This was the first time using Air B&B. I would recommended going this route. Toney was a great host and very responsive with questions and concerns. Great place to stay, very peaceful, great area with very respectful neighbors. We loved sitting on the front deck watching the deer and other wide life. Definitely would stay again or having Toney as a host again. We had a great time!

I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about this cabin!
We booked this cabin for my bachelorette weekend, and it was everything I wanted! Private, quiet, but spacious enough that all 6 of us fit very comfortably!
The hot tub was very nice, the beds were so cozy, and you can’t beat the surrounding nature! I sat on the porch every morning and watched the deer in the backyard. It was beautiful!
I would love to bring my future husband and dog the next time we come. If you’re coming to Berkeley Springs, book this cabin! 💓

Had a great time at Tony’s cabin. Had a weekend away with some friend’s and we really enjoyed the peaceful lodgings. Many great places to out and explore in the area. Really appreciated the many amenities that we got to take advantage of as well, like the spacious loft bed, the hot tub, and provided coffee.

The cabin was clean and perfect for a weekend getaway. The only issues we had was there was only one shower which was a bit inconvenient. Also during our stay it was super windy and a tree fell down causing us to loose power and running water. Nothing that could be controlled but good to note it’s in a remote location with hilly dirt roads to access it.

Everything went amazingly well except for a few things. Hot tub smelled a bit weird, the entire basement did not have electricity (tried checking the breaker box), only one shower (we managed just fine though), no fire pit (had to build our own), some dishes were still a bit dirty at check-in, and there should be a warning for driving in during the winter since there is a pretty steep hill very close to the house. We were at another cabin run by Tony last year and it was amazing!! Sucks that this was a little less enjoyable than the last one but at the end of the day we made the best of it and there were a lot of things we love that Tony did.

This Airbnb was beautiful and perfect for our group of 11 with 2 dogs. It snowed while we were there which was perfect for our peaceful mountain getaway. Beware during the winter of the steep road getting up to the Airbnb. Not impossible but definitely something to keep in mind if traveling while there is ice. We loved the hot tub and how secluded it felt! There were neighbors but not right on top of us and there was enough distance to feel private.

A true rustic cabin. Our 2 families has an amazing stay at this cabin in the woods. Host was responsive and helpful. The nearby hiking, fire pit and star gazing was the perfect get away from the city. Bedrooms, Linens and beds were very clean and comfortable. Internet, TVs and kitchen had everything we needed.

Our stay at the cabin was excellent. Tony was on point with all our questions and needs. The area was very peaceful and quiet. Would recommend Tony and his company to anyone wanting to visit in the Virginia/West Virginia area. Absolutely stunning and amazing. Must check out Cacapon State Park for some many awesome hikes, fishing, and picnics!!! Gorgeous views and super fun time!

Tony’s place was spacious and clean! We had a large group and Tony made sure to leave each of us a towel and was quite communicative and checked in with us throughout the stay.
I would suggest bringing a wine bottle opener and/or a large pan if you plan on cooking! We did not see those so we got creative and it was no problem at all. There’s also a dollar general right down the road so despite the property being private and serene, it was easy to go get some supplies.
The deer wandered up into the yard in the morning, we had a campfire and s’mores, and the hot tub was clean and worked well! Great way to spend my birthday weekend. Thank you for the stay!

Overall a nice airbnb, if you were looking for modern i would reconsider because it’s very rustic. definitely an older house but cute! the pictures are definitely edited to make it look bigger and brighter than it is. it’s pretty cozy though. i only experienced one issue during my stay with the fridge they had, it was broken , i contacted Tony and it was late when i got back with the grocery’s. Tony was very responsive but unfortunately i had to get my sister to run out spend money buying a cooler. A little later on Tony let me know there was an extra fridge and freezer downstairs that he had forgotten about , and i missed which was definitely a little inconvenient. I had a good time and would most likely book again. thank you Tony !

Staying at Tony’s place was awesome! Beautiful landscaping with a wonderful home to go with it. More spacious than the photos give credit. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and fire pit, got along with local neighbors we came upon, and enjoyed the secluded atmosphere. I would highly recommended a 4-wheel drive vehicle. My front wheel car didn’t get alone with the steep dirt roads of the neighborhood. We had a slight AC issue but Tony offered us other location options near by and was in communication on when the issue would be fixed. Being that this issue didn’t arise about around the end of our stay, we opted to remain in the home we had grown to love. Unfortunately the handyman was busy with an emergency and never made it over but Tony was communicative and direct the entire time! We enjoyed the stay and encourage you to book at this home and/or with Tony’s other properties!

He was also very helpful with recommendations to do that was close by as well, also he was really kind enough to get ballon’s and a card for the special occasion that we were having as well. This was the PERFECT place for a small bachelorette weekend! Our theme was summer camp and it perfectly matched!! I especially loved having the two picnic tables! We were able to see the mountains with the sunset as well! Tony was a wonderful host and was very proactive! Highly recommend!!

Nice location, we had a relaxing week. The cabin was nice, the downstairs bathroom didn’t have a functioning shower, only a tub. There were a few other things like the main door frame/locks that were a little broken, overall it was good and clean. Sitting in the hot tub was very enjoyable.

I spent the night with some friends, we had a blast the place is fun and beautiful. Very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Only issue was main floor bedrooms light did not work, but everything else was amazing.

My partner and I had a wedding in Ohio and on our way back to NY we decided to extend our vacation. We found Tony’s place last minute and it was a dream PLUS dog friendly – WOW. The house is private but close enough to know there is neighbors. Homey but the rich light pouring in through the windows makes it feel more modern and airy. I would go back in a heartbeat, we are actually planning our next trip to this same location because we enjoyed it so much.
The closest town is about 20 minutes away, that’s a dream for a Long Island girl. And the food in this town and everyone who lives there is amazing. It’s rare to find vegan options anywhere let alone in a tiny town. We had some of the best coffee in the world at Fairfax coffeehouse:
My one problem was that someone had dumped what looked like a vacuum bag right in front of the deck and about 100ft from the deck they dumped food that was hard to keep my dogs out of. But this isn’t Tony’s fault, probably just lazy guests before us.

Nice place peaceful quiet! Pretty clean and comfortable, lots of board games. Kitchen supplies well stocked (Ie dishes, cookware). Biggest issues were (several) there are light switches and outlet covers missing, light switches NOT working, no lights in hallways going downstairs, torn screens in LR, 1 broken window crank in LR, windows in LR were dirty (my wife cleaned those) shelf over door was filled with dead bugs (visible from upstairs balcony, broken shower knob in main floor bathroom, grill was in pretty rough shape to include the cover that was not on the grill. However, Tony was very responsive, even with the deficiencies it was still an enjoyable stay! Would recommend, hopefully they correct these issues soon.

Beautiful cabin with awesome views! Just a short drive from downtown Berkeley Springs, which was adorable. Tony was extremely responsive. The hot tub was very clean and definitely a highlight of the trip. I don’t know if I’d call the cabin modern, but it was comfortable and clean.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin. We arrived late at night and had some trouble finding it but likely wouldn’t have had a problem if we didn’t arrive in the dark. The cabin was very clean except for some carpet stains. The road up to the cabin through the woods is beautiful and the setting very peaceful. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Quiet cabin stocked stocked with some things to do and decent kitchen items. Tony, the host, was incredibly proactive and helpful. Plenty of space for guests to stay and relax. Just be wary that the yard is sloped and has some tree stumps so you’ll be limited to things like cornhole and Kan Jam that are fairly stationary. Free state park just a few miles down the road can help with that though!

Great stay! Hot tub was ready when we arrived and Tony was quick to respond when we ran into internet issues. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans fairly well, definitely bring any other supplies if you’re planning to cook. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

There were a few issues with the structure of the building itself. There was a window that wasn’t completely affixed so there was a gap that allowed bees and bugs in constantly as well as some holes in the window screens. There was also a decent amount of silverware that was put away dirty so we had to wash them before we could use them. And there’s definitely huge temperature differences between each floor level but other than that. The place looks exactly like the pictures and we had a great time. The town is amazing. The food was fantastic and there is so much to do around Berkeley springs!

Great place to relax, Tony is an excellent and responsive host, plenty of room to accommodate guests. The only downside is that the cabin is not super private since it’s in a camping community and you have to be more mindful of your fellow campers, other than that it’s a wonderful place to be.

The best thing about our stay here was how responsive Tony was when we had a couple of hiccups in our stay. From start to finish — really, from days before our arrival until we were pulling out of the driveway — Tony was extremely communicative and helpful. Overall, our group of four adult women would describe this cabin as rustic. Other reviews had led us to expect a more modern/renovated feel, but what we discovered upon arrival was a remote retreat. It served our needs just fine, and again Tony’s communication was terrific. We were there for less than 12 hours on a cross-country road trip and didn’t get to use any of the cabin-y amenities — the hot tub, the fire pit, etc. — and so it wasn’t quite what we’d hoped for. Nevertheless, you won’t find a better host.

This was a beautiful cabin in a woodsy setting. This is located near a sweet town with lots of shops. Very clean and a lots of beds. Wasnt able to use the hottub till 11pm because they drained and refilled during our check in time. Lots of stuff to do outside too (yard games, fire, hike).

We had a great stay at this cabin! It was only 2 of us and our dog, but it definitely fits bigger groups comfortably.
We loved hiking in Cacapon State Park and caught sunset in the hot tub. The fire pit is perfect as well for some peaceful time in nature.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend staying here!

The manual was hard to get (you had to access to the management company website to download) and was wrong. Wifi pw didn’t match and there was no white basket for the garage bags, green murky hottub water (not able to use), had no extra garbage bags, animal pops on the laundry room floor, worst part was that Tony didn’t respond on the garbage bag nor the animal pops. Not worth the money.

I have never stayed in an Airbnb this bad before. We only stayed for a few hours before I had to book another Airbnb somewhere else in the area because this place was so bad! Upon arriving past 4pm check in, there was a handy man currently there cleaning the hot tub because it was completely green and you could not see through it! Was so dirty. Heres some other issues;
- Wifi is NOT working.
- Main level bathroom light is completely out.
- Kitchen cabinets are rustic and YELLOW (nothing like in the pictures in the listing)
- Washer is not spinning and working.
- Mirror missing from lower level bathroom INCLUDING shower head.
- Lower level TV is not working in any of the outlets!!
- Stairs are rustic and peeling, very unsafe if you have kids or elderly.
- A puddle of water in the lower level basement main floor upon arrival!
- Dirty brown wet stains across the wall in the lower level bathroom.
- Clogged kitchen sink!
- Host not responsive to the issues.

Quiet peaceful area with a beautiful house to stay in. Enjoyed the hot tub and the scenery and wildlife that I spotted. Unfortunately, there were several problems with the property and the house itself that I told Tony about. Damage caused by prior guests and hardware failures. I left early due to those. Tony’s place was spacious and clean! We had a large group and Tony made sure to leave each of us a towel and was quite communicative and checked in with us throughout the stay.
I would suggest bringing a wine bottle opener and/or a large pan if you plan on cooking! We did not see those so we got creative and it was no problem at all. There’s also a dollar general right down the road so despite the property being private and serene, it was easy to go get some supplies.
The deer wandered up into the yard in the morning, we had a campfire and s’mores, and the hot tub was clean and worked well! Great way to spend my birthday weekend. Thank you for the stay!

Overall a nice airbnb, if you were looking for modern i would reconsider because it’s very rustic. definitely an older house but cute! the pictures are definitely edited to make it look bigger and brighter than it is. it’s pretty cozy though. i only experienced one issue during my stay with the fridge they had, it was broken , i contacted Tony and it was late when i got back with the grocery’s. Tony was very responsive but unfortunately i had to get my sister to run out spend money buying a cooler. A little later on Tony let me know there was an extra fridge and freezer downstairs that he had forgotten about , and i missed which was definitely a little inconvenient. I had a good time and would most likely book again. thank you Tony !

Staying at Tony’s place was awesome! Beautiful landscaping with a wonderful home to go with it. More spacious than the photos give credit. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and fire pit, got along with local neighbors we came upon, and enjoyed the secluded atmosphere. I would highly recommended a 4-wheel drive vehicle. My front wheel car didn’t get alone with the steep dirt roads of the neighborhood. We had a slight AC issue but Tony offered us other location options near by and was in communication on when the issue would be fixed. Being that this issue didn’t arise about around the end of our stay, we opted to remain in the home we had grown to love. Unfortunately the handyman was busy with an emergency and never made it over but Tony was communicative and direct the entire time! We enjoyed the stay and encourage you to book at this home and/or with Tony’s other properties!

Tony was a great host he was very fast at responding to my questions that I had before checking in to his property! He was also very helpful with recommendations to do that was close by as well, also he was really kind enough to get ballon’s and a card for the special occasion that we were having as well. Tony is a great host and would definitely stay at one of his properties again!

The location wasn't bad was peaceful. The hot tub was yellow and dirty. It seemed the cleaning was half done lots of dirt missed and food under couch. The knob to the shower was broken and difficult to use. The downstairs door to the outside wasn't very secure. The refrigerator was leaking. Not insulated upstairs and in the loft it was very warm. Their was a A/C unit in the loft but wasn't properly installed so it didn't work. Only 1 shower the 2nd one didnt have a curtain mirror or shower head. The grill l looked like it was never cleaned and caught on fire luckily we were quick to react before it turned into anything more. Host was responsive and apologized for the inconveniences but I noticed after that some of the issues we encountered were in past reviews and never fixed.

Had a wonderful time at the cabin! It has a lot of space, a nice kitchen to use and the hot tub was an added bonus!! Tony also gave suggestions of places to go nearby. Would recommend staying!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin, and the hot tub and grill were nice, and the cold AC was very appreciated. Tony was great with communication.
the only bummer, was that I was surprised there was only one shower, which was a bit to manage with 7 adults.

My two friends and I spent 3 nights at the cabin. I would say its rustic not modern. Pros- the beds and pillows were comfy. The large tables in the dining area were great for doing puzzles. We had a great time exploring Berkeley Springs!
Cons-The front door frame was completely broken and the deadbolt was useless.. the door knob did lock. A little unnerving at night for 3 women staying in the woods. The kitchen cabinets were dirty above the stove, cabinet paint was chipped and fading. The lighting is very poor, especially in the kitchen, making it hard to see for meal prep or working at the sink. The lower level bathroom floor was sticky, the toilet struggled to flush, the shower wasn't operational and there was no mirror so we all had to use one bathroom. There's not much of a mountain view due to the woods. Host was responsive and apologetic about the issues and said they would contact their handyman and hopefully will have the cleaning crew do a more thorough job.

Wonderful place to stay. My fiancé and I fully enjoyed our weekend getaway. There is as much, or as little to do as you could want. The cabin was nice, clean and spacious. Would be good for a large family getaway too. We intend to return one day and stay again! Thanks again!

This was the PERFECT place for a small bachelorette weekend! Our theme was summer camp and it perfectly matched!! I especially loved having the two picnic tables! We were able to see the mountains with the sunset as well! Tony was a wonderful host and was very proactive! Highly recommend!!

Nice location, we had a relaxing week. The cabin was nice, the downstairs bathroom didn't have a functioning shower, only a tub. There were a few other things like the main door frame/locks that were a little broken, overall it was good and clean. Sitting in the hot tub was very enjoyable.

My family and I had a great time, we enjoyed a nature walk, we drove to Cacapon park approx 7min drive, we enjoyed the bonfire, nice and peaceful cabin! We want to come back again :).

I spent the night with some friends, we had a blast the place is fun and beautiful. Very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Only issue was main floor bedrooms light did not work, but everything else was amazing.

My partner and I had a wedding in Ohio and on our way back to NY we decided to extend our vacation. We found Tony’s place last minute and it was a dream PLUS dog friendly - WOW. The house is private but close enough to know there is neighbors. Homey but the rich light pouring in through the windows makes it feel more modern and airy. I would go back in a heartbeat, we are actually planning our next trip to this same location because we enjoyed it so much.
The closest town is about 20 minutes away, that’s a dream for a Long Island girl. And the food in this town and everyone who lives there is amazing. It’s rare to find vegan options anywhere let alone in a tiny town. We had some of the best coffee in the world at Fairfax coffeehouse:
My one problem was that someone had dumped what looked like a vacuum bag right in front of the deck and about 100ft from the deck they dumped food that was hard to keep my dogs out of. But this isn’t Tony’s fault, probably just lazy guests before us.

We gave 3 stars for a variety of reasons. The majority of the outlets didn’t work and it was difficult to have devices charged. There were several broken amenities including the coffee maker, top rack of dishwasher, and the knobs in both showers came off. The downstairs shower did not have a curtain and the toilet struggled. The place fit a lot of people and we enjoyed the hot tub and how quiet it was. Beds were comfy and clean as well although could use more blankets! Pricey for the maintenance needed.

Nice place peaceful quiet! Pretty clean and comfortable, lots of board games. Kitchen supplies well stocked (Ie dishes, cookware). Biggest issues were (several) there are light switches and outlet covers missing, light switches NOT working, no lights in hallways going downstairs, torn screens in LR, 1 broken window crank in LR, windows in LR were dirty (my wife cleaned those) shelf over door was filled with dead bugs (visible from upstairs balcony, broken shower knob in main floor bathroom, grill was in pretty rough shape to include the cover that was not on the grill. However, Tony was very responsive, even with the deficiencies it was still an enjoyable stay! Would recommend, hopefully they correct these issues soon.

Tony was nothing but helpful, prompt, and friendly. Very beautiful home with lots of space inside and out. Everything you need to know can be found in the description of the place on the site/app, but if you need to know more, Tony is always there to help. I, along with the other guests, enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful cabin with awesome views! Just a short drive from downtown Berkeley Springs, which was adorable. Tony was extremely responsive. The hot tub was very clean and definitely a highlight of the trip. I don’t know if I’d call the cabin modern, but it was comfortable and clean.

This place got the job done for a short overnight stay but we did not feel it was worth the amount paid. It was clean, but carpets & couch had some staining, a lot of the light switches didn’t work & the tub faucet had a drip. Having to download a whole separate app just to check in is a bit annoying & this is also one of those listings with an *extensive* novel of rules for checking out. We got three texts reminding us.. one would have sufficed.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin. We arrived late at night and had some trouble finding it but likely wouldn't have had a problem if we didn't arrive in the dark. The cabin was very clean except for some carpet stains. The road up to the cabin through the woods is beautiful and the setting very peaceful. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Tony’s space was extremely clean and neat. The views were absolutely stunning! The neighbors kept to themselves and were friendly while traveling through to the location. All instructions provided were extremely clear and easy to follow! Our girls night was absolutely perfect! So serene and accommodating. Will absolutely be stay at another of Tony’s locations in the future!

The main problem was the grime under the microwave oven that is directly over the cooktop. Second, the sink was filthy with food in the drains and the sink needed a good cleaning. The cooktop needed a good cleaning as well. Many of the light switches do nothing and a light switch cover was missing. There was no light in the stairwell going from the main floor to the lower level, very dark at night. One switch turns on the light in the family area and a bedroom. Not too smart for someone sleeping in the bedroom. The same bedroom had no fixture covering the bulbs. The tub on the main floor needs new valves. Very difficult to stop from leaking and not anchored in the wall. Very easy to break the pvc piping if you are not careful. Also on the main floor there was no mirror in the bathroom.

We found this cabin as we were looking for a place to stay on a trip from Richmond to NY. It was just under halfway and the photos had us sold. The cabin was extremely peaceful and we loved the rustic feel. Would stay again.

Quiet cabin stocked stocked with some things to do and decent kitchen items. Tony, the host, was incredibly proactive and helpful. Plenty of space for guests to stay and relax. Just be wary that the yard is sloped and has some tree stumps so you'll be limited to things like cornhole and Kan Jam that are fairly stationary. Free state park just a few miles down the road can help with that though!

Great stay! Hot tub was ready when we arrived and Tony was quick to respond when we ran into internet issues. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans fairly well, definitely bring any other supplies if you’re planning to cook. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

There were a few issues with the structure of the building itself. There was a window that wasn’t completely affixed so there was a gap that allowed bees and bugs in constantly as well as some holes in the window screens. There was also a decent amount of silverware that was put away dirty so we had to wash them before we could use them. And there’s definitely huge temperature differences between each floor level but other than that. The place looks exactly like the pictures and we had a great time. The town is amazing. The food was fantastic and there is so much to do around Berkeley springs!

This cabin is not a modern cabin. Pictures did not match the place. I expected a bright inviting and friendly feel at home cabin. It was very dark and extremely spooky… as soon as my boyfriend and I got there we noticed the mirror in the main bathroom had fallen off the door. The next day the door knob to the front door had broken off right as we were about to leave for groceries.. tony was a friendly very responsive host and had the door knob fixed within 3 hours of communicating that to him. We had guest arrive 3 days after and they to did not feel at ease being inside this cabin. We had many incidents happen that did not let us sleep comfortably at night.. Unfortunately, due to personal beliefs I would not stay here again.

Great place to relax, Tony is an excellent and responsive host, plenty of room to accommodate guests. The only downside is that the cabin is not super private since it’s in a camping community and you have to be more mindful of your fellow campers, other than that it’s a wonderful place to be.

Overall great stay! Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed using it. Beds and furniture were all nice, and the instructions were clear. Communication was OK — only one minor issue with the downstairs shower not being functional.

The best thing about our stay here was how responsive Tony was when we had a couple of hiccups in our stay. From start to finish -- really, from days before our arrival until we were pulling out of the driveway -- Tony was extremely communicative and helpful. Overall, our group of four adult women would describe this cabin as rustic. Other reviews had led us to expect a more modern/renovated feel, but what we discovered upon arrival was a remote retreat. It served our needs just fine, and again Tony's communication was terrific. We were there for less than 12 hours on a cross-country road trip and didn't get to use any of the cabin-y amenities -- the hot tub, the fire pit, etc. -- and so it wasn't quite what we'd hoped for. Nevertheless, you won't find a better host.

This was a beautiful cabin in a woodsy setting. This is located near a sweet town with lots of shops. Very clean and a lots of beds. Wasnt able to use the hottub till 11pm because they drained and refilled during our check in time. Lots of stuff to do outside too (yard games, fire, hike).

We had a great stay at this cabin! It was only 2 of us and our dog, but it definitely fits bigger groups comfortably.
We loved hiking in Cacapon State Park and caught sunset in the hot tub. The fire pit is perfect as well for some peaceful time in nature.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend staying here!
