Four bedrooms and a sleeper sofa welcome up to ten guests. Bedroom 1 holds a king bed, Bedroom 2 a queen bed, Bedroom 3 a double bed, and the basement bedroom offers two twin beds. The living‑room sofa folds out for additional sleeping space. Fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets are provided for a comfortable night’s rest.
*Kitchen & indoor amenities*
A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining table where meals can be shared. The living area features a TV with Roku, a DVD player, board games, a pool table and a dedicated workspace with fast Frontier Fiber Wi‑Fi for streaming or remote work. Bathroom essentials, an in‑unit washer and dryer, and a decorative indoor fireplace add convenience and charm.
*Family‑friendly features*
Traveling with little ones is easy thanks to a pack ’n play, high chair, baby bath, baby monitor, safety gates, children’s books, toys and kid‑size dinnerware. These thoughtful touches let families enjoy the cabin without extra gear.
*Outdoor living*
Step onto the deck to breathe in the fresh spring air. The hot tub offers year‑round relaxation, especially inviting as evenings cool. A fire pit provides a cozy spot for stories and s’mores, while a BBQ grill is ready for outdoor cooking when the weather permits.
*Neighborhood & location*
Tucked beside Cacapon Resort State Park, the cabin is a short drive from hiking trails, horseback riding, golf and other outdoor pursuits. Berkeley Springs, just 15 minutes away, offers restaurants, shops, festivals and a local brewery for a taste of the town’s character.
*Pet policy*
The cabin is pet‑friendly for dogs, with plenty of space for your four‑legged companion. Cats are not allowed due to allergies.
*Perfect for*
Families, small groups or couples seeking a quiet mountain retreat where spring’s renewal invites relaxation, connection and adventure.
