The Home
Inside, the home features a cozy loft hangout space perfect for reading, relaxing, or playing games. The spacious bedrooms include a king room, a queen room, and a twin room with two beds, offering plenty of comfort for everyone. The full bathroom includes a large garden tub for soaking after a day of adventure.
The fully stocked chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances is ready for anything from morning coffee to family dinners, complete with bar seating, a Fisher Paykel refrigerator, Bosch oven/range, microwave and dishwasher, coffee maker, George Foreman grill, waffle maker, blender, crockpot and a convenient Delta touch-activitated faucet. A large dining room provides space for shared meals and conversation, and a piano adds a special touch for music lovers.
Step outside to enjoy the mountain air from the deck, relax in the private hot tub, swing in the hammock, or gather around the firepit. The propane grill and outdoor seating make it easy to dine al fresco while taking in the views. In the summer, the Shenandoah Music Festival in Orkney Springs is a 15-minute drive, offering wonderful entertainment.

1. Bryce Resort (distance from house - 10 mins) Tons of things to do – from skiing and snow tubing in the winter, to swimming, kayaking, and golfing in the summer. And of course, many great restaurants, bars, and shops as well. Plenty to keep everyone entertained!
2. Shenandoah National Park (distance from house - 15 mins) A major attraction in the area, offering over 200,000 acres of protected land. You can enjoy scenic drives, hiking, camping, and wildlife watching. The Skyline Drive is a famous route offering breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
3. Skyline Drive (distance from house - 15 mins) Skyline Drive runs through Shenandoah National Park and offers some of the best panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It's especially beautiful during the fall when the foliage is vibrant with autumn colors.
4. Luray Caverns (distance from house - 20 mins) One of the most famous cave systems in the United States. You can take a guided tour through the stunning stalactites and stalagmites, and also visit the Luray Valley Museum and the Garden Maze on the property.
5. New Market Battlefield State Historical Park (distance from house - 20 mins) Are you a history enthusiast, visit this Civil War battlefield. The park features a visitor center, museum, and walking tours. It's a great place to learn about the Battle of New Market and its significance during the Civil War.
