My wife and I had a great stay here. We wanted a simple getaway from the hustle and bustle of DC and this was exactly it. We were glad to find a property that not only allowed dogs but had a fenced in yard. It made the experience so much more relaxing allowing the dogs to run care free while we took in the nature from the backyard. Property sits in a quiet area with plenty of wildlife in the morning hours to watch. Definitely recommend and would return. For dog goers, the yard is secure and big enough for 2 dogs to get some fetch in, but if you’re looking for massive running space, you’ll likely be disappointed. Still enjoyable all around!

The kids loved to ride their bikes on the quiet street . The kitchen was my dream kitchen . So much work space . The beds were comfy !! We all slept great ! The house was very clean. Sometimes homes that allow pets can slip when it comes to cleanliness. Not Tony’s home. It was clean and neat.

We chose this location because we wanted to visit Berkeley Springs, WV and we travel w/2 large dogs. It was an easy 20 minute drive to town. There is a fenced area but isn’t accessible from the deck. U have to walk around the side yard. The community where the home is located is very lovely, semi-private and walkable and many homes had dogs. Seemed to be both seasonal and permanent homes. There is club house about 1/2 mile from the home and Tony provided free passes. All in all, I was very satisfied and do recommend staying here. If u r willing to drive, there r several state/national parks within approximately 1 hr drive.

We were looking for a place where we could bring our dogs and go away to relax for a few days. This house was perfect. A nice quiet neighborhood, clean and comfortable home with large windows, a deck, fenced in yard (although no direct access from the house), and a hot tub. We definitely recommend this house and nearby Big Goats Ice Cream & Hot Dog Shack.

Our family of six (plus dog) really enjoyed our stay. Having the guest passes to the sports center and pools were key and the golfing rates were reasonable for part of our group to spend a morning on the course. We also managed to hike to Devil’s Nose in the Sleepy Creek Wilderness which features a beautiful creek crossing as well as a nice view at the top.
We’d love to come back to the area and knowing that the indoor sports center is available in any weather is a great benefit.

This house is located in a large lot neighborhood. While you can see the houses next to it, it still had that private feel to it. When we pulled up there were about 5 deer walking around. The house was easy to get into and it was immaculate. Instructions were very clear and contained all the information that we needed. The hot tub was a nice touch and felt nice after being on the road most of the day. We brought our dog and it was very nice to have a fenced in backyard so he could get some exercise. Toni was very responsive and answered any questions we had in a very timely manor. Highly recommend and would stay with them again.

Felt the checkout time was too early (10AM) as the check in time is at 4:00 PM.
The Kitchen was fully loaded.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at Tony’s place. The area is private and quiet. At night, it gets really dark and during the day you do see deers in the area. The drive to the cabin was interesting and fun with all the turns making it feel like we were in a movie. If you’re looking for a woodsy atmosphere, I definitely recommend booking with Tony!

Beautiful cabin in the woods at a reasonable price in a nice location. Also, the access to the private tennis courts and pool was a major plus. We will be staying here again in the future for a quick retreat to the mountains.

This place was amazing with beautiful surroundings and peaceful sounds! We had deer in the backyard when we drove up to the house!! It was perfect for taking my adult children for a weekend. The hot tub was perfect after shopping and hiking. I also liked the washer and dryer. I threw our towels in the wash so they would be clean in the morning. If you are thinking of renting the place do it! I would totally rent from Tony again! The only thing I would do differently would be to bring beach towels for the hot tub instead of using our bath towels. Sadly, we didn’t use the fire pit because it rained but it looked like it would be a great place for s’mores.

Words cannot describe my experience. We booked last minute as our initial spring break plans fell through so finding an affordable place only and hour 1/2 drive from home felt like an impossible task but we somehow stumbled across this gem hidden in the woods and couldn’t have been happier. It was spacious, 15 mins drive from groceries and most of all private giving us much needed peace and quiet from our normal city dwelling. Will recommend and book another stay soon.

this is my 3rd time staying at a cabin hosted by Tony, he is an exceptional host. the kitchen was beyond stocked with anything you’d need to cook large meals. his response time is amazing, the power went out for a few hours in the area and he kept updating me on the estimated time it would be back on. my only complaint was that the hot tub had an insane amount of chlorine in it making it unusable the first night. the second night it balanced out and was able to be used. I would definitely recommend any of Tony’s cabins

We had an amazing time staying here. Our dogs loved having the Fenston backyard as well. The house was way bigger than what we needed for just the two of us but it worked out perfectly as we had a lot of rain during our visit so we spent a lot of time there! Just as a heads up if you are bringing your pup with you, the house right up the road has a ton of off leash dogs, so I would not advise walking your pup around the neighborhood. the host was super helpful and super responsive and was absolutely a joy to work with. We look forward to booking other properties with them!

This was the third one of Tony’s properties I’ve stayed at and each one is better than the next. Tony is a great communicator and always responded within a few minutes. The home was close enough to activities, but in the wood enough that it was peaceful!! We are already planning our next trip!

We had a great time at the cabin, it was very peaceful and had everything I looked for (wi-fi, fireplace, hot tub). Tony is a wonderful host and responds right away. I’ve seen some negative reviews before I booked, but one thing to keep in mind is that it is a cabin and not a 5 star hotel. You will find imperfection, but this should be expected in the cabin in the woods. The value was great, I definitely recommend this place and will be back. What I specifically liked is that cabin is just off the road so you don’t need SUV to get to it. Thanks Tony!

This Airbnb was an absolute delight! Tony’s responsiveness was beyond exceptional…making him a real “Super host”. From the moment I booked until the end of my stay, he was incredibly attentive and responsive…I truly appreciated his dedication to ensuring a wonderful stay.
The cabin is exactly as described. Comfortable beds, very clean and great amenities…including the very hot & clean hot tub (no fear of warm bath water here), hotel like plush towels and a large wood burning fireplace. The bathroom showers offer great water pressure and sufficient hot water too!
Bring what you need for the first night and venture out the next day for last minute needs or to explore the area. It’s not at all far from anything you need… including great hiking trails just minutes away, groceries, beer/wine or firewood.
Highly recommended for anyone seeking a host who goes above and beyond and would like a quiet & relaxing getaway in a well appointed cabin.

The cabin in Hedgesville was private and served as a relaxing getaway for my husband and I. It looked like the pictures and was very well equipped. Tony’s communication throughout was very helpful! Although it was just the two of us, there were a lot more beds and space available that would also make it great for a family. It is very secluded which was mentioned and provided a cozy place for us to unwind. There was some conflicting information in the provided house manual – listing several restaurants as “about 5 minutes from our place”, but they were actually in a neighboring town that was 20+ minutes away. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us, but could be helpful to know if you don’t plan to cook much at the cabin. We visited the Canary Grill in Berkeley Springs (20-25 min.) for dinner one evening and went to Brix 27 (delicious) in Martinsburg (also about 25 min.) another night. Overall, it was a nice stay for us and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to “get away from it all”!

I can’t say enough wonderful things. The home is perfect and exactly what we were looking for. We got to add an additional day to our trip and Tony was very responsive and accommodating. We had a fantastic time making s’mores in the fire pit and relaxing in the hot tub. Location is remote and peaceful with grocery and restaurants nearby. All sightseeing spots are an easy drive with beautiful scenery and the folks we interacted with were so sweet and kind. On our last night it was a cool fall night and we celebrated with a warm fire in the fireplace and scary movie and popcorn. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation just wish it could have lasted longer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tony’s Airbnb. Tony was an excellent and communicative host. The home had a very nice kitchen and quaint bathrooms. My friends got a real kick out of the bunk beds, they were perfect for us. There were a lot of light switches which was a little confusing at first, but we seemed to get the hang of it. Though not a lot to do in Hedgesville itself, we made several day trips to surrounding towns and areas. If looking for a bite to eat close by you can’t beat CJ’s bar and grill! Perfect stay for those looking for some peace, quiet, and tranquility. God Bless!

Tony was very good at making sure that we had all the Information we needed days and weeks before we arrived (house manual). Tony provided us with every single amenity listed. Kitchen supplies were completely stocked. We had more than enough towels/wash cloths. Bedding was very clean, beds were super comfortable. Tony provided us with restaurant suggestions, wineries, grocery stores, hiking, anything we could imagine. Tony had clear instructions for every single thing from how to access the home to when we leave once out stay was over. Tony was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The view was amazing. The hot tub was so relaxing and easy to use. I would highly recommend this cabin, whether it’s two people or 10…there was so much room. The grill is a nice touch as well. Tony had options for games for inside the house and outside the house. The backyard was huge and had a fire pit. Our stay was absolutely amazing and relaxing. We will be back 🙂

This place was lovely and in a beautiful area. If you’re someone who isn’t particularly fond of complete darkness and isolation at night, this may not be the one for you. As city folk, it was a bit unexpected and took a night or so to adjust but was well worth it after. Tony was very responsive to issues we had with internet, as we had no service (we both had Verizon) which was very appreciated. Overall, it is perfect for large groups and very spacious.

Tony was really responsive and quick! Helpful and informative when needed. We were not able to use the fire pit in the back, but that was not his fault but WV regulations at the time. We were glad that we bought some food to eat because there wasn’t anything around that was that great or a grocery store that we can find, however, we’re little disappointed on the coffee situation, and there wasn’t any as stated. The place was clean, and definitely had enough space for more than two guests. The hot tub was great, clean as well. Wish we could have gotten a later check out because 10am was early for being so close by. Tony was able to accommodate us an hour earlier on the arrival time which worked out.

We had a wonderful time at Tony’s house with good friends. The hot tub was warm upon arrival (though the house was chilly!) and the driveway had easily room for 5-6 small cars.
We grilled easily, and there was a beautiful kitchen. Bring your own knives if you need to cut anything large!
There were a few small things we mentioned to Tony and he plans to adjust – he was highly responsive and super friendly. The only thing we wish we’d known in advance is that the door to the second floor bathroom is glass/see-through! We threw a blanket over it and all was well. Tony was even kind enough to accommodate a late check-out!
Nearby hiking (12mins away) was lovely at Devil’s Nose, and less than 30mins was the fantastic Amani Brewing.
We’d happily come back here again – thank you for the great stay!

Escape to this charming West Virginia cabin house for a cozy and peaceful retreat. The well-appointed cabin is tastefully decorated and equipped with modern amenities. Enjoy the lovely deck and nearby hiking trails. While the neighboring property has a battalion of dogs, the cabin’s location still offers a peaceful atmosphere, and the hosts are always available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway.

Sometimes, you just need a quiet, peaceful escape. This place hit the nail in the head! The area is nice. The cabin is comfortable. Although I didn’t like that there isn’t access to the fenced portion of the yard from the deck, the fire pit and chairs are a nice place for an evening fire. And, there is plenty of room for the pups to run around. I felt like the cabin was slightly over-priced for a winter getaway. But, obviously not too much to pass it up. You do get what you pay for—everything is new and up to date. And, this host doesn’t ask you to strip the beds or start a load of towels like some places. The games provided are a nice touch. The host was also easy to get a hold of when you need him. And, very willing to meet all your needs. Overall, a great place to stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We decide to spontaneous stop at Tony’s house on our road trip back home! The place was gorgeous, the price was spectacular and he was more responsive than my wife is through text at times! Haha all jokes aside would highly recommend for a nice getaway to ski (as we did), golf or just some time away from it all.

The place was nice and clean. There were minor inconveniences like no kitchen knives, no propane tank for the grill, no dishwasher tabs and not a single hanger in any of the closets. Great place if you don’t have kids. The hot tub was super foamy which was unusual. Decent place overall.

Tony’s cabin was extraordinary. If you’re looking for a place to feel serene and still have that modern touch of civilization I would highly recommend. The cabin was very clean and it was in a great location. You can see other cabins nearby but it still felt plenty private. Also if you’re looking for a place that can sleep many but won’t feel overly crowded this is your spot. There was also plenty of space in the fenced in yard for our dog to run around without the worry of her getting out; the fence also had a metal screen for added peace of mind. We would highly recommend
Another huge plus is during to our stay it was forecasted to snow and Tony was gracious enough to leave a shovel and salt on hand. We definitely appreciate the foresight as it came on handy. The main roads were also plowed regularly while we were there so not as much of a concern. But would recommend all-wheel drive or SUV if you have one.

We chose this location because we wanted to visit Berkeley Springs, WV and we travel w/2 large dogs. It was an easy 20 minute drive to town. There is a fenced area but isn’t accessible from the deck. U have to walk around the side yard. The community where the home is located is very lovely, semi-private and walkable and many homes had dogs. Seemed to be both seasonal and permanent homes. There is club house about 1/2 mile from the home and Tony provided free passes. All in all, I was very satisfied and do recommend staying here. If u r willing to drive, there r several state/national parks within approximately 1 hr drive.

A nice quiet neighborhood, clean and comfortable home with large windows, a deck, fenced in yard (although no direct access from the house), and a hot tub. We definitely recommend this house and nearby Big Goats Ice Cream & Hot Dog Shack.

Our family of six (plus dog) really enjoyed our stay. Having the guest passes to the sports center and pools were key and the golfing rates were reasonable for part of our group to spend a morning on the course. We also managed to hike to Devil's Nose in the Sleepy Creek Wilderness which features a beautiful creek crossing as well as a nice view at the top.
We'd love to come back to the area and knowing that the indoor sports center is available in any weather is a great benefit.

This house is located in a large lot neighborhood. While you can see the houses next to it, it still had that private feel to it. When we pulled up there were about 5 deer walking around. The house was easy to get into and it was immaculate. Instructions were very clear and contained all the information that we needed. The hot tub was a nice touch and felt nice after being on the road most of the day. We brought our dog and it was very nice to have a fenced in backyard so he could get some exercise. Toni was very responsive and answered any questions we had in a very timely manor. Highly recommend and would stay with them again.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at Tony’s place. The area is private and quiet. At night, it gets really dark and during the day you do see deers in the area. The drive to the cabin was interesting and fun with all the turns making it feel like we were in a movie. If you’re looking for a woodsy atmosphere, I definitely recommend booking with Tony!

This place was amazing with beautiful surroundings and peaceful sounds! We had deer in the backyard when we drove up to the house!! It was perfect for taking my adult children for a weekend. The hot tub was perfect after shopping and hiking. I also liked the washer and dryer. I threw our towels in the wash so they would be clean in the morning. If you are thinking of renting the place do it! I would totally rent from Tony again! The only thing I would do differently would be to bring beach towels for the hot tub instead of using our bath towels. Sadly, we didn't use the fire pit because it rained but it looked like it would be a great place for s'mores.

Words cannot describe my experience. We booked last minute as our initial spring break plans fell through so finding an affordable place only and hour 1/2 drive from home felt like an impossible task but we somehow stumbled across this gem hidden in the woods and couldn’t have been happier. It was spacious, 15 mins drive from groceries and most of all private giving us much needed peace and quiet from our normal city dwelling. Will recommend and book another stay soon.

this is my 3rd time staying at a cabin hosted by Tony, he is an exceptional host. the kitchen was beyond stocked with anything you'd need to cook large meals. his response time is amazing, the power went out for a few hours in the area and he kept updating me on the estimated time it would be back on. my only complaint was that the hot tub had an insane amount of chlorine in it making it unusable the first night. the second night it balanced out and was able to be used. I would definitely recommend any of Tony's cabins

We had an amazing time staying here. Our dogs loved having the Fenston backyard as well. The house was way bigger than what we needed for just the two of us but it worked out perfectly as we had a lot of rain during our visit so we spent a lot of time there! Just as a heads up if you are bringing your pup with you, the house right up the road has a ton of off leash dogs, so I would not advise walking your pup around the neighborhood. the host was super helpful and super responsive and was absolutely a joy to work with. We look forward to booking other properties with them!

We had a great time at the cabin, it was very peaceful and had everything I looked for (wi-fi, fireplace, hot tub). Tony is a wonderful host and responds right away. I’ve seen some negative reviews before I booked, but one thing to keep in mind is that it is a cabin and not a 5 star hotel. You will find imperfection, but this should be expected in the cabin in the woods. The value was great, I definitely recommend this place and will be back. What I specifically liked is that cabin is just off the road so you don’t need SUV to get to it. Thanks Tony!

This Airbnb was an absolute delight! Tony’s responsiveness was beyond exceptional…making him a real “Super host”. From the moment I booked until the end of my stay, he was incredibly attentive and responsive…I truly appreciated his dedication to ensuring a wonderful stay.
The cabin is exactly as described. Comfortable beds, very clean and great amenities…including the very hot & clean hot tub (no fear of warm bath water here), hotel like plush towels and a large wood burning fireplace. The bathroom showers offer great water pressure and sufficient hot water too!
Bring what you need for the first night and venture out the next day for last minute needs or to explore the area. It’s not at all far from anything you need… including great hiking trails just minutes away, groceries, beer/wine or firewood.
Highly recommended for anyone seeking a host who goes above and beyond and would like a quiet & relaxing getaway in a well appointed cabin.

The cabin in Hedgesville was private and served as a relaxing getaway for my husband and I. It looked like the pictures and was very well equipped. Tony's communication throughout was very helpful! Although it was just the two of us, there were a lot more beds and space available that would also make it great for a family. It is very secluded which was mentioned and provided a cozy place for us to unwind. There was some conflicting information in the provided house manual - listing several restaurants as "about 5 minutes from our place", but they were actually in a neighboring town that was 20+ minutes away. It wasn't a deal breaker for us, but could be helpful to know if you don't plan to cook much at the cabin. We visited the Canary Grill in Berkeley Springs (20-25 min.) for dinner one evening and went to Brix 27 (delicious) in Martinsburg (also about 25 min.) another night. Overall, it was a nice stay for us and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to "get away from it all"!

I can’t say enough wonderful things. The home is perfect and exactly what we were looking for. We got to add an additional day to our trip and Tony was very responsive and accommodating. We had a fantastic time making s’mores in the fire pit and relaxing in the hot tub. Location is remote and peaceful with grocery and restaurants nearby. All sightseeing spots are an easy drive with beautiful scenery and the folks we interacted with were so sweet and kind. On our last night it was a cool fall night and we celebrated with a warm fire in the fireplace and scary movie and popcorn. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation just wish it could have lasted longer!

My friends got a real kick out of the bunk beds, they were perfect for us. There were a lot of light switches which was a little confusing at first, but we seemed to get the hang of it. Though not a lot to do in Hedgesville itself, we made several day trips to surrounding towns and areas. If looking for a bite to eat close by you can't beat CJ's bar and grill! Tony was very good at making sure that we had all the Information we needed days and weeks before we arrived (house manual). Tony provided us with every single amenity listed. Kitchen supplies were completely stocked. We had more than enough towels/wash cloths. Bedding was very clean, beds were super comfortable. Tony provided us with restaurant suggestions, wineries, grocery stores, hiking, anything we could imagine. Tony had clear instructions for every single thing from how to access the home to when we leave once out stay was over. Tony was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The view was amazing. The hot tub was so relaxing and easy to use. I would highly recommend this cabin, whether it’s two people or 10…there was so much room. The grill is a nice touch as well. Tony had options for games for inside the house and outside the house. This place was lovely and in a beautiful area. If you’re someone who isn’t particularly fond of complete darkness and isolation at night, this may not be the one for you. As city folk, it was a bit unexpected and took a night or so to adjust but was well worth it after. Tony was very responsive to issues we had with internet, as we had no service (we both had Verizon) which was very appreciated. Overall, it is perfect for large groups and very spacious.

We were glad that we bought some food to eat because there wasn’t anything around that was that great or a grocery store that we can find, however, we’re little disappointed on the coffee situation, and there wasn’t any as stated. The place was clean, and definitely had enough space for more than two guests. The hot tub was great, clean as well. Wish we could have gotten a later check out because 10am was early for being so close by. Tony was able to accommodate us an hour earlier on the arrival time which worked out.

We had a wonderful time at Tony’s house with good friends. The hot tub was warm upon arrival (though the house was chilly!) and the driveway had easily room for 5-6 small cars.
We grilled easily, and there was a beautiful kitchen. Bring your own knives if you need to cut anything large!
There were a few small things we mentioned to Tony and he plans to adjust - he was highly responsive and super friendly. The only thing we wish we’d known in advance is that the door to the second floor bathroom is glass/see-through! We threw a blanket over it and all was well. Tony was even kind enough to accommodate a late check-out!
Nearby hiking (12mins away) was lovely at Devil’s Nose, and less than 30mins was the fantastic Amani Brewing.
We’d happily come back here again - thank you for the great stay!

Sometimes, you just need a quiet, peaceful escape. This place hit the nail in the head! The area is nice. The cabin is comfortable. Although I didn’t like that there isn’t access to the fenced portion of the yard from the deck, the fire pit and chairs are a nice place for an evening fire. And, there is plenty of room for the pups to run around. I felt like the cabin was slightly over-priced for a winter getaway. But, obviously not too much to pass it up. You do get what you pay for—everything is new and up to date. And, this host doesn’t ask you to strip the beds or start a load of towels like some places. The games provided are a nice touch. Tony’s cabin was extraordinary. If you’re looking for a place to feel serene and still have that modern touch of civilization I would highly recommend. The cabin was very clean and it was in a great location. You can see other cabins nearby but it still felt plenty private. Also if you’re looking for a place that can sleep many but won’t feel overly crowded this is your spot. There was also plenty of space in the fenced in yard for our dog to run around without the worry of her getting out; the fence also had a metal screen for added peace of mind. We would highly recommend
Another huge plus is during to our stay it was forecasted to snow and Tony was gracious enough to leave a shovel and salt on hand. We definitely appreciate the foresight as it came on handy. The main roads were also plowed regularly while we were there so not as much of a concern. But would recommend all-wheel drive or SUV if you have one.

My wife and I had a great stay here. We wanted a simple getaway from the hustle and bustle of DC and this was exactly it. We were glad to find a property that not only allowed dogs but had a fenced in yard. It made the experience so much more relaxing allowing the dogs to run care free while we took in the nature from the backyard. Property sits in a quiet area with plenty of wildlife in the morning hours to watch. Definitely recommend and would return. For dog goers, the yard is secure and big enough for 2 dogs to get some fetch in, but if you’re looking for massive running space, you’ll likely be disappointed. Still enjoyable all around!

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at Tony’s place. The area is private and quiet. At night, it gets really dark and during the day you do see deers in the area. The drive to the cabin was interesting and fun with all the turns making it feel like we were in a movie. If you’re looking for a woodsy atmosphere, I definitely recommend booking with Tony!

Beautiful cabin in the woods at a reasonable price in a nice location. Also, the access to the private tennis courts and pool was a major plus. We will be staying here again in the future for a quick retreat to the mountains.

This place was amazing with beautiful surroundings and peaceful sounds! We had deer in the backyard when we drove up to the house!! It was perfect for taking my adult children for a weekend. The hot tub was perfect after shopping and hiking. I also liked the washer and dryer. I threw our towels in the wash so they would be clean in the morning. If you are thinking of renting the place do it! I would totally rent from Tony again! The only thing I would do differently would be to bring beach towels for the hot tub instead of using our bath towels. Sadly, we didn’t use the fire pit because it rained but it looked like it would be a great place for s’mores.

Words cannot describe my experience. We booked last minute as our initial spring break plans fell through so finding an affordable place only and hour 1/2 drive from home felt like an impossible task but we somehow stumbled across this gem hidden in the woods and couldn’t have been happier. It was spacious, 15 mins drive from groceries and most of all private giving us much needed peace and quiet from our normal city dwelling. Will recommend and book another stay soon.

this is my 3rd time staying at a cabin hosted by Tony, he is an exceptional host. the kitchen was beyond stocked with anything you’d need to cook large meals. his response time is amazing, the power went out for a few hours in the area and he kept updating me on the estimated time it would be back on. my only complaint was that the hot tub had an insane amount of chlorine in it making it unusable the first night. the second night it balanced out and was able to be used. I would definitely recommend any of Tony’s cabins

We had an amazing time staying here. Our dogs loved having the Fenston backyard as well. The house was way bigger than what we needed for just the two of us but it worked out perfectly as we had a lot of rain during our visit so we spent a lot of time there! Just as a heads up if you are bringing your pup with you, the house right up the road has a ton of off leash dogs, so I would not advise walking your pup around the neighborhood. the host was super helpful and super responsive and was absolutely a joy to work with. We look forward to booking other properties with them!

This was the third one of Tony’s properties I’ve stayed at and each one is better than the next. Tony is a great communicator and always responded within a few minutes. The home was close enough to activities, but in the wood enough that it was peaceful!! We are already planning our next trip!

We had a great time at the cabin, it was very peaceful and had everything I looked for (wi-fi, fireplace, hot tub). Tony is a wonderful host and responds right away. I’ve seen some negative reviews before I booked, but one thing to keep in mind is that it is a cabin and not a 5 star hotel. You will find imperfection, but this should be expected in the cabin in the woods. The value was great, I definitely recommend this place and will be back. What I specifically liked is that cabin is just off the road so you don’t need SUV to get to it. Thanks Tony!

This Airbnb was an absolute delight! Tony’s responsiveness was beyond exceptional…making him a real “Super host”. From the moment I booked until the end of my stay, he was incredibly attentive and responsive…I truly appreciated his dedication to ensuring a wonderful stay.
The cabin is exactly as described. Comfortable beds, very clean and great amenities…including the very hot & clean hot tub (no fear of warm bath water here), hotel like plush towels and a large wood burning fireplace. The bathroom showers offer great water pressure and sufficient hot water too!
Bring what you need for the first night and venture out the next day for last minute needs or to explore the area. It’s not at all far from anything you need… including great hiking trails just minutes away, groceries, beer/wine or firewood.
Highly recommended for anyone seeking a host who goes above and beyond and would like a quiet & relaxing getaway in a well appointed cabin.

The cabin in Hedgesville was private and served as a relaxing getaway for my husband and I. It looked like the pictures and was very well equipped. Tony’s communication throughout was very helpful! Although it was just the two of us, there were a lot more beds and space available that would also make it great for a family. It is very secluded which was mentioned and provided a cozy place for us to unwind. There was some conflicting information in the provided house manual – listing several restaurants as “about 5 minutes from our place”, but they were actually in a neighboring town that was 20+ minutes away. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us, but could be helpful to know if you don’t plan to cook much at the cabin. We visited the Canary Grill in Berkeley Springs (20-25 min.) for dinner one evening and went to Brix 27 (delicious) in Martinsburg (also about 25 min.) another night. Overall, it was a nice stay for us and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to “get away from it all”!

I can’t say enough wonderful things. The home is perfect and exactly what we were looking for. We got to add an additional day to our trip and Tony was very responsive and accommodating. We had a fantastic time making s’mores in the fire pit and relaxing in the hot tub. Location is remote and peaceful with grocery and restaurants nearby. All sightseeing spots are an easy drive with beautiful scenery and the folks we interacted with were so sweet and kind. On our last night it was a cool fall night and we celebrated with a warm fire in the fireplace and scary movie and popcorn. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation just wish it could have lasted longer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tony’s Airbnb. Tony was an excellent and communicative host. The home had a very nice kitchen and quaint bathrooms. My friends got a real kick out of the bunk beds, they were perfect for us. There were a lot of light switches which was a little confusing at first, but we seemed to get the hang of it. Though not a lot to do in Hedgesville itself, we made several day trips to surrounding towns and areas. If looking for a bite to eat close by you can’t beat CJ’s bar and grill! Perfect stay for those looking for some peace, quiet, and tranquility. God Bless!

Tony was very good at making sure that we had all the Information we needed days and weeks before we arrived (house manual). Tony provided us with every single amenity listed. Kitchen supplies were completely stocked. We had more than enough towels/wash cloths. Bedding was very clean, beds were super comfortable. Tony provided us with restaurant suggestions, wineries, grocery stores, hiking, anything we could imagine. Tony had clear instructions for every single thing from how to access the home to when we leave once out stay was over. Tony was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The view was amazing. The hot tub was so relaxing and easy to use. I would highly recommend this cabin, whether it’s two people or 10…there was so much room. The grill is a nice touch as well. Tony had options for games for inside the house and outside the house. The backyard was huge and had a fire pit. Our stay was absolutely amazing and relaxing. We will be back 🙂

This place was lovely and in a beautiful area. If you’re someone who isn’t particularly fond of complete darkness and isolation at night, this may not be the one for you. As city folk, it was a bit unexpected and took a night or so to adjust but was well worth it after. Tony was very responsive to issues we had with internet, as we had no service (we both had Verizon) which was very appreciated. Overall, it is perfect for large groups and very spacious.

Tony was really responsive and quick! Helpful and informative when needed. We were not able to use the fire pit in the back, but that was not his fault but WV regulations at the time. We were glad that we bought some food to eat because there wasn’t anything around that was that great or a grocery store that we can find, however, we’re little disappointed on the coffee situation, and there wasn’t any as stated. The place was clean, and definitely had enough space for more than two guests. The hot tub was great, clean as well. Wish we could have gotten a later check out because 10am was early for being so close by. Tony was able to accommodate us an hour earlier on the arrival time which worked out.

We had a wonderful time at Tony’s house with good friends. The hot tub was warm upon arrival (though the house was chilly!) and the driveway had easily room for 5-6 small cars.
We grilled easily, and there was a beautiful kitchen. Bring your own knives if you need to cut anything large!
There were a few small things we mentioned to Tony and he plans to adjust – he was highly responsive and super friendly. The only thing we wish we’d known in advance is that the door to the second floor bathroom is glass/see-through! We threw a blanket over it and all was well. Tony was even kind enough to accommodate a late check-out!
Nearby hiking (12mins away) was lovely at Devil’s Nose, and less than 30mins was the fantastic Amani Brewing.
We’d happily come back here again – thank you for the great stay!

Sometimes, you just need a quiet, peaceful escape. This place hit the nail in the head! The area is nice. The cabin is comfortable. Although I didn’t like that there isn’t access to the fenced portion of the yard from the deck, the fire pit and chairs are a nice place for an evening fire. And, there is plenty of room for the pups to run around. I felt like the cabin was slightly over-priced for a winter getaway. But, obviously not too much to pass it up. You do get what you pay for—everything is new and up to date. And, this host doesn’t ask you to strip the beds or start a load of towels like some places. The games provided are a nice touch. The host was also easy to get a hold of when you need him. And, very willing to meet all your needs. Overall, a great place to stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tony’s cabin was extraordinary. If you’re looking for a place to feel serene and still have that modern touch of civilization I would highly recommend. The cabin was very clean and it was in a great location. You can see other cabins nearby but it still felt plenty private. Also if you’re looking for a place that can sleep many but won’t feel overly crowded this is your spot. There was also plenty of space in the fenced in yard for our dog to run around without the worry of her getting out; the fence also had a metal screen for added peace of mind. We would highly recommend
Another huge plus is during to our stay it was forecasted to snow and Tony was gracious enough to leave a shovel and salt on hand. We definitely appreciate the foresight as it came on handy. The main roads were also plowed regularly while we were there so not as much of a concern. But would recommend all-wheel drive or SUV if you have one.

My wife and I had a great stay here. We wanted a simple getaway from the hustle and bustle of DC and this was exactly it. We were glad to find a property that not only allowed dogs but had a fenced in yard. It made the experience so much more relaxing allowing the dogs to run care free while we took in the nature from the backyard. Property sits in a quiet area with plenty of wildlife in the morning hours to watch. Definitely recommend and would return. For dog goers, the yard is secure and big enough for 2 dogs to get some fetch in, but if you’re looking for massive running space, you’ll likely be disappointed. Still enjoyable all around!

This place was beautiful to visit during the fall . The home was beautiful and it was perfect for our family of 8 to get away and enjoy the outdoors . We loved having access to the sports complex to swim and play pickle ball . We will always book with Tony and blue ridge . So many options to pick from . The kids loved to ride their bikes on the quiet street . The kitchen was my dream kitchen . So much work space . The beds were comfy !! We all slept great ! The location was quiet and we even saw some deer .
