Our stay at the cabin was excellent. Tony was on point with all our questions and needs. The area was very peaceful and quiet. Would recommend Tony and his company to anyone wanting to visit in the Virginia/West Virginia area. Absolutely stunning and amazing. Must check out Cacapon State Park for some many awesome hikes, fishing, and picnics!!! Gorgeous views and super fun time!

Tony’s place was spacious and clean! We had a large group and Tony made sure to leave each of us a towel and was quite communicative and checked in with us throughout the stay.
I would suggest bringing a wine bottle opener and/or a large pan if you plan on cooking! We did not see those so we got creative and it was no problem at all. There’s also a dollar general right down the road so despite the property being private and serene, it was easy to go get some supplies.
The deer wandered up into the yard in the morning, we had a campfire and s’mores, and the hot tub was clean and worked well! Great way to spend my birthday weekend. Thank you for the stay!

Overall a nice airbnb, if you were looking for modern i would reconsider because it’s very rustic. definitely an older house but cute! the pictures are definitely edited to make it look bigger and brighter than it is. it’s pretty cozy though. i only experienced one issue during my stay with the fridge they had, it was broken , i contacted Tony and it was late when i got back with the grocery’s. Tony was very responsive but unfortunately i had to get my sister to run out spend money buying a cooler. A little later on Tony let me know there was an extra fridge and freezer downstairs that he had forgotten about , and i missed which was definitely a little inconvenient. I had a good time and would most likely book again. thank you Tony !

Tony’s place was spacious and clean! We had a large group and Tony made sure to leave each of us a towel and was quite communicative and checked in with us throughout the stay.
I would suggest bringing a wine bottle opener and/or a large pan if you plan on cooking! We did not see those so we got creative and it was no problem at all. There’s also a dollar general right down the road so despite the property being private and serene, it was easy to go get some supplies.
The deer wandered up into the yard in the morning, we had a campfire and s’mores, and the hot tub was clean and worked well! Great way to spend my birthday weekend. Thank you for the stay!

Staying at Tony’s place was awesome! Beautiful landscaping with a wonderful home to go with it. More spacious than the photos give credit. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and fire pit, got along with local neighbors we came upon, and enjoyed the secluded atmosphere. I would highly recommended a 4-wheel drive vehicle. My front wheel car didn’t get alone with the steep dirt roads of the neighborhood. We had a slight AC issue but Tony offered us other location options near by and was in communication on when the issue would be fixed. Being that this issue didn’t arise about around the end of our stay, we opted to remain in the home we had grown to love. Unfortunately the handyman was busy with an emergency and never made it over but Tony was communicative and direct the entire time! We enjoyed the stay and encourage you to book at this home and/or with Tony’s other properties!

He was also very helpful with recommendations to do that was close by as well, also he was really kind enough to get ballon’s and a card for the special occasion that we were having as well. Tony is a great host and would definitely stay at one of his properties again!

This was the PERFECT place for a small bachelorette weekend! Our theme was summer camp and it perfectly matched!! I especially loved having the two picnic tables! We were able to see the mountains with the sunset as well! Tony was a wonderful host and was very proactive! Highly recommend!!

Nice location, we had a relaxing week. The cabin was nice, the downstairs bathroom didn’t have a functioning shower, only a tub. There were a few other things like the main door frame/locks that were a little broken, overall it was good and clean. Sitting in the hot tub was very enjoyable.

I spent the night with some friends, we had a blast the place is fun and beautiful. Very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Only issue was main floor bedrooms light did not work, but everything else was amazing.

My partner and I had a wedding in Ohio and on our way back to NY we decided to extend our vacation. We found Tony’s place last minute and it was a dream PLUS dog friendly – WOW. The house is private but close enough to know there is neighbors. Homey but the rich light pouring in through the windows makes it feel more modern and airy. I would go back in a heartbeat, we are actually planning our next trip to this same location because we enjoyed it so much.
The closest town is about 20 minutes away, that’s a dream for a Long Island girl. And the food in this town and everyone who lives there is amazing. It’s rare to find vegan options anywhere let alone in a tiny town. We had some of the best coffee in the world at Fairfax coffeehouse:
My one problem was that someone had dumped what looked like a vacuum bag right in front of the deck and about 100ft from the deck they dumped food that was hard to keep my dogs out of. But this isn’t Tony’s fault, probably just lazy guests before us.

Nice place peaceful quiet! Pretty clean and comfortable, lots of board games. Kitchen supplies well stocked (Ie dishes, cookware). Biggest issues were (several) there are light switches and outlet covers missing, light switches NOT working, no lights in hallways going downstairs, torn screens in LR, 1 broken window crank in LR, windows in LR were dirty (my wife cleaned those) shelf over door was filled with dead bugs (visible from upstairs balcony, broken shower knob in main floor bathroom, grill was in pretty rough shape to include the cover that was not on the grill. However, Tony was very responsive, even with the deficiencies it was still an enjoyable stay! Would recommend, hopefully they correct these issues soon.

Tony was nothing but helpful, prompt, and friendly. Very beautiful home with lots of space inside and out. Everything you need to know can be found in the description of the place on the site/app, but if you need to know more, Tony is always there to help. Beautiful cabin with awesome views! Just a short drive from downtown Berkeley Springs, which was adorable. Tony was extremely responsive. The hot tub was very clean and definitely a highlight of the trip. I don’t know if I’d call the cabin modern, but it was comfortable and clean.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin. We arrived late at night and had some trouble finding it but likely wouldn’t have had a problem if we didn’t arrive in the dark. The cabin was very clean except for some carpet stains. The road up to the cabin through the woods is beautiful and the setting very peaceful. The host was very responsive and helpful.

All instructions provided were extremely clear and easy to follow! Our girls night was absolutely perfect! So serene and accommodating. Quiet cabin stocked stocked with some things to do and decent kitchen items. Tony, the host, was incredibly proactive and helpful. Plenty of space for guests to stay and relax. Just be wary that the yard is sloped and has some tree stumps so you’ll be limited to things like cornhole and Kan Jam that are fairly stationary. Free state park just a few miles down the road can help with that though!

Great stay! Hot tub was ready when we arrived and Tony was quick to respond when we ran into internet issues. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans fairly well, definitely bring any other supplies if you’re planning to cook. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

There were a few issues with the structure of the building itself. There was a window that wasn’t completely affixed so there was a gap that allowed bees and bugs in constantly as well as some holes in the window screens. There was also a decent amount of silverware that was put away dirty so we had to wash them before we could use them. And there’s definitely huge temperature differences between each floor level but other than that. The place looks exactly like the pictures and we had a great time. The town is amazing. The food was fantastic and there is so much to do around Berkeley springs!

Great place to relax, Tony is an excellent and responsive host, plenty of room to accommodate guests. The only downside is that the cabin is not super private since it’s in a camping community and you have to be more mindful of your fellow campers, other than that it’s a wonderful place to be.

The best thing about our stay here was how responsive Tony was when we had a couple of hiccups in our stay. From start to finish — really, from days before our arrival until we were pulling out of the driveway — Tony was extremely communicative and helpful. Overall, our group of four adult women would describe this cabin as rustic. Other reviews had led us to expect a more modern/renovated feel, but what we discovered upon arrival was a remote retreat. It served our needs just fine, and again Tony’s communication was terrific. We were there for less than 12 hours on a cross-country road trip and didn’t get to use any of the cabin-y amenities — the hot tub, the fire pit, etc. — and so it wasn’t quite what we’d hoped for. Nevertheless, you won’t find a better host.

This was a beautiful cabin in a woodsy setting. This is located near a sweet town with lots of shops. Very clean and a lots of beds. Wasnt able to use the hottub till 11pm because they drained and refilled during our check in time. Lots of stuff to do outside too (yard games, fire, hike).

A group of 6 women stayed at Tony’s property for a weekend bachelorette getaway. The cabin had plenty of room for all of us to spread out & looked like the pictures on the listing. We LOVED the tables in the common space as there was room for us to spread out to eat and play games.
While on our trip, weather was not on our side, but Tony was very communicative about the weather we would be facing during check in. The power had gone out on day two and again, Tony was ready to answer any questions we had, as well as, keeping us in the loop with phone calls he had with the power company.
The cons: some of the beds are a little uncomfortable & the cleaning crew seems to be lacking as we found random trash from previous stays around the property – we just threw it away.

We had a great stay at this cabin! It was only 2 of us and our dog, but it definitely fits bigger groups comfortably.
We loved hiking in Cacapon State Park and caught sunset in the hot tub. The fire pit is perfect as well for some peaceful time in nature.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend staying here!

Photos made the space look larger than it is, every bed was really uncomfortable firm, we couldn’t sleep well the entire four nights and it started up my partners sciatica. The hot tub was fantastic, spent many nights looking at the stars and snowy mornings drinking coffee. Spent our days enjoying the living room space to read or watch movies, and the kitchen was well equipped so we were able to chef up delicious meals.

We had a great time staying at Tony’s cabin. We were a group of 11 friends and the space accommodated us well. The woods around us provided privacy and beautiful views. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, grill, fire pit, and living room space for movies and games. The cabin is conveniently located a short drive away from hiking trails, Prospect Overlook, and the town of Berkeley Springs, which some of us visited for coffee, lunch, and the antique mall. The trail we hiked worked for all skill levels in our group. Tony had great recommendations on where to go–the house manual was especially helpful. Tony was extremely prompt with responding to questions.
Other notes: We ended up putting a sheet up to cover the door of the downstairs bathroom (the door had windows) and did not use that bathroom’s shower since it did not have a shower curtain. This didn’t cause many issues since we all took turns using the upstairs shower.
Overall, we enjoyed our getaway and we hope to come back again!

A great cabin getaway about 20 minutes from Berkeley Springs and a half hour from Winchester. My partner and I had a nice little vacation here. My friends and I loved our stay here! We came out for a break from the city to work remotely and enjoy the fall scenery and it was as peaceful and idyllic as we hoped. Groundhogs and deer in the yard every day made for fun window watching, the fire pit and hot tub are my favorite falltime amenities, the kitchen was very well stocked, the wifi was steady and reliable and cell reception was great (for other folks worrying about the remote work feasibility), the space was very clean, the AC/heat worked great, and all instructions were super clear and easy to follow. I hope to come back another time!

What a great spot! It was just two of us but it was a beautiful log cabin with plenty of space. We drove into the driveway and immediately saw a pile of deer in the yard. The backyard is also nice with a fire pit and hot tub. The house was very clean and comfortable. Our bed and couch included!

We had a nice 1.5 day stay. The cabin is modern and updated inside. The property is also nice with the fire pit, chairs, grill and hot tub.
Tony was very communicative.
Berkeley Springs brewing isn’t great, but Cacapon Mountain Brewing is. The Downtown area is small, quaint and cute. About 20 or so minutes from the cabin.

Nice location, we had a relaxing week. The cabin was nice, the downstairs bathroom didn't have a functioning shower, only a tub. There were a few other things like the main door frame/locks that were a little broken, overall it was good and clean. Sitting in the hot tub was very enjoyable.

My family and I had a great time, we enjoyed a nature walk, we drove to Cacapon park approx 7min drive, we enjoyed the bonfire, nice and peaceful cabin! We want to come back again :).

I spent the night with some friends, we had a blast the place is fun and beautiful. Very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Only issue was main floor bedrooms light did not work, but everything else was amazing.

My partner and I had a wedding in Ohio and on our way back to NY we decided to extend our vacation. We found Tony’s place last minute and it was a dream PLUS dog friendly - WOW. The house is private but close enough to know there is neighbors. Homey but the rich light pouring in through the windows makes it feel more modern and airy. I would go back in a heartbeat, we are actually planning our next trip to this same location because we enjoyed it so much.
The closest town is about 20 minutes away, that’s a dream for a Long Island girl. And the food in this town and everyone who lives there is amazing. It’s rare to find vegan options anywhere let alone in a tiny town. We had some of the best coffee in the world at Fairfax coffeehouse:
My one problem was that someone had dumped what looked like a vacuum bag right in front of the deck and about 100ft from the deck they dumped food that was hard to keep my dogs out of. But this isn’t Tony’s fault, probably just lazy guests before us.

Nice place peaceful quiet! Pretty clean and comfortable, lots of board games. Kitchen supplies well stocked (Ie dishes, cookware). Biggest issues were (several) there are light switches and outlet covers missing, light switches NOT working, no lights in hallways going downstairs, torn screens in LR, 1 broken window crank in LR, windows in LR were dirty (my wife cleaned those) shelf over door was filled with dead bugs (visible from upstairs balcony, broken shower knob in main floor bathroom, grill was in pretty rough shape to include the cover that was not on the grill. However, Tony was very responsive, even with the deficiencies it was still an enjoyable stay! Would recommend, hopefully they correct these issues soon.

Tony was nothing but helpful, prompt, and friendly. Very beautiful home with lots of space inside and out. Everything you need to know can be found in the description of the place on the site/app, but if you need to know more, Tony is always there to help. I, along with the other guests, enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful cabin with awesome views! Just a short drive from downtown Berkeley Springs, which was adorable. Tony was extremely responsive. The hot tub was very clean and definitely a highlight of the trip. I don’t know if I’d call the cabin modern, but it was comfortable and clean.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin. We arrived late at night and had some trouble finding it but likely wouldn't have had a problem if we didn't arrive in the dark. The cabin was very clean except for some carpet stains. The road up to the cabin through the woods is beautiful and the setting very peaceful. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Tony’s space was extremely clean and neat. The views were absolutely stunning! The neighbors kept to themselves and were friendly while traveling through to the location. All instructions provided were extremely clear and easy to follow! Our girls night was absolutely perfect! So serene and accommodating. We found this cabin as we were looking for a place to stay on a trip from Richmond to NY. It was just under halfway and the photos had us sold. The cabin was extremely peaceful and we loved the rustic feel. Would stay again.

Quiet cabin stocked stocked with some things to do and decent kitchen items. Tony, the host, was incredibly proactive and helpful. Plenty of space for guests to stay and relax. Just be wary that the yard is sloped and has some tree stumps so you'll be limited to things like cornhole and Kan Jam that are fairly stationary. Free state park just a few miles down the road can help with that though!

Great stay! Hot tub was ready when we arrived and Tony was quick to respond when we ran into internet issues. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans fairly well, definitely bring any other supplies if you’re planning to cook. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

There were a few issues with the structure of the building itself. There was a window that wasn’t completely affixed so there was a gap that allowed bees and bugs in constantly as well as some holes in the window screens. There was also a decent amount of silverware that was put away dirty so we had to wash them before we could use them. And there’s definitely huge temperature differences between each floor level but other than that. The place looks exactly like the pictures and we had a great time. The town is amazing. The food was fantastic and there is so much to do around Berkeley springs!

Great place to relax, Tony is an excellent and responsive host, plenty of room to accommodate guests. The only downside is that the cabin is not super private since it’s in a camping community and you have to be more mindful of your fellow campers, other than that it’s a wonderful place to be.

The best thing about our stay here was how responsive Tony was when we had a couple of hiccups in our stay. From start to finish -- really, from days before our arrival until we were pulling out of the driveway -- Tony was extremely communicative and helpful. Overall, our group of four adult women would describe this cabin as rustic. Other reviews had led us to expect a more modern/renovated feel, but what we discovered upon arrival was a remote retreat. It served our needs just fine, and again Tony's communication was terrific. We were there for less than 12 hours on a cross-country road trip and didn't get to use any of the cabin-y amenities -- the hot tub, the fire pit, etc. -- and so it wasn't quite what we'd hoped for. Nevertheless, you won't find a better host.

This was a beautiful cabin in a woodsy setting. This is located near a sweet town with lots of shops. Very clean and a lots of beds. Wasnt able to use the hottub till 11pm because they drained and refilled during our check in time. Lots of stuff to do outside too (yard games, fire, hike).

A group of 6 women stayed at Tony’s property for a weekend bachelorette getaway. The cabin had plenty of room for all of us to spread out & looked like the pictures on the listing. We LOVED the tables in the common space as there was room for us to spread out to eat and play games.
While on our trip, weather was not on our side, but Tony was very communicative about the weather we would be facing during check in. The power had gone out on day two and again, Tony was ready to answer any questions we had, as well as, keeping us in the loop with phone calls he had with the power company.
The cons: some of the beds are a little uncomfortable & the cleaning crew seems to be lacking as we found random trash from previous stays around the property - we just threw it away.

We had a great stay at this cabin! It was only 2 of us and our dog, but it definitely fits bigger groups comfortably.
We loved hiking in Cacapon State Park and caught sunset in the hot tub. The fire pit is perfect as well for some peaceful time in nature.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend staying here!

Photos made the space look larger than it is, every bed was really uncomfortable firm, we couldn’t sleep well the entire four nights and it started up my partners sciatica. The hot tub was fantastic, spent many nights looking at the stars and snowy mornings drinking coffee. Spent our days enjoying the living room space to read or watch movies, and the kitchen was well equipped so we were able to chef up delicious meals.

We had a great time staying at Tony's cabin. We were a group of 11 friends and the space accommodated us well. The woods around us provided privacy and beautiful views. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, grill, fire pit, and living room space for movies and games. The cabin is conveniently located a short drive away from hiking trails, Prospect Overlook, and the town of Berkeley Springs, which some of us visited for coffee, lunch, and the antique mall. The trail we hiked worked for all skill levels in our group. Tony had great recommendations on where to go--the house manual was especially helpful. Tony was extremely prompt with responding to questions.
Other notes: We ended up putting a sheet up to cover the door of the downstairs bathroom (the door had windows) and did not use that bathroom's shower since it did not have a shower curtain. This didn't cause many issues since we all took turns using the upstairs shower.
Overall, we enjoyed our getaway and we hope to come back again!

The place is Amazing and perfect for our Christmas holiday! Tony was fabulous and extremely helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and even offered early check in and insight as to the local weather since we were coming a distance.

A great cabin getaway about 20 minutes from Berkeley Springs and a half hour from Winchester. My partner and I had a nice little vacation here. We loved the hot tub and the open floor plan of the first floor. Communication with Tony was great and check in/check out were easy. My friends and I loved our stay here! We came out for a break from the city to work remotely and enjoy the fall scenery and it was as peaceful and idyllic as we hoped. Groundhogs and deer in the yard every day made for fun window watching, the fire pit and hot tub are my favorite falltime amenities, the kitchen was very well stocked, the wifi was steady and reliable and cell reception was great (for other folks worrying about the remote work feasibility), the space was very clean, the AC/heat worked great, and all instructions were super clear and easy to follow. I hope to come back another time!

What a great spot! It was just two of us but it was a beautiful log cabin with plenty of space. We drove into the driveway and immediately saw a pile of deer in the yard. The backyard is also nice with a fire pit and hot tub. The house was very clean and comfortable. Our bed and couch included!

We had a nice 1.5 day stay. The cabin is modern and updated inside. The property is also nice with the fire pit, chairs, grill and hot tub.
Tony was very communicative.
Berkeley Springs brewing isn't great, but Cacapon Mountain Brewing is. The Downtown area is small, quaint and cute. About 20 or so minutes from the cabin.
We enjoyed our stay.
