I stayed a few days at Tony’s cabin looking for a special time with God and to disconnect from everything, and it was exactly what I needed. The place is just as shown in the photos: cozy, peaceful, and surrounded by nature.
The landscapes are beautiful, the sunrises are spectacular, and enjoying the fire pit was very special. Without a doubt, the highlight was relaxing in the jacuzzi at night under the stars.
The kitchen was clean and well-equipped, which made the stay even more comfortable. The only minor downside was a few small insects, which is completely normal in a forest setting.
I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back.

Tony was very responsive and provided detailed check-in/out instructions which answered all questions of what to do, where to go, house rules, etc. The chalet was a perfect size and location for a quiet weekend get away at literally the top of a mountain. Plenty of hiking to do in the surrounding areas. I would very much stay at this location again and highly recommend it!

I stayed a few days at Tony’s cabin looking for a special time with God and to disconnect from everything, and it was exactly what I needed. The place is just as shown in the photos: cozy, peaceful, and surrounded by nature.
The landscapes are beautiful, the sunrises are spectacular, and enjoying the fire pit was very special. Without a doubt, the highlight was relaxing in the jacuzzi at night under the stars.
The kitchen was clean and well-equipped, which made the stay even more comfortable. The only minor downside was a few small insects, which is completely normal in a forest setting.
I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back.

Tony’s cabin was the perfect cabin to stay in! The view from the deck was spectacular and it was so peaceful! The cabin had all the amenities anyone would need inside & out. Tony was also a great host and was very responsive to any questions I had! I would definitely stay here again!

The cabin is awesome. Was perfect for my wife, two kids, and our chocolate lab. The view is absolutely amazing. The road to get there is steep and pretty rough – but that’s the point! The kids loved the adventure of off roading in the Land Cruiser. The house is just the right size – not a tiny home yet not too big. The view when waking up in bed and looking out across the valley was one I will never forget. The hot tub was clean and very warm. Overall, the house was an amazing cabin and very private. Had an amazing time!

The view from this cabin is unmatched. A little difficult to find but Tony left us clear instructions on what to expect. We had a great time looking out at the mountains and cooking our favorite meals. Would definitely recommend this place. Hot tub is just an added bonus. Tony is a great host and was very accomidating to us.

Beautiful view and setting – the photos are absolutely accurate.
The cleaning service might need some help – kitchen counters and fridge shelves had debris and crumbs from previous guests.
Some broken items – kitchen trash can, living room floor lamp, and inoperable bathroom door lock. None do these ruined my stay, but I’d think twice before booking again unless these are fixed.
Occasional sewage odor emitting from either bathroom sink drain or outdoor water/sewage tank – could never figure out where it was coming from.
Some renters might benefit from knowing that the road up the mountain will be extremely challenging for some cars or for some people who aren’t very adventurous… Road is unpaved and often only dirt and is only a very very tight single lane.
Tony was very responsive to messages and proactively engaged with helpful tips, reminders, and check-ins during stay.

This cabin was the PERFECT getaway for me and my boyfriend! The sunset from the deck was absolutely stunning and the hot tub was just what our muscles needed after a day of hiking. It was so cozy and peaceful. We only stayed one night but have our plans to come back in the works!

Truly an escape from the hustle and bustle! The view is absolutely breathtakingly. Could definitely be a piece of Heaven on Earth. It’s a place to easily unplug, yet still be connected. We did not venture anywhere during our stay. Though Tony was proactive in suggesting things to do and places to eat. Tony was very accommodating and kept checking in with us, which we believe was thoughtful considering there wasn’t a neighbor in sight. Thanks again Tony for sharing your peaceful spot, definitely a place we’ll remember when we need to escape.

AMAZING! The view of the mountains was incredible. This place lived up to its reputation. It provided everything you needed to cook, whether you preferred using the stove or grilling outdoors. You will not want to leave this place. The peaceful atmosphere, along with the beautiful views and only sounds of nature, makes for a wonderful getaway from city life and work. We decided to take a trip to Trout Pond listed on the manual. It was beautiful and beyond our expectations. Tony was very responsive. A great host! We will definitely be going back.

Tony, the Host, was very friendly and responsive. The location was beautiful and clean. I would have given an overall 5 star rating, but Tony was mechanically unfamiliar with this location which really surprised me, as he had to keep reaching out to his maintain worker for assistance. We had some unexpected mechanical mishaps occur, which I was able to either figure out on my own or work with Tony’s maintenance worker over the phone. For example, the oven in the kitchen wasn’t working, so I had to replace the propane tank in the back of the house, luckily I brought my tools because the maintenance said he wasn’t coming. Also lost water to the home – worked with maintenance worker and went into crawl space to fix the problem. Also, some of the language in the House Manual was inaccurate. For example, it said we had 2 bathrooms when we only had 1 bathroom, and it said there would be 2 garbage cans on the top of the driveway and there weren’t any at all.

Beautiful views, quiet, clean, and had everything we needed. Plenty of good quality towels, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, etc. Enjoyed looking at the stars from the hot tub.

Great weekend getaway spot! The location is super quiet and feels very private which is exactly what we were looking for. The gravel road up to the cabin was really neat and fun to drive on. The view from the house is amazing, you can see for miles on miles! This cabin has everything you need and nothing you don’t need.

My boyfriend and I stayed a few nights at Tony’s chalet for a quiet, romantic getaway. The cabin was tucked away in the mountains offering majestic views. There are things to do nearby but you won’t want to leave the cabin, especially if you’re looking to get away from it all. Additionally, Tony was very responsive; he addressed all of my questions and concerns promptly. 10/10 would recommend this place for any guest!

Beautiful little cabin with an awesome view! My wife and I stayed here for a week and loved every second of it! Lots of bugs got in, but if you don’t mind that, it’s a great experience. Tony was very responsive and helpful as well.

Spectacular view, as described, private, clean. Note: the ~2mile access road is a bit rough, and narrow, consisting of gravel and dirt and some steep sections. We had no problems whatsoever w/ our 4×4 SUV, this is just for awareness. The house is at the end of the road, with (currently) only one small new A-frame home being built past that. There is only one nearby neighbor, and the land around this home is very, very quiet and peaceful, perfect for cooking, grilling, and enjoying the hot tub under the dark WV skies. Bring all your provisions, or pick them up on the way, so that once you arrive on your first night you don’t have to go back out. Highly recommended if you want to “get away from it all”, and you enjoy being somewhat remote, but with amenities!

This was a wonderful spot! Tony was perhaps the most responsive Airbnb host we’ve ever had. He sent extensive guides with everything you’d possibly need to know and immediately answered if we had any questions. We absolutely LOVED the space and would return! Perfect for a mountainous get away 🙂

We loved our stay. We went mid October and the leaves were absolutely beautiful, the views are just amazing! The house was very clean and very comfortable. The drive is a little bit sketchy with a two wheel drive vehicle, it is at the very top of a mountain, but we made it there fine and it was definitely worth it! Thanks Tony!

It’s a great size for a couple with a small child or maybe a dog. We brought our dog and he loved it. The gravel road up to the cabin is a bit tricky in spots, especially if you have a small sedan. The last kick up to the cabin has some loose gravel that can be a challenge on smaller cars but that’s the only issue really. The hot tub is great, the cabin is clean and there is a lot of outdoor space. The host was responsive and the kitchen has all the essentials. Be sure to use the grill and sit outside as much as you can. The sunrise is second to none if you wake up in time.

We had a wonderful time at Tony’s home! The view was what sold us and it was just as beautiful in person. The hot tub was a dream. Very quiet and remote. The road going up to the house is not paved and the driveway is short, but steep. It did not take away from our stay in the slightest, we still had an absolutely wonderful time but I wanted to note that for future guests.

Staying at Tony’s place was a great experience. The views from the property were amazing at all times of the day! It was a great location, plenty of things you need nearby, but you won’t even want to leave the property. Relaxing in the hot tub or sitting by the fire pit after a day out was such a nice way to wind down. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The cabin was a perfect getaway from the city. Beautiful views and being on a dead-end, there was no traffic in front of the house. With 90-degree temperatures, ac kept the place cool. Only suggestions would be to provide an umbrella- there is no shade on the deck and maybe some comfy lounge chairs on the deck.

Beautiful private cabin on a hilltop. There was a beautiful view. Being pretty secluded this place provided all of the amenities needed in order to stay in & have a relaxing time. The hot tub was relaxing & the fire pit was a great touch.

We never stayed because the host canceled after check-in time, while we were just 30 minutes away and 5 hours from home with our dog. Apparently the water pump had failed, but instead of calling or offering help to find somewhere to stay, the host sent a text, would not answer phone calls and offered no solution, no apology, no support. All communication had been moved off Airbnb, including an additional rental agreement and texts about add-on fees for early check-in/late check-out, which made it harder to get help. Airbnb couldn’t assist right away since the host hadn’t officially canceled in the app. We had no choice but to turn around and drive home late at night. Emergencies happen, but this was handled with zero professionalism or care. The host showed no concern for our situation, made no effort to make things right, and left us completely stranded. It ruined our trip and cost us time and money. I would strongly caution others against booking with this property manager.

Beautiful private cabin on a hilltop. There was a beautiful view. Being pretty secluded this place provided all of the amenities needed in order to stay in & have a relaxing time. The hot tub was relaxing & the fire pit was a great touch.
