This home is located within the River Ridge community, a private HOA neighborhood that helps preserve the peaceful mountain atmosphere guests come here to enjoy. Guests are asked to follow community guidelines, including posted speed limits, quiet hours, and other HOA rules during their stay. The property offers on-site parking for 5 vehicles, making it easy for families and groups to arrive and stay comfortably. Ample driveway space allows for convenient unloading and easy in-and-out access throughout your stay.
Safety & Security
Exterior security camera for guest and property security. No interior cameras are present.
Super Neighbor Policy
Due to County and HOA regulations, the following are additional rules that must be adhered to. Any violations will result in a $200 fine:
Occupancy is 6 and absolutely no additional people are allowed on the premises. Children 13 and under do not count toward this occupancy limit. As this implies, absolutely no events or large gatherings.
Parking is in the Driveway only (No Street Parking)
Noise ordinances must be obeyed from 10pm-7am (respectful voice and music levels both inside and outside the property at these times)
Adhering to the speed limit (20 mph)
There must be no loose trash in the yard (it can blow into neighbors yards or attract bears and other pests)
No firearms or fireworks of any type may be used within the River Ridge properties.
During Forest Fire Season (March 1-May 31 inclusive and October 1-December 31
inclusive), there shall be no outdoor fires between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
In the Area
Hiking & Exploring: Enjoy extensive walking trails throughout the community and nearby public lands, including Potomac & Cacapon rivers, fishing, Cacapon State Park (lake swimming, pickleball, mountain biking, tennis, golf), restaurants, Berkeley Springs events, the Sideling Hill Wildlife Management Area, offering almost endless miles of outdoor exploration.
Great for Hunters: The surrounding area is a popular destination for hunting enthusiasts. With nearby public hunting land and the WV hunting season running from late September through the end of December, this retreat makes a comfortable base camp for outdoor adventures.
