. We didn’t turn on fan due to the dust on it. $85 cleaning fee but they ask you do the cleaning before you leave. Queen beds were full size. Grill was unusable. Hot tub could use servicing. Porch chairs dont have cushions. Have to fill out a mandatory questionnaire to get the house information. There are houses all around. Not sure where the 3 acres is laid out. We assumed we’d be more secluded.
The stairs are very dangerous, I fell down them.
Good: hot tub, Watching the stars. Wood burning stove keeps the house warm. Having our dogs. Kitchen is stocked with what you need. It is a relatively quiet place and you’re left alone. Games
The area: Parks near by were disappointing. Town is very small. Mineral spring is a lukewarm puddle. May be okay if from big city otherwise underwhelming

Tony was great! He was accomodating, and if we did not know how to work something or we thought something needed attention, someone was over ASAP. Was a great, private, clean, stay. Would definitely book with Tony again.
Groceries and such were just around the corner. Place was convenient yet private.

Amazing time with 2 adults and 2 dogs. The dogs enjoyed the massive backyard and played with all the sticks. The hot tub was clean and worth the stay!! Tony is so responsive and helpful whenever you need him. Such a beautiful view. Really enjoyed the stay.

Tony's place was great for a weekend in the woods with a few friends and our dogs. It's private and peaceful while being a short drive away from anything we needed. We loved having the hot tub, outdoor fire put and indoor wood fire stove, and grill since we stayed at the house for most of the weekend.

This property was great! My GF and I came to go visit Shenandoah national park to hike. The park was about an hour drive away from the cottage but was worth it. So relaxing and private, there are near by homes but still enough distance from each other. Would stay again Forsure! Great to get away from the city.

First time using AirBNB & Tony made it hassle free. At first the cabin we originally rented was having water problems so Tony reached out and offered us solutions we ended up transferring to his other cabin nearby which was a little more but Tony priced matched for us which was very nice of him. Him and his team were very communicative friendly and clear. As for the cabin exactly what we wanted. Something secluded and with views and cozy. My only recommendation would be the beds were not comfortable at all but that is very minor issue. As far as Berkley Springs goes i cant say i would return back to Berkley Springs or let alone West Virginia the people are very depressing and you can tell West Virginia is the dumpster of America but i would certainly stay with Tony again just not West Virginia. Tony and his team gets a A+++ from me.

Overall the house was decent, but poorly cleaned. We found hair on the sheets, as well as clothes and trash left behind from a previous guest. Wi-Fi was not “lightning fast” as advertised and the house is not suitable for young kids. Tony’s team made the bare minimum effort to address a couple of our concerns, but ignored the majority of them.

Me and my husband, our 2 kids, and our dog all enjoyed our weekend getaway in this Berkeley springs home. We loved the screened in/fenced in porch, hot tub, and fire pit. Really appreciated the games and activities that were available both indoors and outdoors. The place is very cozy and tucked away which is just what we wanted. It had everything we needed for cooking, relaxing, and keeping our kids and pup happy and entertained. Plus a very friendly and responsive host! Definitely recommend!

This cabin is just want it says it is. It was a quiet, private cabin. It was cozy and had the basics you need to enjoy a weekend outdoors with relaxing nights. We did bring our two dogs, too. The house has a great layout for them. It has a fenced in deck with a grill and the hot tub where we could relax and the dogs could stare out a nature without us having to make sure they weren't running off. There was also a screened in porch for all the dog supplies, boots, and clothes that are wet from the multitudes of hiking opportunities in the area. We had a great three day mini-vacation.

This cabin was perfect for a mini getaway and close to town to explore. The indoor fireplace was a game changer, keeping us warm and cozy the whole stay. Tony was very responsive and quick to jump into action with any questions or troubleshooting.
