The Home
Sleeping arrangements
The King suite is located on the second floor of the inn and features a comfortable queen-size bed, a cozy sitting area, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Shared spaces and setting
This is an adults-only property. Common areas - including the entryway, parlor, wrap-around porch, and backyard - are shared with other guests of the inn. A sitting room with a fireplace provides an additional space to relax. From the property, views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the surrounding landscape are available.
Kitchen and dining
Guests have access to a kitchen for preparing their own meals. A microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker are also available.
Amenities and comforts
The suite includes air conditioning, heating, and portable fans. Wifi and a TV are available, along with board games. Bed linens, hangers, clothing storage, and a hair dryer are provided. Washer and dryer access is available in the building.
Outdoor
The property includes a patio or balcony with outdoor furniture, as well as a backyard and wrap-around porch. Complimentary bicycles are available to explore downtown Luray or the nearby Luray Greenway along Hawksbill Creek.
Longer stays
For stays of 14 nights or longer, guests will be asked to e-sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. This agreement helps comply with local requirements and will be sent in advance for review.
Parking and access
Free parking on premises is available. Please note that while the suite is private, the property itself is shared - guests are encouraged to be mindful of common areas and fellow visitors during their stay.
Please note: The Inn is heated and cooled using mini split systems, which are energy-efficient and help us maintain comfort without altering the structure of our historic building. The mini split in the shared guest space is set to 70°F for your comfort. If the area feels too warm or too cool, you're welcome to turn off the unit using the remote; however, we kindly ask that you return it to 70°F or turn it back on when you leave the space. Due to the limitations of a historic property, we also recommend bringing a personal fan for added comfort during the warmer months.
