Pet Policy
We’re happy to welcome dogs to join you on your getaway! Please note that due to allergies, we’re unable to accommodate cats. A $29 pet fee applies per furry friend, per night to help cover additional cleaning and care. Thanks for understanding—we look forward to hosting you and your pup!
Longer Stays
For stays of 14 nights or longer, guests will be asked to e-sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. This agreement helps us comply with local requirements while protecting the property, and will be sent in advance for review.
Practical notes
- Wi‑Fi is provided, though the remote setting can make service slower or spotty; downloading content ahead of time is recommended
- The cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, but natural leaves or pollen may still be present, especially in certain seasons
