One of the best retreats I had – perfect place to sit down with a book, enjoy the day, have a BBQ and lastly sync yourself in a hot tub. Also if the weather is good you can sit by the fire, lift your head and observe the stars.

The cabin was great for our week away. It was beautiful, quiet, and private.
It had everything we needed, and the hot tub was perfect.
There was a beehive that we found the first evening and Tony was right on it and send someone over to take care of them right away. Very responsive to messages, and helpful.
We will definitely look into one of his other properties the next time our family wants to get away.

This is the perfect cabin stay for a nice relaxing getaway! The neighbors are a bit close by but a privacy wall has been placed around the hot tub making it extra comfortable.

This place was so close to home but yet the perfect get away!! There are neighbors nearby, but everyone keeps to themselves and it’s quiet. It’s not only peaceful, but beautiful. My favorite part about the neighborhood was the lake in the middle. Perfect views through the mountains of good ole WV. The hot tub and fire pit made for a perfect couple nights. Tony was always responsive and attentive when I reached out. Super nice guy and super nice place! This place gave me the appreciation of peace & quiet. Highly recommend!! Pet friendly was a major perk for me. Comfortable as well 🙂

This is a nice little cabin to stay in. Outdoor space is small as far as deck space. There is a nice sized grill and a small 4 person hot tub. There is also a table and chairs for 4 on the deck, but it is a little tight. There is no grassy area. It is wooded with very close neighbors. Beds were comfortable! Kitchen very adequate, had everything we needed as far as utensils, dishes, and pots and pans. There is a lot of parking. Host was very responsive through text.

Our experience with Tony far exceeded this 5 star rating! Starting with a payment issue, that was in no way related to him but he still helped us figure it out. He was in communication throughout check in and check out and even offered helpful suggestions for dinner options. The cabin was also beautiful and very clean. It was everything we needed for a peaceful, relaxing anniversary weekend!

This is a great property. We booked last minute so we got a reasonable rate. It had the amenities listed and the hot tub was pristine! The neighbors are very close but the property is quiet. We enjoyed our stay and Tony is amazing. He was proactive in reaching out to make sure things were going well and made sure our stay was wonderful. We highly recommend booking.

Nearly everything was great, definitely 4.89 stars. Exactly as described and the other reviews are accurate. My one complaint and one knit is that the sofa seats were extremely worn, we were sitting ass-to-metal, deep in the sofa, stuffing them would do fine, and the views were just ok. Great natural light, views are mostly wooded and the neighbors homes/cars/equipment/lives…the cabin is very near other cabins/homes/campers. All very very nice.

We had a nice stay. The cabin was very clean, modernized, and comfortable. The place was very spacious for just two of us. A family of four can comfortably spend time there. Tony was extremely responsive and attentive. We recommend guests to bring bottled water for backup as the cabin is situated miles away from grocery and convenience store, and the water quality can be unpredictable due to weather.
Tony was very understanding when we were unable to leave at the checkout time due to unexpected snow accumulation and someone had an accident right outside of the property. Thanks to Tony’s kindness, we were able to drive out back home safely after the snow was cleared off from the steep and winding mountain road down from the cabin. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

My partner and I could not have enjoyed our stay more. In fact, we only booked for one night and wanted to extend it for another as soon as we arrived. Everything was functional, it was beautiful and private and very cozy. The sunrise in this property is not to be missed and the view from the upstairs bedroom is nothing short of remarkable. Thanks so much for having us and I look forward to revisiting this property again in the summer.

Tony’s cabin was LOVELY. I definitely wish we had more time to spend, we stopped on a trip home from Boston to Knoxville with our pups. It was perfect for that as well though, such a comfortable place for both humans & pups! Infinitely better than a pet friendly hotel, the space is warm, quiet & comfortable just like home. The views are also spectacular, especially watching the sun rise! We definitely hope to return, you wont be disappointed

The place was lovely, cozy and romantic. Is toddler proof which made our last minute get away great. The cabin is beautiful and there is some people around in the neighborhood, which made me feel safe. The hot tub was the cherry on the top. The sunrise view from the top room window was delightful. Our stay at Tony’s place was great! Really enjoyed the cabin in the woods and would recommend for a weekend away. Two things to note are that the cabin is close to other houses and sound carries so you have to be careful about how loud you are when using the hot tub or fire pit at night. Also the water and ice maker on the refrigerator were broken, which was a bit annoying because we had to go out and get water jugs and ice. Other than that everything else was perfect. Place is very clean and perfect for a weekend in the country.

Very cute clean cabin! I stayed here with my husband and our two dogs for 1 night on the way to pick up a car in Maryland! The cabin is not as private as it looks in the photos and not as much outdoor space as I was expecting! It was a little hard to find in the dark but if you arrive in the daytime you won’t have an issue It was very clean and had everything we needed the hot tub was a plus!

We had a great stay at Tony’s! It looks just like the photos and was very clean and well decorated. We went for a couple of hikes in the area and drove into Martinsburg for one day. We were so happy we could bring our dog too! The hot tub was a great plus as well. Only thing to note to future guests is the neighbors are much closer than we anticipated and they keep their outdoor lights on all the time.

My husband and I had a great time at Tony’s cabin! We cooked food, made a fire and got in the hot tub a few times. It was the perfect size for us. Tony had pots, pans, silverware, a coffee pot, basically everything you would need to make a meal which was really nice. My husband and I slept in the loft bed upstairs and it was clean and comfortable. The shower is a little old, but everything was clean and worked properly so it wasn’t an issue for us. The neighborhood Tony’s cabin is in is nice and peaceful and filled with lots of beautiful trees. Tony also gave us a ton of really great reccomendations of hikes to go on, places to eat and things to do! We found the info he gave us to be really helpful! My husband and I got a much needed break while staying at Tony’s cabin and we loved staying there!

Was a nice holiday weekend get away. Much closer to the neighbors than I realized from pictures… stared at their garage exterior flood light they left on all weekend. And their large dog liked to occasionally bark at us when we were outside. I would stay there again, but probably check out other places first. FYI, no dishwasher. And would be nice to have wall hooks to hang belongings or some more places to put things down (benches in bedrooms etc). Hot tub & fire pit were great!

The decore of the cabin was very cozy and comfortable- it is clear that a lot of thought went into each piece chosen.

As we were on a return trip from our vacation this place was really out of the way from restaurants- that said luckily we found a great place to eat at Thai Martinsburg Restaurant.
Plan to get to the cabin early rather than later because finding this place in the dark is no easy task- I mean it is a cabin in the woods of West Virgina
This seems like it would be a neat place for a family to stay to enjoy the lake amenities- unfortunately we just came to sleep for the night

Very cozy and welcoming. Loved everything about the place. The only thing is it could’ve been a little more cleaned up. It was a little dusty upstairs and the windows weren’t clean and there was dust all on the top of the ceiling in the bedroom. Other than that everything was perfect and it’s a beautiful little home and the host was very friendly!

My partner and I could not have enjoyed our stay more. In fact, we only booked for one night and wanted to extend it for another as soon as we arrived. It was perfect for that as well though, such a comfortable place for both humans & pups! Infinitely better than a pet friendly hotel, the space is warm, quiet & comfortable just like home. Our stay at Tony’s place was great! Really enjoyed the cabin in the woods and would recommend for a weekend away. Two things to note are that the cabin is close to other houses and sound carries so you have to be careful about how loud you are when using the hot tub or fire pit at night. Also the water and ice maker on the refrigerator were broken, which was a bit annoying because we had to go out and get water jugs and ice. Other than that everything else was perfect. Place is very clean and perfect for a weekend in the country.

The cabin is not as private as it looks in the photos and not as much outdoor space as I was expecting! It was a little hard to find in the dark but if you arrive in the daytime you won’t have an issue It was very clean and had everything we needed the hot tub was a plus!

We were so happy we could bring our dog too! The hot tub was a great plus as well. Only thing to note to future guests is the neighbors are much closer than we anticipated and they keep their outdoor lights on all the time.

My husband and I had a great time at Tony’s cabin! We cooked food, made a fire and got in the hot tub a few times. It was the perfect size for us. Tony had pots, pans, silverware, a coffee pot, basically everything you would need to make a meal which was really nice. My husband and I slept in the loft bed upstairs and it was clean and comfortable. The shower is a little old, but everything was clean and worked properly so it wasn’t an issue for us. The neighborhood Tony’s cabin is in is nice and peaceful and filled with lots of beautiful trees. Tony also gave us a ton of really great reccomendations of hikes to go on, places to eat and things to do! We found the info he gave us to be really helpful! My husband and I got a much needed break while staying at Tony’s cabin and we loved staying there!

And their large dog liked to occasionally bark at us when we were outside. I would stay there again, but probably check out other places first. FYI, no dishwasher. And would be nice to have wall hooks to hang belongings or some more places to put things down (benches in bedrooms etc). Hot tub & fire pit were great!

It was a little dusty upstairs and the windows weren’t clean and there was dust all on the top of the ceiling in the bedroom. There was a beehive that we found the first evening and Tony was right on it and send someone over to take care of them right away. Very responsive to messages, and helpful.

This place was so close to home but yet the perfect get away!! There are neighbors nearby, but everyone keeps to themselves and it’s quiet. It’s not only peaceful, but beautiful. My favorite part about the neighborhood was the lake in the middle. Perfect views through the mountains of good ole WV. The hot tub and fire pit made for a perfect couple nights. Tony was always responsive and attentive when I reached out. Super nice guy and super nice place! This place gave me the appreciation of peace & quiet. Highly recommend!! Pet friendly was a major perk for me. Comfortable as well 🙂

This is a nice little cabin to stay in. Outdoor space is small as far as deck space. There is a nice sized grill and a small 4 person hot tub. There is also a table and chairs for 4 on the deck, but it is a little tight. There is no grassy area. It is wooded with very close neighbors. Beds were comfortable! Kitchen very adequate, had everything we needed as far as utensils, dishes, and pots and pans. There is a lot of parking. Host was very responsive through text.

My one complaint and one knit is that the sofa seats were extremely worn, we were sitting ass-to-metal, deep in the sofa, stuffing them would do fine, and the views were just ok. Great natural light, views are mostly wooded and the neighbors homes/cars/equipment/lives…the cabin is very near other cabins/homes/campers. All very very nice.

We had a nice stay. The cabin was very clean, modernized, and comfortable. The place was very spacious for just two of us. A family of four can comfortably spend time there. Tony was extremely responsive and attentive. We recommend guests to bring bottled water for backup as the cabin is situated miles away from grocery and convenience store, and the water quality can be unpredictable due to weather.
Tony was very understanding when we were unable to leave at the checkout time due to unexpected snow accumulation and someone had an accident right outside of the property. Thanks to Tony’s kindness, we were able to drive out back home safely after the snow was cleared off from the steep and winding mountain road down from the cabin. Overall, we had a lovely stay.
