The cabin is clean and easily found (in a neighborhood). There is a great screened in porch; check in is easy; the space is very clean; and the beds super comfy. It is bare-bones, especially for the price: You’ll need to supply shampoo/tea etc. There is a Keurig but you need to bring your own coffee-pods. While we had a fine time, the communications all seemed auto/AI generated~ very corporate, legalese, and many rules and surcharges. (We were told two hours before check in that it would be delayed, which is ironic since they stress how guests will be charged if they deviate at all from check out times ~holding guests to standards they themselves don’t always uphold). As hosts ourselves, we value the connections and person to person aspect of Airbnb: This is one of over 70 cabins that the company runs in WV. So it feels more like a hotel than a unique cabin, which may be what most people are looking for. But for us, we prefer the old fashioned way of hosting:)
