We loved staying at this cabin in The Woods! It’s a really cool place with lots of natural light and great design features. The only issue we ran into was the TV is dark, making it hard to see during the day. We were able to get outside in the beautiful weather, but it could put a damper on things if you’re planning to stay in.

We had a really great time for a few days as a family here. We did most of our cooking here and there was pretty limited cookware, wash cloths and hand towles. There were still a few blinds missing in the master bedroom and that felt a little vulnerable. But we had a great time and would definitely recommend this quiet spot.

Looking for a romantic getaway for you & your sweetheart or even a place to go with the family? This is the place. Unique style, cozy, two wood burning stoves, hot tub & floating tub big enough for two. Everything was very spotless & clean.Tony & his team communicated regularly & were available for anything we may have needed. Honestly, though we didn’t need much at all. I would 100% recommend any of Tony’s properties. This was our second visit to one of them & again he did not disappoint. Thank you for your hospitality, we will be looking forward to staying with you again in the future.

Tony and the Blue Maple team was incredibly responsive. My girlfriend and I booked this incredibly last minute for a quick 2 night getaway and everything was still exactly as advertised. It was incredibly relaxing and worth the money.

Tony’s home was amazing. It was peaceful, beautiful, and very homey. Tony was very responsive with everything we asked about and was quick to answer. He made sure we felt comfortable and everything was in order. The rules were easy to follow and they were neatly written out. No confusion whatsoever in terms of what not to do in the house, check in and check out.

We had such a wonderful stay here for a couples weekend away. The space was quiet, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for — a perfect place to relax and unplug. Everything was clean and well-appointed, and it felt really peaceful both inside and outside the home.
If you’re looking for a calm, relaxing getaway, this is a fantastic choice. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is a beautiful and unique place to stay and make many fun memories or just to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet.
There are beautiful hiking trails nearby or you can drive to DC or Harper’s Ferry or Shepherdstown for the day. There is a spa nearby. We enjoyed our stay!

Overall good stay.
It was nice to do hot tub after our hike earlier in the day.
There was plenty of wood for the indoor and outdoor fireplaces.
The kitchen was well equipped.
The house needs a bit of TLC though. Blinds were missing to the windows facing the road. Stains to the walls. The house was not cleaned well with crumbs on the table and wood chips on the rug next to the fireplace.

Our weekend stay was absolutely wonderful. The peaceful atmosphere allowed us to truly unwind and recharge. Tony’s Modern Wooded Oasis is a gem! Tucked away in a stunning wooded setting called The Woods, it’s private, peaceful, and so quiet you can hear the wind in the trees. The place was spotless and nicely maintained, blending modern comfort with a cozy, nature-inspired vibe. Having plenty of activities and unique spots to explore just a short drive away—yet it always felt like you had your secluded retreat to come back to. Perfect for a weekend of recharging, relaxing, and soaking up the beauty of the outdoors.

First off, I want to say that I enjoyed my stay, and for what it is, it’s a great option. That said, there is some room for improvement, particularly in the communications. The manager texts frequently to check in, yes, but is not great at actually responding to questions or concerns – for example, they offered late checkout for a fee, but never replied to my question asking how much that fee would be. Some of the lights by the hot tub were out, and while they responded when I let them know about this, they didn’t do anything about it for the days I was there. Other questions or texts were clearly copy/pasted from the manual, and not always relevant (talking about snow in August) or accurate (referring to putting a key in the lockbox when you actually get in via an electric lock with a code). Overall, it doesn’t inspire a lot of confidence in the management, but the cabin itself is lovely, comfortable, and convenient to nearby attractions like the state parks, and that’s what I wanted.

We stayed here as we passed thru on our way home. The 5 children (ages 12-23)walked in and said, “great decision to stay here mom. We should have stayed here all week.” Loved the woodsy surroundings. Tony was VERY responsive and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Lots of kitchen supplies including spices. Would love to come back someday.

Overall, this stay was good! But a few things kept it from being great. This host is representative of their company, Blue Maple Rentals. With that being said, communication will be through automated messages and excerpts from the house manual. The house manual was decent, although the trash instructions were unclear. A link to thermostat instructions was broken, but they sent me over a new link once I requested it. You are very close to three neighbors. The water pressure is extremely low. Also, on the master bedroom porch, there is now a plastic dome with a couch and table inside instead of the pictured lounge chairs. I was disappointed as I would’ve liked to lie out on the chairs, and the outside of the dome was covered in dirt, pollen, and dust, making it a bit pointless in my opinion. The kitchen and living area are nice, but the TV is no longer on a movable stand as pictured/stated in the description. Overall, a good trip, just a few things were not clear along the way.

Beautiful place! Hot tub was warmed ahead of our arrival, which was great. Note that you have to take your trash and drive it to a dumpster after your stay, but that was the only thing that was at all inconvenient!

The cabin was as described and pictured. The neighbors are close but the back of the property is fully wooded so it feels secluded. Definitely bring wood for the indoor fireplaces and outdoor fire ring. The hot tub and dome were fun and enjoyable. Internet Wi-Fi was fast. Overall, a great stay!

Easy access and arrival. Place looked like the photos, but some things listed in description were missing. The property was clean and everything functioned as expected. Responses were a bit slower than what I expect and prefer. We did lose power for several hours and had to spend extra money of our own to stay warm with the wood stove as firewood is not provided. I would recommend having a bundle or two on property for emergencies like not having power for electric heat. (Then the guest would have to burn more wood than expected, which is more money out their pocket). The area was peaceful and quiet.

Second time staying at one of Tony’s properties, and second time LOVING the experience. This cabin was everything we were looking for in a holiday vacation! Plenty of space for everyone, just the right amount of seclusion (without being too far from anything), and the perfect amount of rustic feel with modern amenities. The wood stoves were so cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for cooking large family meals. And the common space made for plenty of room to create life-long family memories. We would completely recommend this cabin to anyone as well as Tony as a host!

Tony’s cabin is a great getaway for a family or group of close friends. We loved having the open space for cooking and chatting and crafting, and the kitchen amenities were overall pretty good. 25 minutes from Berkeley Springs, it was nice to head into town for some activities and come back to our quiet retreat space. Love the hot tub and a hidden gem, the geodesic dome out back!

My soon to be husband and I have been looking for a get away where we could feel at peace and enjoy time together this was the perfect place for us. The hot tub and bathtub are to die for! They also had a beautiful fire pit outside and a cute little clear bubble dome with a couch in it 🥰 we will be back in the winter time for sure! The views are breathtaking and so much so that we sat in silence and watched the leaves fall snuggled up on the couch for a whole afternoon! The place was so clean and bed sheets were so so soft! The host was so fast to respond and we love the Airbnb so much we even booked an extra day. If you’re looking for a family getaway or just a romantic getaway away from the city this is the place to be. We will definitely have our future family vacations here! This Airbnb is also very kid friendly comes with kids plates and tons of boardgames . If you’re questioning if it’s worth it…. It 1000% is book it!!!!

This roundhouse is so unique and very comfortable for a party of 6-8. The surroundings are private enough though the house is part of a nice wooded development. The house was spotless and the first impressions were incredible. Tony is a responsive and thoughtful host, will definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb was the perfect getaway after a hectic year of moving and then getting married. It was so quiet and peaceful, extremely relaxing at a very reasonable price. The house is beautiful and cozy and the host made sure everything was explained and provided clear instructions. He also reached out to offer local recommendations and responded very quickly when I reached out at the end of our stay about a problem with the dishwasher. We would definitely come back and stay here again if we’re ever looking for a quiet weekend getaway again!

We stopped at Tony’s place for one night as we traveled through WV. It was a nice neighborhood, safe feeling and good for our kids and dog. While the exterior could’ve been cleaner, the interior was lovely with a spacious master bedroom and some toys/coloring books for the kids. The kitchen lacked some essentials but was functional. We enjoyed the mid century modern decor. The club pool looked fabulous and we would’ve enjoyed it had we arrived earlier. This is a beautiful part of WV and I would recommend this rental.

Loved the design and layout of this space. The hot tub was exactly what we needed after our hikes and the soaking tub in the master bath is fabulous. The outside dome is also super cool. Tony was quick to answer our questions and we enjoyed his recommendations. We do recommend hitting a grocery store before arrival, as there aren’t any restaurants that are super close. And just a heads up that we found most restaurants in Berkley Springs to be closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, which caught us off guard, as in our area Mondays are the most common day.

Our stay was far too short for this gem! This home is quite unique, but so very lovely! We stopped here for a quick overnight on our trip from Clemson to CT after my daughter’s graduation. We were tired and hungry, so a quick bite at the club restaurant was perfect. We wound up playing Yahtzee using the giant dice Tony had with all of the games while watching the NHL playoffs. Couldn’t have felt more at home away from home. Tony was clear in all of his communication before I had any questions, and always responded quickly. I was addressed by name in every text, which may seem small, but being personable seems to be lost these days. Thank you Tony for sharing your home with us and your hospitality. We plan on coming back when we have more time!

From the day I booked our stay until this morning when we checked out, Tony was in communication with me. We were originally supposed to stay in another one of Tony’s properties. 2 days before we were set to check in, he contacted me to let me know the hot tub was broken. We were disappointed because that was 1 of the main amenities we wanted. Tony graciously moved us to this property within an hour of contacting me. The house was spacious, clean, and well stocked(dishes, towels, utensils, etc.). The surroundings were beautiful! Would love to go back I the fall when the leaves are in full color.

We had a great quiet short getaway from DC, which is exactly what we were looking for. We especially loved the kitchen and the bathtub in the master bathroom. We were unfortunately rained in for our entire stay, so we were unable to enjoy the hot tub. We would definitely recommend this house to our friends.

The round house is unique! For a family of four and two small dogs it was a great space, however cleanliness was lacking. This doesn’t ruin our get away of course but it does make it uncomfortable. We did communicate with Tony but as we were already there nothing could be done to fix this. We hope they will get their cleaning team up to par.

We had a fantastic 3-day stay – very close to great hiking trails (Sleepy Creek Wildlife Management Area, trailheads right in The Woods community), super duper duper quiet, HOT TUB so wonderful morning and night since it was chilly, with wonderful sky and woods views, huge main bedroom and bathroom, great decor and cabin design, nice board games and smart TV worked great. I could say more, but overall, we had a very relaxing time, went to the two closest local wineries that surprised us how much we liked them because not your typical winery, and had a wonderful dinner at Lot 12 Public House. Cabin had absolutely everything you could want for a comfortable get-away. We usually don’t spend so much on cabins for our bi-annual get-aways, but we decided to splurge and are so glad we did. Only one minor thing was that we had difficulty understanding how to use thermostat and property manager was not helpful, but we eventually figured it out. And again, HOT TUB – what a treat.

We stayed at one of Tony’s properties while doing our annual Christmas Tree pickup. It was a wonderful cabin in a beautiful community and super easy to get to. The cabin was just as good, if not better, than described and the level of professionalism was unmatched. Tony anticipated all our needs and provided several helpful resources, including a comprehensive guide to the area, in order to ensure our trip was the best it could be. From a communication perspective, Tony and team were very proactive in ensuring we had the proper information and then provided us with privacy.
The cabin is so warm and cozy, it was the ideal spot for a mountain getaway. The owners really paid attention to details, from the woodburning stoves, to well equipped kitchen, and all the furnishings and decorations in between. This location provided ample privacy but was also only 20-30 minutes from restaurants, breweries, and other conveniences. There were also a lot of great hiking locations. Highly recommend!

MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR OWN WOOD. The stoves are awesome, but you can’t enjoy them without wood! Other than that this was a great stay. The place was bright and spacious and the hot tub was a nice way to relax at the end of the day.

Tony’s home was amazing. It was peaceful, beautiful, and very homey. Tony was very responsive with everything we asked about and was quick to answer. He made sure we felt comfortable and everything was in order. The rules were easy to follow and they were neatly written out. No confusion whatsoever in terms of what not to do in the house, check in and check out.

We had such a wonderful stay here for a couples weekend away. The space was quiet, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for — a perfect place to relax and unplug. Everything was clean and well-appointed, and it felt really peaceful both inside and outside the home.

This is a beautiful and unique place to stay and make many fun memories or just to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet.
There are beautiful hiking trails nearby or you can drive to DC or Harper’s Ferry or Shepherdstown for the day. There is a spa nearby. We enjoyed our stay!

Overall good stay.
It was nice to do hot tub after our hike earlier in the day.
There was plenty of wood for the indoor and outdoor fireplaces.
The kitchen was well equipped.
The house needs a bit of TLC though. Blinds were missing to the windows facing the road. Stains to the walls. The house was not cleaned well with crumbs on the table and wood chips on the rug next to the fireplace.

First off, I want to say that I enjoyed my stay, and for what it is, it's a great option. That said, there is some room for improvement, particularly in the communications. The manager texts frequently to check in, yes, but is not great at actually responding to questions or concerns - for example, they offered late checkout for a fee, but never replied to my question asking how much that fee would be. Some of the lights by the hot tub were out, and while they responded when I let them know about this, they didn't do anything about it for the days I was there. Other questions or texts were clearly copy/pasted from the manual, and not always relevant (talking about snow in August) or accurate (referring to putting a key in the lockbox when you actually get in via an electric lock with a code). Overall, it doesn't inspire a lot of confidence in the management, but the cabin itself is lovely, comfortable, and convenient to nearby attractions like the state parks, and that's what I wanted.

We stayed here as we passed thru on our way home. The 5 children (ages 12-23)walked in and said, “great decision to stay here mom. We should have stayed here all week.” Loved the woodsy surroundings. Tony was VERY responsive and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Lots of kitchen supplies including spices. Would love to come back someday.

The hot tub had not been serviced when we arrived. The rim of the tub had a protein build-up & the filter was full of cigar wrappers. The neighbor’s house (to the left when entering the backyard) had no curtains or blinds drawn. Unfortunately, when the kids and I went outside to use the firepit & roast marshmallows-we got an eyeful of the neighbor standing naked in front of his French Doors. The ad for the resort/cabin also suggests that there is a clubhouse with access to the public pool on site. But upon arrival we were told “that our rental did not come with pool passes”

Overall, this stay was good! But a few things kept it from being great. This host is representative of their company, Blue Maple Rentals. With that being said, communication will be through automated messages and excerpts from the house manual. The house manual was decent, although the trash instructions were unclear. A link to thermostat instructions was broken, but they sent me over a new link once I requested it. You are very close to three neighbors. The water pressure is extremely low. Also, on the master bedroom porch, there is now a plastic dome with a couch and table inside instead of the pictured lounge chairs. I was disappointed as I would've liked to lie out on the chairs, and the outside of the dome was covered in dirt, pollen, and dust, making it a bit pointless in my opinion. The kitchen and living area are nice, but the TV is no longer on a movable stand as pictured/stated in the description. Overall, a good trip, just a few things were not clear along the way.

Beautiful place! Hot tub was warmed ahead of our arrival, which was great. Note that you have to take your trash and drive it to a dumpster after your stay, but that was the only thing that was at all inconvenient!

Easy access and arrival. Place looked like the photos, but some things listed in description were missing. The property was clean and everything functioned as expected. Responses were a bit slower than what I expect and prefer. We did lose power for several hours and had to spend extra money of our own to stay warm with the wood stove as firewood is not provided. I would recommend having a bundle or two on property for emergencies like not having power for electric heat. (Then the guest would have to burn more wood than expected, which is more money out their pocket). The area was peaceful and quiet.

Second time staying at one of Tony's properties, and second time LOVING the experience. This cabin was everything we were looking for in a holiday vacation! Plenty of space for everyone, just the right amount of seclusion (without being too far from anything), and the perfect amount of rustic feel with modern amenities. The wood stoves were so cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for cooking large family meals. And the common space made for plenty of room to create life-long family memories. We would completely recommend this cabin to anyone as well as Tony as a host!

Tony's cabin is a great getaway for a family or group of close friends. We loved having the open space for cooking and chatting and crafting, and the kitchen amenities were overall pretty good. 25 minutes from Berkeley Springs, it was nice to head into town for some activities and come back to our quiet retreat space. Love the hot tub and a hidden gem, the geodesic dome out back!

My soon to be husband and I have been looking for a get away where we could feel at peace and enjoy time together this was the perfect place for us. The hot tub and bathtub are to die for! They also had a beautiful fire pit outside and a cute little clear bubble dome with a couch in it 🥰 we will be back in the winter time for sure! The views are breathtaking and so much so that we sat in silence and watched the leaves fall snuggled up on the couch for a whole afternoon! The place was so clean and bed sheets were so so soft! The host was so fast to respond and we love the Airbnb so much we even booked an extra day. If you’re looking for a family getaway or just a romantic getaway away from the city this is the place to be. We will definitely have our future family vacations here! This Airbnb is also very kid friendly comes with kids plates and tons of boardgames . If you’re questioning if it’s worth it…. It 1000% is book it!!!!

This roundhouse is so unique and very comfortable for a party of 6-8. The surroundings are private enough though the house is part of a nice wooded development. The house was spotless and the first impressions were incredible. Tony is a responsive and thoughtful host, will definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb was the perfect getaway after a hectic year of moving and then getting married. It was so quiet and peaceful, extremely relaxing at a very reasonable price. The house is beautiful and cozy and the host made sure everything was explained and provided clear instructions. He also reached out to offer local recommendations and responded very quickly when I reached out at the end of our stay about a problem with the dishwasher. We would definitely come back and stay here again if we’re ever looking for a quiet weekend getaway again!

The location is not to bad but you are right on two neighbors. One of yhe neighbors had a toilet in their yard and we got to look at it from the deck where we wanted to relax. The string lights on the deck do not work neither do the Tiki torches. Tiki oil was out of season so we either had to have the super bright flood light on us or completely dark. Firewood cut up all over the place and stacked .... Had to bring our own firewood which was inconvenient. There is not a comfortable place to sit or lay down. The couch is hard and scratchy and the mattresses were horrible. My mother, sister, and I all slept like crap for 3 nights. So much maintenance needs to be done here I fixed as many screens as I could so we could open up the windows and get a nice breeze. It is very light in the house. It has to be light since the only thing giving you light is lamps in the house. Hot tub and grill worked fine. Done is probably beautiful in the winter. Also had to bring our own ice.

While the location and house were beautiful, my family ran into so many issues. First, the point of contact isn’t Tony. He texted me saying he was Tony, but when problems started happening and I called, it was a woman that didn’t speak English well and couldn’t understand our requests. First we arrived without a coffee machine which was an issue because it’s advertised. They did deliver one that night which I’m thankful for. Then, one of the bedrooms locked (BE CAREFUL THEY LOCK SO EASILY) when we called “tony” to where the key was, the woman could not understand what was happening to help us. I had to re-explain it to her 6 times but but it was no use. We ended up having to climb in the room through a window (which the screen was already off because clearly somebody else had this same issue yet it’s still not fixed). There was broken glass outside that my dog found. The check in was also delayed due to cleaning but that want an issue because we arrived a few hours late.

We stopped at Tony’s place for one night as we traveled through WV. It was a nice neighborhood, safe feeling and good for our kids and dog. While the exterior could’ve been cleaner, the interior was lovely with a spacious master bedroom and some toys/coloring books for the kids. The kitchen lacked some essentials but was functional. We enjoyed the mid century modern decor. The club pool looked fabulous and we would’ve enjoyed it had we arrived earlier. This is a beautiful part of WV and I would recommend this rental.

Loved the design and layout of this space. The hot tub was exactly what we needed after our hikes and the soaking tub in the master bath is fabulous. The outside dome is also super cool. Tony was quick to answer our questions and we enjoyed his recommendations. We do recommend hitting a grocery store before arrival, as there aren't any restaurants that are super close. And just a heads up that we found most restaurants in Berkley Springs to be closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, which caught us off guard, as in our area Mondays are the most common day.

Our stay was far too short for this gem! This home is quite unique, but so very lovely! We stopped here for a quick overnight on our trip from Clemson to CT after my daughter’s graduation. We were tired and hungry, so a quick bite at the club restaurant was perfect. We wound up playing Yahtzee using the giant dice Tony had with all of the games while watching the NHL playoffs. Couldn’t have felt more at home away from home. Tony was clear in all of his communication before I had any questions, and always responded quickly. I was addressed by name in every text, which may seem small, but being personable seems to be lost these days. Thank you Tony for sharing your home with us and your hospitality. We plan on coming back when we have more time!

From the day I booked our stay until this morning when we checked out, Tony was in communication with me. We were originally supposed to stay in another one of Tony's properties. 2 days before we were set to check in, he contacted me to let me know the hot tub was broken. We were disappointed because that was 1 of the main amenities we wanted. Tony graciously moved us to this property within an hour of contacting me. The house was spacious, clean, and well stocked(dishes, towels, utensils, etc.). The surroundings were beautiful! Would love to go back I the fall when the leaves are in full color.

We had a great quiet short getaway from DC, which is exactly what we were looking for. We especially loved the kitchen and the bathtub in the master bathroom. We were unfortunately rained in for our entire stay, so we were unable to enjoy the hot tub. We would definitely recommend this house to our friends.

The round house is unique! For a family of four and two small dogs it was a great space, however cleanliness was lacking. This doesn't ruin our get away of course but it does make it uncomfortable. We did communicate with Tony but as we were already there nothing could be done to fix this. We hope they will get their cleaning team up to par.

We had a fantastic 3-day stay - very close to great hiking trails (Sleepy Creek Wildlife Management Area, trailheads right in The Woods community), super duper duper quiet, HOT TUB so wonderful morning and night since it was chilly, with wonderful sky and woods views, huge main bedroom and bathroom, great decor and cabin design, nice board games and smart TV worked great. I could say more, but overall, we had a very relaxing time, went to the two closest local wineries that surprised us how much we liked them because not your typical winery, and had a wonderful dinner at Lot 12 Public House. Cabin had absolutely everything you could want for a comfortable get-away. We usually don't spend so much on cabins for our bi-annual get-aways, but we decided to splurge and are so glad we did. Only one minor thing was that we had difficulty understanding how to use thermostat and property manager was not helpful, but we eventually figured it out. And again, HOT TUB - what a treat.

We stayed at one of Tony's properties while doing our annual Christmas Tree pickup. It was a wonderful cabin in a beautiful community and super easy to get to. The cabin was just as good, if not better, than described and the level of professionalism was unmatched. Tony anticipated all our needs and provided several helpful resources, including a comprehensive guide to the area, in order to ensure our trip was the best it could be. From a communication perspective, Tony and team were very proactive in ensuring we had the proper information and then provided us with privacy.
The cabin is so warm and cozy, it was the ideal spot for a mountain getaway. The owners really paid attention to details, from the woodburning stoves, to well equipped kitchen, and all the furnishings and decorations in between. This location provided ample privacy but was also only 20-30 minutes from restaurants, breweries, and other conveniences. There were also a lot of great hiking locations. Highly recommend!

MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR OWN WOOD. The stoves are awesome, but you can't enjoy them without wood! Other than that this was a great stay. The place was bright and spacious and the hot tub was a nice way to relax at the end of the day.
