Tony’s space was exceptionally clean and free of clutter, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We loved the variety of game options, the coloring books, and the family questions he provided—they really helped me and my son bond during our visit. Tony was also very responsive to any questions I had, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

The cabin was very clean, cute and cozy. We enjoyed the quietness of being in nature. It was nice to relax on the deck, in the hot tub, and by the fire pit. It was also a plus that we could bring our fur baby with us. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back.

Tony’s place is great if you want a break from the city or would like to work remotely from the woods. Screened in porch was great and the fact that the property was at the end of a dead end road meant that there was no street sound. It’s about a 25 min. from Berkley Springs, which is a super cute town with a great little cafe. I would note however that the cabin kitchen isn’t set up for cooking – no spices or olive oil, etc. – and I would probably bring your own coffee/tea because the selection was spotty and looked like it was just leftover from other guests.

Tony was very responsive to any texts we sent. We had a slight issue getting in but he responded within minutes, maybe even seconds! Enough bedding and towels were provided. The hot tub was amazing. We had some nighttime wildlife encounters while in the hot tub (deer) that was a story for the books. The screened in porch was nice, relaxing and bug free. Would come again.

A very nice stay. Nice accommodations and amenities. Great view with gentle breezes from the screened-in deck. It sort of feels like you’re staying in a tree house. Tony was always available but never intrusive. We would definitely stay there again, thank you!

Nice, relaxing getaway for 1 year anniversary. When we arrived the dish towel was in the shape of a heart which was adorable & thoughtful. Loved being able to bring our 2 dogs. House was stocked with all the essentials. Tony and his team were helpful, clear, and great at communicating to make an effortless trip!

Beautiful peaceful cabin right next to a wildlife management area along mountain ridge. Private hot tub under the back porch was awesome on a rainy day. Cabin had all the basic immenities of modern life in a quiet corner of woods. We enjoyed looking into trees from the living room. Cozy and wonderful for relaxing with nature! Hiking trails are nearby with short drive or long walk. We hiked on tuscarora trail and to devil’s nose- both nice hikes with great views near cabin. There are a couple places to order food within 15 min drive and 30 min drive away is groceries and more food- enjoyed food from Clubhouse Grill and Pub at The Woods golf course 13 minutes drive away- was good food but enjoyed coming back to the quiet cabin. There are utensils and pots and pans, but bring spices and food for cooking. We didnt see the address # right away in the dark & google maps took us to the neighbors house but we realized to go next door where red trash cans have a platform next to driveway

We had a great time. The hot tub was hot when we got there! There were a few maintenance issues but Tony was responsive to our messages and nothing interfered with our stay. I wish the location was a little more private as there’s a house just up the hill, but the hot tub and porches are facing away from it. The baseboard heating worked surprisingly well. I think it would have been small for more people, especially since the rooms are open at the top and sound travels, but it was great for two of us and two dogs. Would stay again!

It was a great stay at this cabin. The view was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, it was very relaxing. Wish there was TV in the bedroom but it wasn’t a big deal. We got to see the sunrise right from our bed. FYI if you plan to bring other people, the wall between the 2 bedrooms doesn’t go all the way up so you can hear everything and even look over the wall to see the other bedroom. Overall, the place was clean. Water was hot. Kitchen was fully functional. We would go back.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We arrived after dark and found it challenging to find, however, the host was responsive and helpful when contacted. The property has a hot tub which they don’t forefront in the current description, it is very well maintained has an amazing view and our favorite part of our stay. The Internet was totally adequate and I was able to telework without difficulty. We found it to be a good value.

I decided to book this cabin for a Valentine’s Day weekend get away. It got off to a rocky start due to inclement weather and not being able to find the house in the dark. The rest of the weekend was a lot of fun. Being snowed in at a cabin is a different kind of experience. Highly reccomend the hikes nearby. The hot tub was great against the harsh weather and the fire pit worked even when drenched in snow. The views from the porch are so beautiful. Every single amenity listed on the posting was in the Airbnb. The beds were so comfy.
Tony and his team were responsive to every question/request. Even when I needed to get my car towed out the morning I left, he was more than okay with letting me stay until my tow truck arrived. The hospitality of the team is great
Note to travelers who don’t visit the country often: the road to this Airbnb is on a steep hill and isn’t paved well. If it’s raining or snowing, I highly recommend using a vehicle with AWD or 4 wheel drive to combat the mud.

Beautiful place where you really feel deep in the woods. Feels very private. Comfortable beds, a nice hot shower, stayed warm even tho it was freezing outside. Hottub didn’t seem to be working but stuff happens so I can’t be mad at it.

Nice and cozy spot, the wood stove oven was toasty with very much cabin vibes. Lots of linen and blankets for cold nights. Jacuzzi was clean, amazing and pristine, definitely the highlight of our trip! Definitely would recommend for future guest! Tony was responsive and very nice, thank you!

We seen a deer that scared us on out eay to hot tub and met the neighbor’s cute, sweet doggo!! Tony was super responsive and made everything pretty easy!
My only complaint would be the bed was squeaky ( would wake myself up) and a little to firm for our liking! With that being said, we would still stay again! (Hopefully longer next time)

Heating is baseboard units and an electric radiator plus wood-burning stove. My partner wanted more exact temperature control for the fall nights, but I found the heat to be fine even though we spent about $8/day for firewood (there are pines in the area and I didn’t want to burn collected wood in the stove) with overnight lows around freezing.
The fire pit looked great, but we never did get around to it. The hot tub is lovely, but the exterior stairs made for a chilly walk out, just before dusk, and back in.
The local shops are about 30 minutes away and very nice (7 Moons Wellness and Mythical Pizza were or favorite spots). The local grocery store (Martin’s) had everything we needed, but didn’t have some of the things we were looking for. My partner signed-up for their app while we were shopping and we saved about $4 on our groceries.
There’s a Pūr pitcher in the fridge, but no filter, so we bought bottled water even though the coffee was fine with water from the tap.

We loved our stay! The cabin was beautiful with all the little touches to make it feel like home (from the makeup wipes, several different kinds of coffee, and cozy blankets to snuggle up with on cold nights). We were sad to leave the peace and quiet and can’t wait to come back soon!

We loved this cabin! It’s the perfect place for a long weekend. The screened-in porch and hot tub were my absolute favorite. It rained all day Saturday, but we loved it because we could sit out on the porch and relax while listening to the rain. It’s so scenic! The wifi/internet also works great. The cabin itself is a bit more dated than the pictures show, but we didn’t mind much since we had the dog with us. Tony and his team are extremely helpful and were GREAT about communicating with us. Anytime we had a question, they answered it for us right away. We’d love to stay again.

The place was cleqn. Tony was very responsive for the few questions i had. The place itself was clean.. It did have a little more dating than I thought but that was fine with us since we had the dogs woth us. Everything was great except the hottub. That may have been me but the chemical smell was so strong it made my eyes water and i could not get in. My husband had no interest in the hottub at all so I do not have his opinion. The dogs loved the screened in deck and made us sit there with them anytime we were in the house!

Amazing place, we had such a great time. Lots of fun activities available like indoor/outdoor games, fire pit, and hot tub. VERY dog friendly! The surrounding area has beautiful hikes especially Devil’s Nose which has beautiful views. Everything was exactly as described and Tony went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Unlike some airbnbs, this one has so many little touches that made the stay effortless like coffee, filters, seasonings, lots of kitchen utensils and pots and pans, dish soap, extra towels, bathroom and shower essentials. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back!

The extra large bunk bed was perfect for our three young children, and I was happy to find extra amenities like child cutlery and shampoo. The place was exactly like he described. It’s in a peaceful wooden community, private and with everything you need. The grill and hot tube were a great addition, and both worked fine. The view is nice, and he has all utensils you may need. I would suggest you bring water and food, because groceries are not so close. The place was really clean and organized.

We enjoyed hiking at Cacapon State Park and stopped for some beers and apps at Hillbilly Heaven afterwards. The local Devil’s Nose hike was one of our all time favorite hikes! My wife and I stayed at Tony’s cabin and had a great time. The hottub was great, the scenery was beautiful, and Tony was a supportive host. Perfect spot for a getaway and we truly had the best time. You wont regret booking this home!
Just a few things id like to mention that may make it easier for some. 4WD would be recommended especially if rain or snow is expected. I had no problem with rear wheel just a little slipping when you leave the cabin trying to make it out and up. If you’re not familiar with mountainous areas keep this in mind. Tip for finding the cabin, it’ll be on your left and the driveway is a little tucked and dips down a bit so go slow coming in the driveway to avoid hitting the front bottom end of your car.
Devils Nose trail down the street (still a small drive) is higjly recommended and beautiful!
Will at Berkeley Springs Tattoo is also a great artist and guy if you’re looking to walk in!

We overall had a great stay in the cabin. It was very quiet and peaceful, and close to some great hiking trails. As you can kind of tell in the photos, the walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling, so just something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a group. It was quite cold in the cabin with only baseboard heaters and one space heater, so some heavy blankets would be good! Our issue was that a lot of the dishes were not clean and had to be washed before we could use them. It’s part of the check out list to wash all the dishes you use but not everyone will do that. That’s not Tony’s fault and it’s not a huge deal but a little inconvenient. We drove into town a couple times and the drive was extremely easy. Tony was SO nice and responsive, and answered all my questions quickly. Thank you Tony!

Amazing host, extremely communicative and helpful, as well as proactive. My cousins and I rented the place for a weekend getaway trip. The hot tub was excellent and the double rug cabin was cozy all weekend long. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spotless and cozy as well. I would recommend this place to anyone who was to just be in the woods for a weekend but also with all the comforts of their home.

Enjoyed the cabin, peaceful, and great views of the woods. Had some hiccups with the hot tub but Tony was very responsive and had it fixed quickly. LOVED the buck stove, heated the cabin very quickly and we didn’t have to use any other hitting source. Felt like the old days, growing up and having one. Loved the feel of the 70’s vibe decor with panel walls. Loved the two decks too enjoy the view. Def love that the grill and hot tub is under roof , so you can use no matter the weather. Why I rented this place as we expected rain. The kitchen is def stocked with anything you need to make cooked meals in which we did. Positive: A quiet and peaceful dog friendly retreat… with a couple exceptions. The cabin and amenities were as advertised. The place was neat and cozy. Bedding and towels were fresh and soft, and the beds were comfortable. The internet worked well and wifi was easy to connect to. Despite being the ‘middle of nowhere’ in WV, we had no trouble finding the place, or getting to it.
Negative: The cleaning fee felt like a slap in the face after noticing every dish and utensil looked and felt dirty, as did the hot tub. The hot tub was the main attraction for us, and was just disappointing. In addition to debris that had to be cleaned from the tub before use, the jets had less pressure than a garden hose and we did not enjoy the experience nearly as much as we had hoped. Lastly, the shower head was terrible… it is a small thing, but makes a huge difference.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Tony’s place is as described and we had everything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving meal in a functional kitchen. Surroundings were peaceful, our French bulldog was happy, and we ventured into town to get massages one afternoon at the recommendation of the host. Tony was very communicative.

Booked this on a whim, just to get away for a night. I was kind of nervous driving up the mountain and into the driveway, but the house was cozy, quiet, and had everything I needed. I spent a lot of time in the hot tub, just listening to music and watching the leaves fall. The grill was great, and outdoor seating area was a perfect place for coffee and reading. Bed was very comfortable. Perfect spot to get away from the city for a bit and enjoy nature. Thank you, Tony!

Had a great solo stay with my two pups! Thought I would end up reading a lot but instead just stared out at the gorgeous view from the screened in porch– happened to be there for peak leaf turning so it was all a sea of orange and yellow! So stunning, especially in the misty mornings and with the sunset light streaking through the leaves. Definitely loved relaxing in the hot tub, and greatly appreciated that the kitchen had all the basics! We had everything we needed and cant wait to go back. No real wildlife sightings (for better or for worse!) beyond a randomly panicking woodpecker and a fussy squirrel, but thankfully far enough from humans to feel peaceful and one with nature.
The road getting out there is definitely a bit rough so I imagine any rain or snow might make it hard to drive on for two-wheel drive cars, so just take it slow and don’t rush!

Tony is a great communicator, answers questions quickly. The place was peaceful and quiet. I would definitely get your groceries before you get there, it’s a pretty good drive to anything. This was a very comfortable space. We enjoyed watching the deer play in the woods and of course the highlight for us was the hot tub.

The place is very clean and quiet. The hot tub is very nice, clean, and working. Gps takes you to the location with no problem. It is away from stores so good to bring yourself before arriving. Full kitchen and grill to cook. Large smart tv as well. Would definitely stay again.

This place is fantastic – it has the cabin feel but has special touches to make it modern. The hot tub was excellent – we thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful quiet and beautiful trees surrounding the house.
Everything was very clean and communication was quick and efficient. Tony and his family sent us a detailed house manual.
Restaurants are within 30 minutes – but I would suggest you prepare food ahead of time.
We will absolutely keep this place in our saved favorites and return here again.

We loved the seclusion and being on the hillside with the wind in the trees (rain on the roof + super comfy beds was the best). Hot tub was great respite after hiking. Bathroom is nice and private but there are open overhead walls between bedrooms. We had a quick girls trip and made it like a sleepover – very fun little cabin 🙂 Host is excellent with communication and attentive to any needs. We definitely recommend staying at Tony’s.

Very cute home tucked into a picturesque area! The hot tub was a huge bonus as well as the screened in porch area! The master bed was very comfortable and we could have spent hours staring out the windows at the beautiful fall foliage. Very easy check and check out and Tony was a gracious host!

Peace and quiet! The beds are amazingly comfortable and the noise is non-existent. I slept like a log. This is a great place to settle in for a few days and just relax. It has one the best-stocked kitchens I’ve seen in a rental and the items were of good quality. I got some much-needed R&R.
It really is a half hour to anywhere, so stock up and cozy on in for a tranquil long weekend.
Tony was a great communicator and responded quickly to any questions. Will definitely be looking at his listings again.

Hot tub was so nice I love the lights, nice pots and pans, nice furniture, COMFY beds and pillows, fire pit (didn’t get to use it thanks Ian), games were a nice touch, soup just incase we forgot them, towels and lines provided. Tony was also exceptional (he was very accommodating with checkin time so we could get a round of 9 in before the rain hit)

LOCATION (this was a con for our group simply because we wanted to go out to eat every night and it’s 35-40 minutes any direction, once you get off the main road it’s only about 2 miles but takes 10 minutes it was terrible at night too, I think this is a great spot if you aren’t looking to get dinner any night), the bedrooms (be careful the rooms are not completely a “room” the living room, and 2 bedroom walls are open at the top, it was my sister, my boyfriend, and her boyfriend so this really sucked because we didn’t realize in the photos, I would highly not suggest this if you are going with other than just a couple or family).
One extra note make sure to bring extra towels for the hot tub we were not smart enough to bring extra and had to use the bath towels provided!
Overall a great stay and would love to check out more of Tony’s places!

Accommodations exactly as described. A very thorough and complete house manual was provided, everything laid out clearly. Excellent communication throughout the stay. Tony and and management staff went over and above, even providing assistance with an unexpected vehicular issue we experienced.
Solitude and peacefulness was amazing. Highly recommend. Cannot wait for the opportunity for a repeat stay at one of his properties in the future.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at this cabin. It is much bigger than expected and very well appointed. I’m the “bring everything when I travel” type of person and really we didn’t need much of anything that I brought. Plenty in the kitchen to cook with and eat on. The grill is very nice to use too!The bed was comfy and the hot tub was wonderful! We said to eachother that it has a cozy cabin feel but with some nice modern amenities and touches. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet we had. We were able to walk our dog down the road and hike a little as well. The Wi-Fi worked well and even streamed a movie one night. It was a perfect getaway to celebrate a birthday. The hot tub was amazing!
I do want to issue a small warning about the driveway where it meets the road. Please please be careful when exiting. I highly recommend to drive out forwards and NOT back up. Where the driveway meets the road is a little narrow and off camber so when backing up we almost got stuck in the ditch across the street because of the departure angle. Thankfully we didn’t have any damage and a neighbor was able to safely tow us out. This is strictly a warning and has nothing to do with the wonderful cabin and our great time there. I would hate if someone did something similar or worse when entering or exiting the property.
We would 110% recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back and enjoy it again.

Set in the heart of the forest, you feel worlds away from it all.
The peace and serenity is found inside, with the lovely decor and comfortable beds to the back deck and hot tub where you feel swept away into the natural world.
My favorite was morning coffee with the misty fog moving through the trees.

Tony's place is great if you want a break from the city or would like to work remotely from the woods. Screened in porch was great and the fact that the property was at the end of a dead end road meant that there was no street sound. It's about a 25 min. from Berkley Springs, which is a super cute town with a great little cafe. I would note however that the cabin kitchen isn't set up for cooking - no spices or olive oil, etc. - and I would probably bring your own coffee/tea because the selection was spotty and looked like it was just leftover from other guests.

Beautiful peaceful cabin right next to a wildlife management area along mountain ridge. Private hot tub under the back porch was awesome on a rainy day. Cabin had all the basic immenities of modern life in a quiet corner of woods. We enjoyed looking into trees from the living room. Cozy and wonderful for relaxing with nature! Hiking trails are nearby with short drive or long walk. We hiked on tuscarora trail and to devil's nose- both nice hikes with great views near cabin. There are a couple places to order food within 15 min drive and 30 min drive away is groceries and more food- enjoyed food from Clubhouse Grill and Pub at The Woods golf course 13 minutes drive away- was good food but enjoyed coming back to the quiet cabin. There are utensils and pots and pans, but bring spices and food for cooking. We didnt see the address # right away in the dark & google maps took us to the neighbors house but we realized to go next door where red trash cans have a platform next to driveway

We had a great time. The hot tub was hot when we got there! There were a few maintenance issues but Tony was responsive to our messages and nothing interfered with our stay. I wish the location was a little more private as there's a house just up the hill, but the hot tub and porches are facing away from it. The baseboard heating worked surprisingly well. I think it would have been small for more people, especially since the rooms are open at the top and sound travels, but it was great for two of us and two dogs. Would stay again!

It was a great stay at this cabin. The view was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, it was very relaxing. Wish there was TV in the bedroom but it wasn't a big deal. We got to see the sunrise right from our bed. FYI if you plan to bring other people, the wall between the 2 bedrooms doesn't go all the way up so you can hear everything and even look over the wall to see the other bedroom. Overall, the place was clean. Water was hot. Kitchen was fully functional. We would go back.

The property has a hot tub which they don't forefront in the current description, it is very well maintained has an amazing view and our favorite part of our stay. I decided to book this cabin for a Valentine’s Day weekend get away. It got off to a rocky start due to inclement weather and not being able to find the house in the dark. The rest of the weekend was a lot of fun. Being snowed in at a cabin is a different kind of experience. Highly reccomend the hikes nearby. The hot tub was great against the harsh weather and the fire pit worked even when drenched in snow. The views from the porch are so beautiful. Every single amenity listed on the posting was in the Airbnb. The beds were so comfy.
Tony and his team were responsive to every question/request. Even when I needed to get my car towed out the morning I left, he was more than okay with letting me stay until my tow truck arrived. The hospitality of the team is great
Note to travelers who don’t visit the country often: the road to this Airbnb is on a steep hill and isn’t paved well. If it’s raining or snowing, I highly recommend using a vehicle with AWD or 4 wheel drive to combat the mud.

Heating is baseboard units and an electric radiator plus wood-burning stove. My partner wanted more exact temperature control for the fall nights, but I found the heat to be fine even though we spent about $8/day for firewood (there are pines in the area and I didn't want to burn collected wood in the stove) with overnight lows around freezing.
The fire pit looked great, but we never did get around to it. The hot tub is lovely, but the exterior stairs made for a chilly walk out, just before dusk, and back in.
The local shops are about 30 minutes away and very nice (7 Moons Wellness and Mythical Pizza were or favorite spots). The local grocery store (Martin's) had everything we needed, but didn't have some of the things we were looking for. My partner signed-up for their app while we were shopping and we saved about $4 on our groceries.
There's a Pūr pitcher in the fridge, but no filter, so we bought bottled water even though the coffee was fine with water from the tap.

We loved this cabin! It’s the perfect place for a long weekend. The screened-in porch and hot tub were my absolute favorite. It rained all day Saturday, but we loved it because we could sit out on the porch and relax while listening to the rain. It’s so scenic! The wifi/internet also works great. The cabin itself is a bit more dated than the pictures show, but we didn’t mind much since we had the dog with us. Tony and his team are extremely helpful and were GREAT about communicating with us. Anytime we had a question, they answered it for us right away. We’d love to stay again.

It did have a little more dating than I thought but that was fine with us since we had the dogs woth us. Everything was great except the hottub. That may have been me but the chemical smell was so strong it made my eyes water and i could not get in. My husband had no interest in the hottub at all so I do not have his opinion. The dogs loved the screened in deck and made us sit there with them anytime we were in the house!

Amazing place, we had such a great time. Lots of fun activities available like indoor/outdoor games, fire pit, and hot tub. VERY dog friendly! The surrounding area has beautiful hikes especially Devil’s Nose which has beautiful views. Everything was exactly as described and Tony went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. My wife and I stayed at Tony's cabin and had a great time. The hottub was great, the scenery was beautiful, and Tony was a supportive host. Perfect spot for a getaway and we truly had the best time. You wont regret booking this home!
Just a few things id like to mention that may make it easier for some. 4WD would be recommended especially if rain or snow is expected. I had no problem with rear wheel just a little slipping when you leave the cabin trying to make it out and up. If you're not familiar with mountainous areas keep this in mind. Tip for finding the cabin, it'll be on your left and the driveway is a little tucked and dips down a bit so go slow coming in the driveway to avoid hitting the front bottom end of your car.
Devils Nose trail down the street (still a small drive) is higjly recommended and beautiful!
Will at Berkeley Springs Tattoo is also a great artist and guy if you're looking to walk in!

We overall had a great stay in the cabin. It was very quiet and peaceful, and close to some great hiking trails. As you can kind of tell in the photos, the walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling, so just something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a group. It was quite cold in the cabin with only baseboard heaters and one space heater, so some heavy blankets would be good! Our issue was that a lot of the dishes were not clean and had to be washed before we could use them. It’s part of the check out list to wash all the dishes you use but not everyone will do that. That’s not Tony’s fault and it’s not a huge deal but a little inconvenient. We drove into town a couple times and the drive was extremely easy. Tony was SO nice and responsive, and answered all my questions quickly. Thank you Tony!

Positive: A quiet and peaceful dog friendly retreat... with a couple exceptions. The cabin and amenities were as advertised. The place was neat and cozy. Bedding and towels were fresh and soft, and the beds were comfortable. The internet worked well and wifi was easy to connect to. Despite being the 'middle of nowhere' in WV, we had no trouble finding the place, or getting to it.
Negative: The cleaning fee felt like a slap in the face after noticing every dish and utensil looked and felt dirty, as did the hot tub. The hot tub was the main attraction for us, and was just disappointing. In addition to debris that had to be cleaned from the tub before use, the jets had less pressure than a garden hose and we did not enjoy the experience nearly as much as we had hoped. Lastly, the shower head was terrible... it is a small thing, but makes a huge difference.

Surroundings were peaceful, our French bulldog was happy, and we ventured into town to get massages one afternoon at the recommendation of the host. Tony was very communicative.

Booked this on a whim, just to get away for a night. I was kind of nervous driving up the mountain and into the driveway, but the house was cozy, quiet, and had everything I needed. I spent a lot of time in the hot tub, just listening to music and watching the leaves fall. The grill was great, and outdoor seating area was a perfect place for coffee and reading. Had a great solo stay with my two pups! Thought I would end up reading a lot but instead just stared out at the gorgeous view from the screened in porch-- happened to be there for peak leaf turning so it was all a sea of orange and yellow! So stunning, especially in the misty mornings and with the sunset light streaking through the leaves. Definitely loved relaxing in the hot tub, and greatly appreciated that the kitchen had all the basics! We had everything we needed and cant wait to go back. No real wildlife sightings (for better or for worse!) beyond a randomly panicking woodpecker and a fussy squirrel, but thankfully far enough from humans to feel peaceful and one with nature.
The road getting out there is definitely a bit rough so I imagine any rain or snow might make it hard to drive on for two-wheel drive cars, so just take it slow and don't rush!

This place is fantastic - it has the cabin feel but has special touches to make it modern. The hot tub was excellent - we thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful quiet and beautiful trees surrounding the house.
Everything was very clean and communication was quick and efficient. Tony and his family sent us a detailed house manual.
Restaurants are within 30 minutes - but I would suggest you prepare food ahead of time.
We will absolutely keep this place in our saved favorites and return here again.

We loved the seclusion and being on the hillside with the wind in the trees (rain on the roof + super comfy beds was the best). Hot tub was great respite after hiking. Bathroom is nice and private but there are open overhead walls between bedrooms. We had a quick girls trip and made it like a sleepover - very fun little cabin 🙂 Host is excellent with communication and attentive to any needs. We definitely recommend staying at Tony's.

Peace and quiet! The beds are amazingly comfortable and the noise is non-existent. I slept like a log. This is a great place to settle in for a few days and just relax. It has one the best-stocked kitchens I've seen in a rental and the items were of good quality. I got some much-needed R&R.
It really is a half hour to anywhere, so stock up and cozy on in for a tranquil long weekend.
Tony was a great communicator and responded quickly to any questions. Will definitely be looking at his listings again.

Pros:
Hot tub was so nice I love the lights, nice pots and pans, nice furniture, COMFY beds and pillows, fire pit (didn’t get to use it thanks Ian), games were a nice touch, soup just incase we forgot them, towels and lines provided. Tony was also exceptional (he was very accommodating with checkin time so we could get a round of 9 in before the rain hit)
Cons:
LOCATION (this was a con for our group simply because we wanted to go out to eat every night and it’s 35-40 minutes any direction, once you get off the main road it’s only about 2 miles but takes 10 minutes it was terrible at night too, I think this is a great spot if you aren’t looking to get dinner any night), the bedrooms (be careful the rooms are not completely a “room” the living room, and 2 bedroom walls are open at the top, it was my sister, my boyfriend, and her boyfriend so this really sucked because we didn’t realize in the photos, I would highly not suggest this if you are going with other than just a couple or family).
One extra note make sure to bring extra towels for the hot tub we were not smart enough to bring extra and had to use the bath towels provided!
Overall a great stay and would love to check out more of Tony’s places!

My partner and I had a wonderful time at this cabin. It is much bigger than expected and very well appointed. I’m the “bring everything when I travel” type of person and really we didn’t need much of anything that I brought. Plenty in the kitchen to cook with and eat on. The grill is very nice to use too!The bed was comfy and the hot tub was wonderful! We said to eachother that it has a cozy cabin feel but with some nice modern amenities and touches. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet we had. We were able to walk our dog down the road and hike a little as well. The Wi-Fi worked well and even streamed a movie one night. It was a perfect getaway to celebrate a birthday. The hot tub was amazing!
I do want to issue a small warning about the driveway where it meets the road. Please please be careful when exiting. I highly recommend to drive out forwards and NOT back up. Where the driveway meets the road is a little narrow and off camber so when backing up we almost got stuck in the ditch across the street because of the departure angle. Thankfully we didn’t have any damage and a neighbor was able to safely tow us out. This is strictly a warning and has nothing to do with the wonderful cabin and our great time there. I would hate if someone did something similar or worse when entering or exiting the property.
We would 110% recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back and enjoy it again.

The peace and serenity is found inside, with the lovely decor and comfortable beds to the back deck and hot tub where you feel swept away into the natural world.

Tony’s place is great if you want a break from the city or would like to work remotely from the woods. Screened in porch was great and the fact that the property was at the end of a dead end road meant that there was no street sound. It’s about a 25 min. from Berkley Springs, which is a super cute town with a great little cafe. I would note however that the cabin kitchen isn’t set up for cooking – no spices or olive oil, etc. – and I would probably bring your own coffee/tea because the selection was spotty and looked like it was just leftover from other guests.

Beautiful peaceful cabin right next to a wildlife management area along mountain ridge. Private hot tub under the back porch was awesome on a rainy day. Cabin had all the basic immenities of modern life in a quiet corner of woods. We enjoyed looking into trees from the living room. Cozy and wonderful for relaxing with nature! Hiking trails are nearby with short drive or long walk. We hiked on tuscarora trail and to devil’s nose- both nice hikes with great views near cabin. There are a couple places to order food within 15 min drive and 30 min drive away is groceries and more food- enjoyed food from Clubhouse Grill and Pub at The Woods golf course 13 minutes drive away- was good food but enjoyed coming back to the quiet cabin. There are utensils and pots and pans, but bring spices and food for cooking. We didnt see the address # right away in the dark & google maps took us to the neighbors house but we realized to go next door where red trash cans have a platform next to driveway

We had a great time. The hot tub was hot when we got there! There were a few maintenance issues but Tony was responsive to our messages and nothing interfered with our stay. I wish the location was a little more private as there’s a house just up the hill, but the hot tub and porches are facing away from it. The baseboard heating worked surprisingly well. I think it would have been small for more people, especially since the rooms are open at the top and sound travels, but it was great for two of us and two dogs. Would stay again!

It was a great stay at this cabin. The view was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, it was very relaxing. Wish there was TV in the bedroom but it wasn’t a big deal. We got to see the sunrise right from our bed. FYI if you plan to bring other people, the wall between the 2 bedrooms doesn’t go all the way up so you can hear everything and even look over the wall to see the other bedroom. Overall, the place was clean. Water was hot. Kitchen was fully functional. We would go back.

I decided to book this cabin for a Valentine’s Day weekend get away. It got off to a rocky start due to inclement weather and not being able to find the house in the dark. The rest of the weekend was a lot of fun. Being snowed in at a cabin is a different kind of experience. Highly reccomend the hikes nearby. The hot tub was great against the harsh weather and the fire pit worked even when drenched in snow. The views from the porch are so beautiful. Every single amenity listed on the posting was in the Airbnb. The beds were so comfy.
Tony and his team were responsive to every question/request. Even when I needed to get my car towed out the morning I left, he was more than okay with letting me stay until my tow truck arrived. The hospitality of the team is great
Note to travelers who don’t visit the country often: the road to this Airbnb is on a steep hill and isn’t paved well. If it’s raining or snowing, I highly recommend using a vehicle with AWD or 4 wheel drive to combat the mud.

Heating is baseboard units and an electric radiator plus wood-burning stove. My partner wanted more exact temperature control for the fall nights, but I found the heat to be fine even though we spent about $8/day for firewood (there are pines in the area and I didn’t want to burn collected wood in the stove) with overnight lows around freezing.
The fire pit looked great, but we never did get around to it. The hot tub is lovely, but the exterior stairs made for a chilly walk out, just before dusk, and back in.
The local shops are about 30 minutes away and very nice (7 Moons Wellness and Mythical Pizza were or favorite spots). The local grocery store (Martin’s) had everything we needed, but didn’t have some of the things we were looking for. My partner signed-up for their app while we were shopping and we saved about $4 on our groceries.
There’s a Pūr pitcher in the fridge, but no filter, so we bought bottled water even though the coffee was fine with water from the tap.

We loved this cabin! It’s the perfect place for a long weekend. The screened-in porch and hot tub were my absolute favorite. It rained all day Saturday, but we loved it because we could sit out on the porch and relax while listening to the rain. It’s so scenic! The wifi/internet also works great. The cabin itself is a bit more dated than the pictures show, but we didn’t mind much since we had the dog with us. Tony and his team are extremely helpful and were GREAT about communicating with us. That may have been me but the chemical smell was so strong it made my eyes water and i could not get in. My husband had no interest in the hottub at all so I do not have his opinion. The dogs loved the screened in deck and made us sit there with them anytime we were in the house!

My wife and I stayed at Tony’s cabin and had a great time. The hottub was great, the scenery was beautiful, and Tony was a supportive host. Perfect spot for a getaway and we truly had the best time. You wont regret booking this home!
Just a few things id like to mention that may make it easier for some. 4WD would be recommended especially if rain or snow is expected. I had no problem with rear wheel just a little slipping when you leave the cabin trying to make it out and up. If you’re not familiar with mountainous areas keep this in mind. Tip for finding the cabin, it’ll be on your left and the driveway is a little tucked and dips down a bit so go slow coming in the driveway to avoid hitting the front bottom end of your car.
Devils Nose trail down the street (still a small drive) is higjly recommended and beautiful!
Will at Berkeley Springs Tattoo is also a great artist and guy if you’re looking to walk in!

We overall had a great stay in the cabin. It was very quiet and peaceful, and close to some great hiking trails. As you can kind of tell in the photos, the walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling, so just something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a group. It was quite cold in the cabin with only baseboard heaters and one space heater, so some heavy blankets would be good! Our issue was that a lot of the dishes were not clean and had to be washed before we could use them. It’s part of the check out list to wash all the dishes you use but not everyone will do that. That’s not Tony’s fault and it’s not a huge deal but a little inconvenient. We drove into town a couple times and the drive was extremely easy. Tony was SO nice and responsive, and answered all my questions quickly. Thank you Tony!

Positive: A quiet and peaceful dog friendly retreat… with a couple exceptions. The cabin and amenities were as advertised. The place was neat and cozy. Bedding and towels were fresh and soft, and the beds were comfortable. The internet worked well and wifi was easy to connect to. Despite being the ‘middle of nowhere’ in WV, we had no trouble finding the place, or getting to it.
Negative: The cleaning fee felt like a slap in the face after noticing every dish and utensil looked and felt dirty, as did the hot tub. The hot tub was the main attraction for us, and was just disappointing. In addition to debris that had to be cleaned from the tub before use, the jets had less pressure than a garden hose and we did not enjoy the experience nearly as much as we had hoped. Lastly, the shower head was terrible… it is a small thing, but makes a huge difference.

The Starlink internet was reliable although a bit slow on the upload for video calls. We measured ~30Mbps down and ~3Mbps up.

If I’m being honest, the location, the hot tub, everything, the space was just 😮💨. It was one of the best places I’ve been to, and the host was working with me throughout the whole process and for that I will always be thankful. Overall, a amazing experience!

Tony’s place was amazing! Highly recommend anyone looking for that home-like cabin feel in the mountains! The view was amazing from the upper and lower decks! WiFi worked great and plenty of trails and beautiful views close by! Will definitely be staying again!

Awesome place, awesome location, and awesome host. Tony was great at communicating. The house is secluded and is surrounded by multiple hiking trails. Devils nose was beautiful. Highly recommend this place!

Booked this on a whim, just to get away for a night. I was kind of nervous driving up the mountain and into the driveway, but the house was cozy, quiet, and had everything I needed. I spent a lot of time in the hot tub, just listening to music and watching the leaves fall. The grill was great, and outdoor seating area was a perfect place for coffee and reading. Bed was very comfortable. Perfect spot to get away from the city for a bit and enjoy nature. Thank you, Tony!

Had a great solo stay with my two pups! Thought I would end up reading a lot but instead just stared out at the gorgeous view from the screened in porch– happened to be there for peak leaf turning so it was all a sea of orange and yellow! So stunning, especially in the misty mornings and with the sunset light streaking through the leaves. Definitely loved relaxing in the hot tub, and greatly appreciated that the kitchen had all the basics! We had everything we needed and cant wait to go back. No real wildlife sightings (for better or for worse!) beyond a randomly panicking woodpecker and a fussy squirrel, but thankfully far enough from humans to feel peaceful and one with nature.
The road getting out there is definitely a bit rough so I imagine any rain or snow might make it hard to drive on for two-wheel drive cars, so just take it slow and don’t rush!

Tony is a great communicator, answers questions quickly. The place was peaceful and quiet. I would definitely get your groceries before you get there, it’s a pretty good drive to anything. This was a very comfortable space. We enjoyed watching the deer play in the woods and of course the highlight for us was the hot tub.

The place is very clean and quiet. The hot tub is very nice, clean, and working. Gps takes you to the location with no problem. It is away from stores so good to bring yourself before arriving. Full kitchen and grill to cook. Large smart tv as well. Would definitely stay again.

This place is fantastic – it has the cabin feel but has special touches to make it modern. The hot tub was excellent – we thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful quiet and beautiful trees surrounding the house.
Everything was very clean and communication was quick and efficient. Tony and his family sent us a detailed house manual.
Restaurants are within 30 minutes – but I would suggest you prepare food ahead of time.
We will absolutely keep this place in our saved favorites and return here again.

We loved the seclusion and being on the hillside with the wind in the trees (rain on the roof + super comfy beds was the best). Hot tub was great respite after hiking. Bathroom is nice and private but there are open overhead walls between bedrooms. We had a quick girls trip and made it like a sleepover – very fun little cabin 🙂 Host is excellent with communication and attentive to any needs. We definitely recommend staying at Tony’s.

Very cute home tucked into a picturesque area! The hot tub was a huge bonus as well as the screened in porch area! The master bed was very comfortable and we could have spent hours staring out the windows at the beautiful fall foliage. Very easy check and check out and Tony was a gracious host!

Peace and quiet! The beds are amazingly comfortable and the noise is non-existent. I slept like a log. This is a great place to settle in for a few days and just relax. It has one the best-stocked kitchens I’ve seen in a rental and the items were of good quality. I got some much-needed R&R.
It really is a half hour to anywhere, so stock up and cozy on in for a tranquil long weekend.
Tony was a great communicator and responded quickly to any questions. Will definitely be looking at his listings again.

Pros:
Hot tub was so nice I love the lights, nice pots and pans, nice furniture, COMFY beds and pillows, fire pit (didn’t get to use it thanks Ian), games were a nice touch, soup just incase we forgot them, towels and lines provided. Tony was also exceptional (he was very accommodating with checkin time so we could get a round of 9 in before the rain hit)
Cons:
LOCATION (this was a con for our group simply because we wanted to go out to eat every night and it’s 35-40 minutes any direction, once you get off the main road it’s only about 2 miles but takes 10 minutes it was terrible at night too, I think this is a great spot if you aren’t looking to get dinner any night), the bedrooms (be careful the rooms are not completely a “room” the living room, and 2 bedroom walls are open at the top, it was my sister, my boyfriend, and her boyfriend so this really sucked because we didn’t realize in the photos, I would highly not suggest this if you are going with other than just a couple or family).
One extra note make sure to bring extra towels for the hot tub we were not smart enough to bring extra and had to use the bath towels provided!
Overall a great stay and would love to check out more of Tony’s places!

Tony’s place was clean and had what you needed for an enjoyable stay away from it all. If you are looking for privacy, peace, and quiet, this is the place for you. Everything was as described. Tony was a good communicator, checking in once a day, but not overbearing.

Accommodations exactly as described. A very thorough and complete house manual was provided, everything laid out clearly. Excellent communication throughout the stay. Tony and and management staff went over and above, even providing assistance with an unexpected vehicular issue we experienced.
Solitude and peacefulness was amazing. Highly recommend. Cannot wait for the opportunity for a repeat stay at one of his properties in the future.

Tony’s cabin was so cozy and peaceful!
The beds were so comfortable and the hot tub was the cherry on top. Very private location, had just about everything you would need. We did have a few hiccups but Tony fixed them right away. He is an amazing host.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at this cabin. It is much bigger than expected and very well appointed. I’m the “bring everything when I travel” type of person and really we didn’t need much of anything that I brought. Plenty in the kitchen to cook with and eat on. The grill is very nice to use too!The bed was comfy and the hot tub was wonderful! We said to eachother that it has a cozy cabin feel but with some nice modern amenities and touches. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet we had. We were able to walk our dog down the road and hike a little as well. The Wi-Fi worked well and even streamed a movie one night. It was a perfect getaway to celebrate a birthday. The hot tub was amazing!
I do want to issue a small warning about the driveway where it meets the road. Please please be careful when exiting. I highly recommend to drive out forwards and NOT back up. Where the driveway meets the road is a little narrow and off camber so when backing up we almost got stuck in the ditch across the street because of the departure angle. Thankfully we didn’t have any damage and a neighbor was able to safely tow us out. This is strictly a warning and has nothing to do with the wonderful cabin and our great time there. I would hate if someone did something similar or worse when entering or exiting the property.
We would 110% recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back and enjoy it again.

Tony’s cabin is a wonderful retreat to relax and unwind.
Set in the heart of the forest, you feel worlds away from it all.
The peace and serenity is found inside, with the lovely decor and comfortable beds to the back deck and hot tub where you feel swept away into the natural world.
My favorite was morning coffee with the misty fog moving through the trees.
