The River View cabin is just one of Tony’s cabins. It was wonderful hanging out and enjoying the hot tub, fire pit, and the room itself. It’s cozy, peaceful, and has everything necessary for a country stay. It’s in an isolated area but still close enough to many grocery stores and restaurants that all you may need you can easily get. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a tiny house type experience with a cabin vibe in a small, secluded area of Virginia.

Tony is an awesome host. Its nice to getaway sometimes coming from DC clutter. He was very responsive, and really was just attentive. Only thing to note was the bit of stains on the pull out mattress. Other than that. Everything was spectacular. We will definitely come back again. Thank you so much.

The cabin was in a beautiful location, right on the river and in the mountains. Everything was very clean and the hot tub was hot when we arrived! Unfortunately, the pull out couch/bed was uncomfortable and we left after one night. I would highly recommend bringing an air mattress to place on top. Tony was great, very nice and responsive, as well as proactive. It was easy to check in and get to the cabin itself. There are two other small cabins and one larger cabin on the property but the other guests were quiet and it didn’t disrupt us.

The place is beautiful and very scenic! There were plenty of amenities to try out, and it’s close to Luray and Front Royal. The tiny home itself is quirky, which I enjoyed a lot.
I took off a star for cleanliness—there were stains on the throw pillow and blanket. Tony was very responsive to my concerns and took care of the issues. Another issue was the bugs; since I visited in the fall, there were quite a few spiders inside. I don’t mind them and caught a few to release outside, but for anyone with a fear of spiders, this could be a concern. There were also a few dead bugs splattered on the windows, bathroom, and shades.
Overall, I’d visit again, but maybe in late November when most of the bugs and critters are gone. 🤷♂️

My Husband and I went to ‘The River View’ for a very brief weekend getaway, and I must say it was certainly a trip we will cherish together forever. From the area itself, to the scenic routes along the way, this stay is all and very much more than as described. This location was simply a home away from home and we truly look forward to spending time together here once again. This Airbnb is cute and unique. The property is beautiful and the amenities overall were nice. The bed was very uncomfortable unfortunately I don’t think I could stay more than one night with the mattress provided. I was looking forward to kayaking but it’s a tricky area to go down and up with the kayak itself and the current is pretty fast.
The outdoor space was super nice we definitely enjoyed the jacuzzi and views

Loved this little air b n b and the idea of this home! Small so definitely recommend for 2 or less people. Shower head didn’t work the best but got the job done. I loved waking up to the views and relaxing in the hot tub with my book. I’ve had this spot saved for about a year I’m glad I chose to try it out! Cute spot!

This place was amazing. There are beautiful views of the river and we made good use of the hot tub and kayak. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to disconnect and unwind. Plus lots of stuff to do in Luray which is only 15 minutes away as well as the skyline drive which is only 20 minutes away. Breathtaking views that we’ll never forget.

Great, much needed getaway at the River View Tiny Home. Just as described – we were able to relax and had an awesome time. The hot tub, river access with kayak, beautiful deck with lounge chairs, fire pit and grill made for a perfect two day getaway. We were fortunate enough not to have anyone else staying at the adjacent tiny homes so it was peaceful, quiet and private. Tony was super responsive and helpful – a phenomenal host!
Even though it had been cleaned, a few areas seemed to have been missed. Not a deal breaker by any means and didn’t detract from the great weekend we had, but a little attention to detail would make this place that much better!

Loved the River excellent experience overall, private enough to enjoy yourself without disturbing anyone or have anyone disturb you, very comfortable , time just flies by at this place a lot to do without leaving the grounds.
Negative:
Having a canoe available would have definitely made the experience better, the pricing was good for the location but it is quite a small space to stay. Made it work tho.

A beautiful spot on the river. I will definitely be coming back and we appreciated the access to the fire pit, hot tub, and especially the kayak! I made some core memories with my daughter floating down the river 💗. Of note, the tiny home was beautiful and spotless and the hot tub was clean and felt amazing after a long day of hiking! The only negatives were the late check in time (for $35 extra you can check in earlier) and the bed was quite uncomfortable but for a single night it was no big deal, just make sure you pack enough alcohol to enibriate yourself to sleep lol.

We had a great stay here! The property was beautiful and the tiny home was so cute. We could see the river from our porch; we had a great view. Check-in was easy and everything was clean. It is obviously small but there are some storage options and the bathroom was bigger than I expected. We loved the fire pit and the hot tub. The string lights by the hot tub were a nice touch. The Wi-Fi worked great. There is a Walmart about 20 min away if you need anything.
The bed was not very comfy but we expected this and brought an air mattress. Highly recommend bringing an air mattress or mattress topper if you’re able to! It was also very buggy at night. I would suggest leaving lights off whenever possible and bring bug spray and citronella.
Overall we had a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place.

Location and host attention were awesome. There are some improvements that can make the stay really comfortable. The mattress is thin so it gave us back and headache , but also really noisy. We were asked to wash our dishes before leaving (I personally do the most of the time) but when we arrived they were not properly washed, so make sure everything is clean when you arrived. Bed sheets were not queen size so they were a little tricky to put in the bed. We loved the location, very private even the other tiny houses were close by.

I enjoyed staying at the river view cabin. It looked just like the pictures. I agree with another comment about how cold it gets at night but I ask Tony for more blankets and received them promptly. I did not have signal and had to message Tony through the Airbnb app but had no problems reaching him. There were a few cracked dishes and some food crumbs in the refrigerator but over all a great stay. It was confortable and well organized with a detailed guide to help your stay be more smooth I will be back!

Creek, fire pit, grill and hot tub were all great as advertised. The home does get really cold at night, was not prepared for that. Maybe extra blankets and better instructions on keeping it warm would be helpful. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this stay. Thanks for sharing your area with us!

Just got back from a stay at the tiny home on the river- and it was freaking awesome. Me and my girlfriend went two nights and 1.5 days, a super quick trip to celebrate my birthday and we picked the perfect place.
The tiny home itself was clean, decorated beautifully, and utilized the space wonderfully. Hot water was insanely impressive, the towels and linens were pristine, and everything was cozy.
The hot tub was awesome, and the view was superb. The available amenities (kayaks, access to water, hot tub, firepit, lounge chairs) kept us busy for the time that we were there, and honestly we just couldn’t stop staring at how beautiful everything was. We cooked almost every meal on a cast iron skillet over the fire, and it felt like glamping to the max.
Would definitely return, and recommend anyone else to do the same!!

The cabin is exactly as listed/pictured. One review said the heating wasn’t adequate but we were there in absolutely BITTER cold weather and we were nice and toasty the whole weekend. The hot tub was perfect: ready to go and super easy to use. The bed is a sofa bed, about average comfort level for one of those, but it makes the small space flexible. Tony & co. were extremely responsive.

Has now become my favorite host. My wife and I went on a little new years honeymoon night and stayed at this little tiny home on the river and it was so beautiful and peaceful. The hot tub was great, and the views were to die for. It is the perfect version of “glamping” and I would 10/10 recommended staying here and with this host. They were very informative and responsive, super kind! The only issues we encountered was that the cabin was very cold despite the HVAC system but its probably a lot better in the warmer months, and I would recommend not arriving right at check in so that you are still in an area with service to get the check in code (which we should’ve guessed, it is a secluded cabin). Overall one of the best little vacations I’ve ever had and would love to come back when it’s warmer 🙂

River View is a great tiny home with general basic needs to enjoy your time there. Absolutely loved the picture window and stargazing from the hot tub. The space will be even better once the trees grow and provide more privacy/section off each house. Tony was a proactive and incredibly responsive host. Would love to visit again in warmer months!

Beautiful view of the river and good space. It was a nice cabin with everything we needed. Was a little cold overnight even though we turned on the heater but it was manageable. Wasn’t as clean as I desired with some surfaces and windows with marks but not too bad. We had a great time with lots of fun with the fire-pit.

Modern, clean, and surrounded by all of nature’s beauty. I highly recommend a visit in late fall/winter. Light a fire, sit back, and gaze at the stars. Very much enjoyed the property and its amenities. My only critic is the hot tub is a little heavy with chlorine, and the sofa bed is, well, a sofa bed. Even still, it was a memorable stay and much needed respite from the city.

We wanted a cozy place to stay for my birthday after hiking for the day. Tony’s Airbnb was exactly what I wanted. Relaxing, peaceful, beautiful, simple, intimate, and even saw a bald eagle flying around on the river. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

It was very relaxing to be right by the river and to be able see it from the fire place and hot tub! There was everything you needed for the stay. Had a wonderful summer stay here for two nights. The tiny home was super modern, well done, and clean – it is made from a shipping container with two sides cut out for full height windows that look out over the Shenandoah. There was a large deck with a table, chairs, loungers, and a gas grill that also looks right over the river. The site is beautiful with a fire-pit, beautiful landscaping and steps down to a small beach at the river. Much better than the photos show! I plan to come back next time I have some time to myself.

Had a great stay at Tony’s river view tiny home. Location is conveniently close to one of the Shenandoah entrances. The home itself was clean and Tony was a great communicator. A house guide sent ahead of time had everything you needed to know. I enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit, but the river was flowing too fast from all the rain which made swimming or kayaking unsafe. Be prepared for bugs which can’t be helped this time of year.

We enjoyed our one night stay here! The hot tub was small but perfect for two ppl, sleeping arrangements adequate and clean but not super comfortable, but the view was lovely and peaceful. There is only one single kayak and one double canoe so if the other cabins were using the gear – it would be limited. You can see and hear the ppl in the nearby cabins but not to the extent that it would disturb your stay. Definitely an enjoyable place – perhaps a bit pricy for the actual experience? The host texted reminders frequently, both of ground rules and check out instructions and was available via text for questions.

Unfortunately, the pull out couch/bed was uncomfortable and we left after one night. I would highly recommend bringing an air mattress to place on top. Tony was great, very nice and responsive, as well as proactive. It was easy to check in and get to the cabin itself. There are two other small cabins and one larger cabin on the property but the other guests were quiet and it didn't disrupt us.

The place is beautiful and very scenic! There were plenty of amenities to try out, and it’s close to Luray and Front Royal. The tiny home itself is quirky, which I enjoyed a lot.
I took off a star for cleanliness—there were stains on the throw pillow and blanket. Tony was very responsive to my concerns and took care of the issues. Another issue was the bugs; since I visited in the fall, there were quite a few spiders inside. I don’t mind them and caught a few to release outside, but for anyone with a fear of spiders, this could be a concern. There were also a few dead bugs splattered on the windows, bathroom, and shades.
Overall, I’d visit again, but maybe in late November when most of the bugs and critters are gone. 🤷♂️

My Husband and I went to ‘The River View’ for a very brief weekend getaway, and I must say it was certainly a trip we will cherish together forever. This Airbnb is cute and unique. The property is beautiful and the amenities overall were nice. The bed was very uncomfortable unfortunately I don’t think I could stay more than one night with the mattress provided. I was looking forward to kayaking but it’s a tricky area to go down and up with the kayak itself and the current is pretty fast.
The outdoor space was super nice we definitely enjoyed the jacuzzi and views

Loved this little air b n b and the idea of this home! Small so definitely recommend for 2 or less people. Shower head didn’t work the best but got the job done. I loved waking up to the views and relaxing in the hot tub with my book. I’ve had this spot saved for about a year I’m glad I chose to try it out! Cute spot!

This place was amazing. There are beautiful views of the river and we made good use of the hot tub and kayak. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to disconnect and unwind. Plus lots of stuff to do in Luray which is only 15 minutes away as well as the skyline drive which is only 20 minutes away. Breathtaking views that we’ll never forget.

Great, much needed getaway at the River View Tiny Home. Just as described - we were able to relax and had an awesome time. The hot tub, river access with kayak, beautiful deck with lounge chairs, fire pit and grill made for a perfect two day getaway. We were fortunate enough not to have anyone else staying at the adjacent tiny homes so it was peaceful, quiet and private. Tony was super responsive and helpful - a phenomenal host!
Even though it had been cleaned, a few areas seemed to have been missed. Not a deal breaker by any means and didn’t detract from the great weekend we had, but a little attention to detail would make this place that much better!

Loved the River excellent experience overall, private enough to enjoy yourself without disturbing anyone or have anyone disturb you, very comfortable , time just flies by at this place a lot to do without leaving the grounds.
Negative:
Having a canoe available would have definitely made the experience better, the pricing was good for the location but it is quite a small space to stay. Made it work tho.

A beautiful spot on the river. I will definitely be coming back and we appreciated the access to the fire pit, hot tub, and especially the kayak! I made some core memories with my daughter floating down the river 💗. Of note, the tiny home was beautiful and spotless and the hot tub was clean and felt amazing after a long day of hiking! The only negatives were the late check in time (for $35 extra you can check in earlier) and the bed was quite uncomfortable but for a single night it was no big deal, just make sure you pack enough alcohol to enibriate yourself to sleep lol.

We had a great stay here! The property was beautiful and the tiny home was so cute. We could see the river from our porch; we had a great view. Check-in was easy and everything was clean. It is obviously small but there are some storage options and the bathroom was bigger than I expected. We loved the fire pit and the hot tub. The string lights by the hot tub were a nice touch. The Wi-Fi worked great. There is a Walmart about 20 min away if you need anything.
The bed was not very comfy but we expected this and brought an air mattress. Highly recommend bringing an air mattress or mattress topper if you’re able to! It was also very buggy at night. I would suggest leaving lights off whenever possible and bring bug spray and citronella.
Overall we had a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place.

Location and host attention were awesome. There are some improvements that can make the stay really comfortable. The mattress is thin so it gave us back and headache , but also really noisy. We were asked to wash our dishes before leaving (I personally do the most of the time) but when we arrived they were not properly washed, so make sure everything is clean when you arrived. Bed sheets were not queen size so they were a little tricky to put in the bed. We loved the location, very private even the other tiny houses were close by.

I enjoyed staying at the river view cabin. It looked just like the pictures. I agree with another comment about how cold it gets at night but I ask Tony for more blankets and received them promptly. I did not have signal and had to message Tony through the Airbnb app but had no problems reaching him. There were a few cracked dishes and some food crumbs in the refrigerator but over all a great stay. It was confortable and well organized with a detailed guide to help your stay be more smooth I will be back!

Creek, fire pit, grill and hot tub were all great as advertised. The home does get really cold at night, was not prepared for that. Just got back from a stay at the tiny home on the river- and it was freaking awesome. Me and my girlfriend went two nights and 1.5 days, a super quick trip to celebrate my birthday and we picked the perfect place.
The tiny home itself was clean, decorated beautifully, and utilized the space wonderfully. Hot water was insanely impressive, the towels and linens were pristine, and everything was cozy.
The hot tub was awesome, and the view was superb. The available amenities (kayaks, access to water, hot tub, firepit, lounge chairs) kept us busy for the time that we were there, and honestly we just couldn't stop staring at how beautiful everything was. We cooked almost every meal on a cast iron skillet over the fire, and it felt like glamping to the max.
Would definitely return, and recommend anyone else to do the same!!

The cabin is exactly as listed/pictured. One review said the heating wasn’t adequate but we were there in absolutely BITTER cold weather and we were nice and toasty the whole weekend. The hot tub was perfect: ready to go and super easy to use. The bed is a sofa bed, about average comfort level for one of those, but it makes the small space flexible. Tony & co. were extremely responsive.

Has now become my favorite host. My wife and I went on a little new years honeymoon night and stayed at this little tiny home on the river and it was so beautiful and peaceful. The hot tub was great, and the views were to die for. It is the perfect version of “glamping” and I would 10/10 recommended staying here and with this host. They were very informative and responsive, super kind! The only issues we encountered was that the cabin was very cold despite the HVAC system but its probably a lot better in the warmer months, and I would recommend not arriving right at check in so that you are still in an area with service to get the check in code (which we should’ve guessed, it is a secluded cabin). Overall one of the best little vacations I’ve ever had and would love to come back when it’s warmer 🙂

River View is a great tiny home with general basic needs to enjoy your time there. Absolutely loved the picture window and stargazing from the hot tub. Modern, clean, and surrounded by all of nature’s beauty. I highly recommend a visit in late fall/winter. Light a fire, sit back, and gaze at the stars. Very much enjoyed the property and its amenities. My only critic is the hot tub is a little heavy with chlorine, and the sofa bed is, well, a sofa bed. Even still, it was a memorable stay and much needed respite from the city.

We wanted a cozy place to stay for my birthday after hiking for the day. Tony’s Airbnb was exactly what I wanted. Relaxing, peaceful, beautiful, simple, intimate, and even saw a bald eagle flying around on the river. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The place was an amazing getaway for our 1 year anniversary! My partner was blown away with the surprise. It was very relaxing to be right by the river and to be able see it from the fire place and hot tub! There was everything you needed for the stay. Had a wonderful summer stay here for two nights. The tiny home was super modern, well done, and clean - it is made from a shipping container with two sides cut out for full height windows that look out over the Shenandoah. There was a large deck with a table, chairs, loungers, and a gas grill that also looks right over the river. The site is beautiful with a fire-pit, beautiful landscaping and steps down to a small beach at the river. Much better than the photos show! I plan to come back next time I have some time to myself.

Had a great stay at Tony’s river view tiny home. Location is conveniently close to one of the Shenandoah entrances. The home itself was clean and Tony was a great communicator. A house guide sent ahead of time had everything you needed to know. I enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit, but the river was flowing too fast from all the rain which made swimming or kayaking unsafe. Be prepared for bugs which can’t be helped this time of year.

We enjoyed our one night stay here! The hot tub was small but perfect for two ppl, sleeping arrangements adequate and clean but not super comfortable, but the view was lovely and peaceful. There is only one single kayak and one double canoe so if the other cabins were using the gear - it would be limited. You can see and hear the ppl in the nearby cabins but not to the extent that it would disturb your stay. Definitely an enjoyable place - perhaps a bit pricy for the actual experience? The host texted reminders frequently, both of ground rules and check out instructions and was available via text for questions.
