My family really enjoyed our stay. A last minute change in our trip caused us to need accommodations for one night. Not only was Tony responsive at 10pm he was very accommodating. We really appreciate Tony’s excellent customer service and flexibility. The home was nice and just how the pictured showed.

We had an amazing stay at this cozy cabin in Chincoteague! The location was perfect—just a short drive to the beach and local restaurants. The cabin itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen and comfy beds. We especially loved relaxing on the porch, listening to the sounds of nature in the evenings. The host was fantastic—super responsive and provided great local recommendations. We even saw some of the famous wild ponies nearby! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of Chincoteague. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

This was a great home close to town but was quiet and peaceful. Right on the creek. It made our stay just perfect! It had all the necessary amenities to make our stay easy and comfortable. Tony offered several recommendations that lived up to our expectations and then some. A unique place to visit with a lovely place to stay. Tony checked in every day to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again if/when we come back to Chincoteague.

Poorly working streaming and remote for smart TV ended up wasting over an hour on tech support, with inconsistent / gaslighting texts from the management company (“Tony”). That issue aside, the place was clean and convenient for a weekend getaway with the pups! Front Florida room with rocking chairs, and screened in back porch with lovely view, were particular plusses, as well as the dining room for meals.

As promised this listing delivered the space and amenities that I expected. Tony was very responsive to my request and answered immediately. It was a beautiful time of year to be in.Chincoteague and I enjoyed the short getaway. Thank you, Tony.

This was a really nice, quaint cottage with comfortable beds and a quiet location. Tony was a great communicator and helped us confidently enjoy our one-night stay. Will keep an eye out for Tony’s other properties if he has them near our future destinations.

This place was great, the only downside, is that if you bring pets, one side of the fence is open. Our dogs tried to go visit the neighbors a few times and we ended up having to put them on a leash when they needed to potty. Otherwise, this was a very nice weekend getaway and it was very reasonably priced especially with pets. We enjoyed our stay.

This airbnb was very cute, and unlike the previous review, the house was very clean when we arrived. Any previous issues with the master bath seem to have been fixed. However, it does seem like one of those airbnb’s that doesn’t budget sufficient time for cleaners and relies on guests communicating issues rather than proactively assessing them. (They seemed like they would have been responsive, but do I want to complain about there only being 3 spoons? not really?) When we arrived, the dishwasher was clean, but not emptied and there was a load on bedding still in the dryer that was “done” but still damp. The cleaners had left us a note apologizing (no critique of them), but given that everything else seemed well cleaned, and that we had been offered the option of checking in an hour early, my guess is that they were not paid or allocated enough time to stay long enough to deal with common issues like previous guests not running the dishwasher. Just an annoyance considering the price.

The house had 3 bedrooms, each with comfortable beds. The kitchen and breakfast nook were spacious and there were two tables which made it easy to play board games. The location is good and the ponies were fantastic to see.

I have never had a host who was more helpful than Tony. Place was great, and Tony was super responsive.

The cottage was spacious, clean and exactly what we needed! The description was accurate! We only stayed one night but we were very comfortable and we were able to enjoy each other’s company all together in one place. We prefer staying at a residence instead of a hotel. We paid less than if we had to get multiple rooms. We were able to cook and prepare for the next leg of our trip. Our host Tony was very responsive and kept us informed along the way. We were able to go put our toes in the ocean before leaving!

We loved our stay at this cottage in Chincoteague. The location was beautiful and peaceful and easily accessible to the whole island (though be aware that it’s not particularly walkable in the immediate area due to a lack of sidewalks). The house was spotless, and we had everything we needed. Tony was very proactive and responsive. We’ll absolutely be back next time we’re back in Chincoteague.

This house is a great spot for a weekend away. The host, Tony is very responsive and communication is great but we did have some issues that for the price of this place it wasn’t worth it. when we arrived to the island we got a text right at 4pm (check in time) saying the house was ready. We drove to the house and people were still there in the drive way (I’m assuming cleaners) and so we drove back and forth on the main road and they stayed there for another 5-10 mins in there cars before leaving. The sheets they provide don’t fit the beds. We got this place because of the fire pit in the pictures in the back yard. When we went out to go have a fire we saw the fire pit was rusted out and inoperable. I told tony it was unsafe to use and he was responsive right away but that rust is not a new thing. When we went to check out , Tony sent multiple messages reminding us that there would be a fee if we weren’t out by 10 am , but the fee changed with every text. We were confused by that.

This is a lovely cottage, set in a quiet residential area but a quick drive to town and the most beautiful beaches you could ask for. Tony was a kind and responsive host. Our party ranged in age from 11 to 90 and everyone had a wonderful visit. We would definitely stay here again…

Cute little house that worked perfectly for me, my husband, our son, and my father. Just the right size for us and very comfortable. An easy drive into town and over to Assateague Island. Just be sure to bring your bug spray and cortisone for the mosquitoes if you’re there in the summer. Tony was an extremely communicative host.

Tony was friendly, offered guidance on places to stay and provided multiple occasions to access the house manual. The location was close to drive to restaurants and beach. The place could use maintenance on the house and updates in amenities offered (multiple bathrooms were reduced to one, fire pit not useable, hand towels not offered, coffee bar with K-Cups but not Keurig , etc….) Expensive rental to not have access to second bathroom. Overall, convenient location that is dog friendly with an easy to use check-in/check-out process.

Amazing stay with our pups! So peaceful and quiet. The outside space was perfect for the pups to romp and frolic in. We had such a nice time and everything was just as we expected. We will definitely be coming back in the near future!

This place was great and Tony was a fantastic host. My girlfriend and I took a spontaneous trip and Tony was able to accommodate our last-minute reservation. Check-in was easy (he even offered the option to check in early!) and the house was easy to locate. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens were nice and soft. The amenities were impressive, though due to our length of stay (1 night), we did not take full advantage of them. This spot would be great for a family between the backyard, the sunroom, the back porch, and the large kitchen! We will be back for sure. Tony’s local recommendations were on point and made for a great experience.

Positive: It was on the Main street so we were in the middle of everything. Cottage was extremely spacious and clean. Negative: we had gotten fresh doughnuts for the morning they ended up covered in ants. The bathroom in master bedroom was unusable which we were not told in advance.

Tony was easy to communicate with, applies common sense about what’s needed for a good stay (not common in the area), and was very accommodating.

We had a lovely stay at Tony’s house for a quick weekend getaway. The place was very clean and it was nice and quiet. The master bathroom was inoperable, however, Tony apologized for the inconvenience and let us know the shower was under repair. He was very quick to respond to messages and was proactive with instructions and provided local recommendations. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay on the island.

Clean and cozy and a perfect location. Wish we could have stayed longer. It’s a great value too! Future guests should note that you must make the beds upon arrival. Upon departure you must take out the trash and clean and return all dishes to their original location.

Tony was such a great host, very responsive and easily reachable! My dog and I stayed just us and as a young woman it’s always important to feel safe staying alone. I felt right at home and very secure at Tony’s. The backyard was beautiful with the view of the creek, and the front yard had a nice view as well. Great location, I’m sure it would be even better in the warmer months.

The house worked very well for my husband and I and our two adult children. Plenty of space to spread out, find a quiet spot, or gather to play a game. And convenient to the wildlife refuge for our birding expeditions. Tony was very responsive, checking in with us to make sure everything was OK, which it was. Great place in a beautiful area. A little removed from the busy part of the downtown. Very quiet at nighttime, although maybe in the summer with more visitors around it might be noisier. Extremely clean and comfortable, would love to stay at a time where it was warm enough to enjoy all the outdoor areas.

We had a wonderful time here! House was beautiful, enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard. Back and front yard are perfect for star gazing. It was an easy and relaxing vacation, and I did not have to think about anything. Tony was very communicative and my first air bnb experience was awesome. I will definitely be booking with him again… hopefully in the near future!

The place was great! Clean and just like the pictures. The location is close to everything and made it really easy to get around! Unfortunately due to the swarms of mosquitos we were unable to use the backyard but still enjoyed the screened in porch in front!

Beautiful home, much larger than expected, met our needs for the weekend and only a short ride to all the festivities. My ONLY complaint would be the mosquitoes, which they included in the welcome guide from the begining so we knew what we were getting ourselves into. They will get in against all efforts. I think investing in a couple large bug lanturns would be a great idea for the front and back of the house. other than that, the stay was lovely and we’ll definitely have this home in mind next time we’re in Chincoteague 🙂

I came down to Chincoteage for the night with my sister and am so grateful Tony’s cottage was available. Throughout the entire process Tony was extremely responsive and took initiative to make sure instructions were clear to make our stay as simple and comfortable as possible. This is a very sweet place. There are modern updates and still some old town charm. The location is away from the center of town and nice and quiet. The house is well equipped, with sheets, towels, and kitchen essentials. The host Tony was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend this lovely little house.

This is a lovely spot and my family, including three children, had a wonderful time. It’s clean, quiet, attractive, and a little off the beaten path but still close to town and – best of all – a 15-20 minute drive to amazing beaches. Great, quiet location near the heart of Chincoteague Island. All restaurants/shops were within a 5-10 minute drive and the beach about a 20 minute drive. The house is clean and provided adequate room for 6 adults and 1 infant. Tony was very responsive from the time of booking until check-out.

Tony is a great host. He checked in with us several times during our stay. He also created a nice manual and left notes around the house so we were not left wondering where things are or how to work different appliances. The property is also great. About a 10 minute bike ride from restaurants and stores on Maddox. In a quiet location with a lot of space. Great kitchen and outdoor living spaces.

Tony’s place was great for a girls trip to Chincateague Island. Everything was exactly as described and the place was very clean. Tony was a excellent communicator and made sure we were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, an adorable home in a great location on a beautiful island. Heads up that the mosquitos are terrible on the island and were a problem in the house. We got lit up pretty bad with bug bites at this location.

Tony’s place really has it all. It’s so close to the downtown area with shops and restaurants but far enough way from it all so Thayer you aren’t kept up by traffic noise. The cottage itself is so spacious! There’s a great little sunroom out front that offers great views of sunsets. There’s also a lovely fenced in back yard, great for pets, that overlooks the creek. I definitely recommend staying with Tony. Also, I am a solo, female traveler and felt very safe here.

This place is a good value for a large family or as a multi family vacation destination. Everything was clean and thoughtfully equipped.

Great little cottage style rental. They supply most everything that you need. Both a little front porch and back porch and a little bit of creek right in the back yard. Marsh and wildlife to enjoy walking right out the door. Close to everything, but a nice quiet area. Hosts were great communicators. Just a very short drive down the road for public access to the water. Plus we were able to bring our dogs which is a huge win for us. Enjoyed our short stay!

Stay here. It’s cozy, peaceful, spotlessly tidy, and close to everything—the perfect home base from which to explore the island. The kitchen has a wonderful nook where our family played games after a day of exploring the seashore and the town. The host was very responsive and all the instructions were clear. Would love to return to this spot soon.

If anyone is looking for a great affordable little shore house to rent. You should definitely reach out to Tony. He is very organized and up front about everything. The place is clean and has that classic Beach house to it. I would most definitely book again and would recommend it to anyone who is interested.

Everything was great. It was clean and well-stocked with kitchen items, towels and linens. We felt at home. My favorite part of the house is the back porch with a nice view and accommodating kitchen table. The backyard was quaint, and the host Tony was very attentive. We will likely return. We love visiting Chincoteague Island and the surrounding areas.

Tony’s cottage was super cozy and in a great location. Tony was a great host and offered some amazing local restaurants (Amarin Coffee House and Ropewalk Restaurant were both a hit)! We visited during off season but we were still able to visit Chincoteague and see the wild horses. We would def consider renting again!
