Our stay at the cabin was great!! If you follow the directions in the manual, the place isn’t too hard to find. It’s very peaceful and the amenities are great! We really enjoyed our stay.
The cabin did have some very minor dirt and dust on the table, and the grill had not been cleaned so we decided not to use it.
Otherwise— the cabin was perfect!!! Great location, very peaceful, and the bed was very comfortable. Tony was very responsive and proactive.

Me and my boyfriend came here for a nice quiet getaway for his birthday and it was so beautiful and relaxing! The host Tony was immediately responsive if needed help and offered recommendations for places to eat considering we haven’t been here before. It had amazing views and with the snow was even better! We stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekend as a group of 6 (including a toddler) and a dog. We loved the home—perfect for our group. Short drive into the town which was convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the house, peaceful, spacious and nice amenities. It had three bedrooms, one and a half baths, and a relaxing hot tub we got great use from. The location was quiet and secluded, so we felt at great peace during our stay.
The town of Berkeley Springs just down the hill was full of unique stores, interesting landmarks, and delicious restaurants, most of which were dog-friendly.
The neighboring Cacapon State park was mostly closed for a controlled hunt while we were there, but we were able to walk to a small lake and visit the nature center. It’ll just have to be an excuse to come back to the area in the future.

We had a great stay! The location, surroundings, tub, and deck were our favorite things. We had issues with the Roku asking for a code to access Netflix and YouTube. The host didn’t know it, but luckily we brought our Firestick. We would stay again when in the area!

My friends and I were looking for a run-away-to-the-woods peaceful weekend and this was the PERFECT stay.
I loved the deck and the gorgeous tree filled view. Restaurants, hiking, and a town close by for adventuring. But not too close where we would have to hear the noise of the town. It was the perfect balance and exactly what we were looking for.
Tony was extremely helpful and communicative. I never ran into any issues during the stay, but I was secure in the knowledge that if I did Tony was ready to assist!

Tony’s place was just what we needed as two teachers. It was a place for us to truly relax and put no expectations on us. I truly think this was my most recharging vacation trip ever. It was so nice to just allow myself to do whatever felt right, if I wanted to nap, I would, just sit in the hot tub and read a book, stay up late and watch movies, order food. This was a birthday treat for myself and it was such a great one! The one and only thing that wasn’t our favorite is the washer that was broken, we read that it was, but there was no note on the machine to make clear it was inactive, so I think putting a note somewhen on the washer was needed so others will not think its operable.
Other than that one thing we had such a great trip!

Beautiful cabin in the wood. So glad we picked this stay for our halfway point for our family trip. Great hot tub, nice rooms, items for cooking/grilling. The nature and the woods are beautiful and such a peaceful retreat! Only issue was all water shut off and hour before leaving making it hard to finish up dishes, brush teeth, flush toilets. However, when we reached out to our host, they were understanding about some of the unfinished clean up and apologetic for the issue. All in all would 100% stay again!

A perfect place to relax on the expansive, private, and shaded deck after a day of hiking at surrounding C&O Canal Towpath access points. The inside was comfortable and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Tony!

What a peaceful and relaxing weekend! My favorite part of this stay was the porch and little creek that you can hear from the deck. The fireplace was warm and inviting. The hot tub was wonderful, and we didn’t see another person the whole time. Great to just unplug and get away!
We made a few meals and found everything we needed – including a cheese grater and full size cutting board. Coffee was hot, and we were happy with the accommodations.
If you have dog allergies- this may not be the place for you because dogs are evident here. Otherwise it was a nice, peaceful cabin in the woods- exactly as described. The owner was extremely responsive and responsive!

The house was very peaceful, surrounded by beautiful tall oak trees. It was still convenient to the downtown Berkeley Springs area within a short drive where there are lots of great options for things to do. We would definitely come back!

Replace the tiny fireplace. Several kitchen chairs were wobbly with the screws that need tightened – one actually fell out while my husband was on it! Dishwasher didn't clean well and was difficult to operate. One shower door was not attached at the bottom. The cabin sleeps 6 but didn't have adequate silverware for that number (only 5 knives, etc).

Tony was the perfect example of a ‘Superhost’. He was very communicative the whole way through! From the initial booking up until checking out, response time is within 5-10 minutes. He left detailed instructions explaining anything you would need to know for the house as well as suggestions for different businesses in town and local nature sights.
This cabin was the picture of serenity. Hot tub under the stars, a powerful wood burning stove if you wanted to heat up by the fire, and incredibly comfortable and peaceful.
Morning coffee on the balcony is a must! Not to mention the amazing parks and overlooks nearby. The natural spring water is a game changer!
Looking forward to booking more time here again. This was the perfect getaway with some amazing hosts!

This was my first experience staying in a cabin and I loved it! It’s surrounded by trees and a whole lot of quiet, with neighboring cabins far away enough that you have privacy. The 3-bedroom home is spacious, and we loved that there was a washer and dryer to dry our swimsuits overnight. Overall, the ambience was so calming that all I wanted to do was sleep!

This cabin was beautiful, clean and peaceful. It’s not too far from the town of Berkeley springs where there’s plenty to do and it’s a walkable town. This place is part of a cabin community but the cabins are spaced pretty far apart so it’s pretty private. There’s a pool in the community and it’s very nice. Definitely a good bang for the buck with this place, highly recommend.

We had a comfortable stay at Tony’s he was communicative. We spent most of our time on the deck and hot tub, which was the only highlight of our stay, though we were very disappointed because the Pool passes were not in the cabin, the main reason we booked this place, and there couldn’t be arranged during the entire stay of 5 nights, so we had to find things to do elsewhere than spending time at the pool which we were aiming for. Tony was very responsive, though, and apologetic for this inconvenience. We wished that there were some backup passes in the house or an arrangement with the pool staff that guests could use in such situations. Tony refunded us $150 for our booking (about 7% ) of the cabin cost we paid. It Is a good place to relax for a small group if you just want to hang out at the cabin. The place felt a bit smaller than it looked in the photos, and the kitchen was not well-equipped such as cutting boards. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The house was clean and cozy.

Our family stayed for 3 nights and it was really nice. Super quiet, you get to just enjoy and be in nature and see deers and beautiful birds. We had a really relaxing time which is what we were looking for. The town where you can get groceries is not too far but it’s definitely a fairly small town. Tony was super responsive and helpful. Perfect place for some rest and relaxation. Went for a “mom’s” hiking trip and some quality time with friends, and had an absolute blast. The cabin is clean, comfortable, set in beautiful surroundings, and is perfectly located, only a short drive from lots of local, fun things to do. Tony was accesible, communicative, and provided a helpful house manual pdf which was super easy to dip into when I needed any additional info. My friends and I had a wonderful trip, and think we found a gem of a place that we’d love to return to.

A very well appointed cabin in a beautiful area. Close enough to town and nearby attractions (such as the good restaurants, antiquing, bathhouses and Cacapon) that it was an easy drive, but also far enough to enjoy some seclusion and quiet.
The space is so lovely that you really don’t have to leave to have a great time. Love that there were coloring books for all ages! We enjoyed the hot tub, cooked breakfast and dinner, and enjoyed the TV and watched our favorite shows.
At the same time, we enjoyed the surrounds and particularly enjoyed our hike in Cacapon and our baths in Berkeley Springs.
Tony was a knowledgeable and conscientious host.

The cabin was very clean, easy to find, and comfortable enough for our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and proximity to Berkley Springs. The kitchen is stocked with just the basics, so if you plan on cooking extravagant meals you should bring your own appliances or specialty utensils. For a group of 6, I wish the living room offered some more seating, but it would be comfortable for 3-4 people. The beds and linens were very clean and comfortable.

Tony’s place was located on a beautiful mountain both close and far from everything. It was remote enough that the only thing you heard was woodland creatures and quiet, but close enough that going into town for dinner took less than 15 minutes. The host was incredibly responsive, quick with information, and exceptionally friendly. I cannot overstate how amazing the deck was, the pictures don’t do it justice. We probably spent half our time out there and had the weather been a touch warmer, all of it in the hot tub. The beds were incredibly comfortable and with a Nest thermostat we were able to keep the space at a perfect temperature. The kitchen was well equipped and we didn’t have to stress morning coffee because the supplies were available when we arrived. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

My partner and I have traveled through Berkeley Springs, WV on several occasions but decided to spend the weekend this time and had a wonderful stay at Tony’s cabin in the woods. The location was beautiful and private and the house was exactly as described. There are great little shops in the downtown area and beautiful views and great trails at the Cacapon State Park. Tony made great recommendations for both food and local activities. We will definitely be back to enjoy the summer views!! Tony was very proactive and responsive with both booking, checking in and follow up to make sure we were having a good stay. We highly recommend Tony as a host!!

Great cabin. It was well below freezing temps outside the heat worked well, some rooms were hotter and some were colder, but I think if we had used the wood stove it might have balanced out the heat. It was furnished very nicely and dog friendly. It was clean, the hot tub was great. Tony was very responsive. We would stay again!

We had a great stay! The location, surroundings, tub, and deck were our favorite things. We had issues with the Roku asking for a code to access Netflix and YouTube. The host didn't know it, but luckily we brought our Firestick. We would stay again when in the area!

My friends and I were looking for a run-away-to-the-woods peaceful weekend and this was the PERFECT stay.
I loved the deck and the gorgeous tree filled view. Restaurants, hiking, and a town close by for adventuring. But not too close where we would have to hear the noise of the town. It was the perfect balance and exactly what we were looking for.
Tony was extremely helpful and communicative. I never ran into any issues during the stay, but I was secure in the knowledge that if I did Tony was ready to assist!

Loved staying here for a. night. We enjoyed the peaceful area and a night in the hot tub on the deck. It was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle. Loved going to the brewery and bbq place up the road.

Tony's place was just what we needed as two teachers. It was a place for us to truly relax and put no expectations on us. I truly think this was my most recharging vacation trip ever. It was so nice to just allow myself to do whatever felt right, if I wanted to nap, I would, just sit in the hot tub and read a book, stay up late and watch movies, order food. This was a birthday treat for myself and it was such a great one! The one and only thing that wasn't our favorite is the washer that was broken, we read that it was, but there was no note on the machine to make clear it was inactive, so I think putting a note somewhen on the washer was needed so others will not think its operable.
Other than that one thing we had such a great trip!

Beautiful cabin in the wood. So glad we picked this stay for our halfway point for our family trip. Great hot tub, nice rooms, items for cooking/grilling. The nature and the woods are beautiful and such a peaceful retreat! Only issue was all water shut off and hour before leaving making it hard to finish up dishes, brush teeth, flush toilets. However, when we reached out to our host, they were understanding about some of the unfinished clean up and apologetic for the issue. All in all would 100% stay again!

A perfect place to relax on the expansive, private, and shaded deck after a day of hiking at surrounding C&O Canal Towpath access points. The inside was comfortable and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Tony!

What a peaceful and relaxing weekend! My favorite part of this stay was the porch and little creek that you can hear from the deck. The fireplace was warm and inviting. The hot tub was wonderful, and we didn’t see another person the whole time. Great to just unplug and get away!
We made a few meals and found everything we needed - including a cheese grater and full size cutting board. Coffee was hot, and we were happy with the accommodations.
If you have dog allergies- this may not be the place for you because dogs are evident here. Otherwise it was a nice, peaceful cabin in the woods- exactly as described. The owner was extremely responsive and responsive!

Great stay! The house was clean and comfortable. The hot tub and adirondack chairs on the deck were fantastic! Tony was an excellent host--very friendly and communicative. The house was very peaceful, surrounded by beautiful tall oak trees. It was still convenient to the downtown Berkeley Springs area within a short drive where there are lots of great options for things to do. We would definitely come back!

Replace the tiny fireplace. Several kitchen chairs were wobbly with the screws that need tightened - one actually fell out while my husband was on it! Dishwasher didn't clean well and was difficult to operate. One shower door was not attached at the bottom. The cabin sleeps 6 but didn't have adequate silverware for that number (only 5 knives, etc).

Tony was the perfect example of a ‘Superhost’. He was very communicative the whole way through! From the initial booking up until checking out, response time is within 5-10 minutes. He left detailed instructions explaining anything you would need to know for the house as well as suggestions for different businesses in town and local nature sights.
This cabin was the picture of serenity. Hot tub under the stars, a powerful wood burning stove if you wanted to heat up by the fire, and incredibly comfortable and peaceful.
Morning coffee on the balcony is a must! Not to mention the amazing parks and overlooks nearby. The natural spring water is a game changer!
Looking forward to booking more time here again. This was the perfect getaway with some amazing hosts!

This was my first experience staying in a cabin and I loved it! It's surrounded by trees and a whole lot of quiet, with neighboring cabins far away enough that you have privacy. The 3-bedroom home is spacious, and we loved that there was a washer and dryer to dry our swimsuits overnight. Overall, the ambience was so calming that all I wanted to do was sleep!

This cabin was beautiful, clean and peaceful. It’s not too far from the town of Berkeley springs where there’s plenty to do and it’s a walkable town. This place is part of a cabin community but the cabins are spaced pretty far apart so it’s pretty private. There’s a pool in the community and it’s very nice. Definitely a good bang for the buck with this place, highly recommend.

We had a comfortable stay at Tony's he was communicative. We spent most of our time on the deck and hot tub, which was the only highlight of our stay, though we were very disappointed because the Pool passes were not in the cabin, the main reason we booked this place, and there couldn't be arranged during the entire stay of 5 nights, so we had to find things to do elsewhere than spending time at the pool which we were aiming for. Tony was very responsive, though, and apologetic for this inconvenience. We wished that there were some backup passes in the house or an arrangement with the pool staff that guests could use in such situations. Tony refunded us $150 for our booking (about 7% ) of the cabin cost we paid. It Is a good place to relax for a small group if you just want to hang out at the cabin. The place felt a bit smaller than it looked in the photos, and the kitchen was not well-equipped such as cutting boards. The bathroom door didn't lock. The house was clean and cozy.

Our family stayed for 3 nights and it was really nice. Super quiet, you get to just enjoy and be in nature and see deers and beautiful birds. We had a really relaxing time which is what we were looking for. The town where you can get groceries is not too far but it’s definitely a fairly small town. Tony was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back if we ever are in the area again.

Perfect place for some rest and relaxation. Went for a “mom’s” hiking trip and some quality time with friends, and had an absolute blast. The cabin is clean, comfortable, set in beautiful surroundings, and is perfectly located, only a short drive from lots of local, fun things to do. Tony was accesible, communicative, and provided a helpful house manual pdf which was super easy to dip into when I needed any additional info. My friends and I had a wonderful trip, and think we found a gem of a place that we’d love to return to.

A very well appointed cabin in a beautiful area. Close enough to town and nearby attractions (such as the good restaurants, antiquing, bathhouses and Cacapon) that it was an easy drive, but also far enough to enjoy some seclusion and quiet.
The space is so lovely that you really don’t have to leave to have a great time. Love that there were coloring books for all ages! We enjoyed the hot tub, cooked breakfast and dinner, and enjoyed the TV and watched our favorite shows.
At the same time, we enjoyed the surrounds and particularly enjoyed our hike in Cacapon and our baths in Berkeley Springs.
Tony was a knowledgeable and conscientious host.

The cabin was very clean, easy to find, and comfortable enough for our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and proximity to Berkley Springs. The kitchen is stocked with just the basics, so if you plan on cooking extravagant meals you should bring your own appliances or specialty utensils. For a group of 6, I wish the living room offered some more seating, but it would be comfortable for 3-4 people. The beds and linens were very clean and comfortable.

Tony's place was located on a beautiful mountain both close and far from everything. It was remote enough that the only thing you heard was woodland creatures and quiet, but close enough that going into town for dinner took less than 15 minutes. The host was incredibly responsive, quick with information, and exceptionally friendly. I cannot overstate how amazing the deck was, the pictures don't do it justice. We probably spent half our time out there and had the weather been a touch warmer, all of it in the hot tub. The beds were incredibly comfortable and with a Nest thermostat we were able to keep the space at a perfect temperature. The kitchen was well equipped and we didn't have to stress morning coffee because the supplies were available when we arrived. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

My partner and I have traveled through Berkeley Springs, WV on several occasions but decided to spend the weekend this time and had a wonderful stay at Tony’s cabin in the woods. The location was beautiful and private and the house was exactly as described. There are great little shops in the downtown area and beautiful views and great trails at the Cacapon State Park. Tony made great recommendations for both food and local activities. We will definitely be back to enjoy the summer views!! Tony was very proactive and responsive with both booking, checking in and follow up to make sure we were having a good stay. We highly recommend Tony as a host!!

Great cabin. It was well below freezing temps outside the heat worked well, some rooms were hotter and some were colder, but I think if we had used the wood stove it might have balanced out the heat. It was furnished very nicely and dog friendly. It was clean, the hot tub was great. Tony was very responsive. We would stay again!
