We completely enjoyed our stay – although close to town it seemed like we were out in the woods. It was totally quiet at night.
Extra nice was the hot tub, having a washer / dryer, lots of dishes and the comfy beds.
Driveway is the biggest drawback, very narrow and hard to back out of.
Overall, it was so nice that we plan on returning in the spring!

We had a great time and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Tony contacted us several times to make sure all was well and was ready to address any concerns we had. The house was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. There were some issues that will be addressed with continued remodeling but nothing that would deter from renting the house again. Suggestion: twinkle lights under the deck would be a nice touch.

We enjoyed our stay. Our only complains were the dishwasher was smelly and unclean- We kept it shut the entire stay. The upstairs was cooled with ac, but the downstairs definitely needed a fan in the evening. Other than that, we loved the campfire and hot tub!

Area is beautiful! Cozy airbnb, had 9 adults and 2 children in my group and we all had space. Host instructions were clear and concise, Tony was very responsive and gave great recommendations. Some minor things needed repairs such as the deck had a loose plank sticking up, so be careful walking. Other items needed minor repairs but all good. Other than that had a memorable weekend with friends around the fire at night, explored the area and small town. I would definitely recommend this spot due to location and coziness.

Cute place very close to local spots! Huge place, but lacking the ability to close/lock bathrooms and bedrooms. Great value for how big, but wish it was cleaner for $109 cleaning fee! Both bathrooms had hair/mold in showers, upstairs toilet had not been cleaned. DO NOT OPEN Dishwasher! Moldy as all get out! Handprints on tv/windows. Grill was OK, but no way to light the firepit which looks adorable in photos, but is on a severe slope. A couple of hours of TLC on this property would go a long way. Be careful of wayward nails, there are some between the doorways and lights switches.
Postives: Loved the space/kitchen to entertain with family. Relatively private with only a couple neighboring properties. beautiful foliage/view from both firepit/deck. Grill worked like a charm and we had a visit from a doe. Hot tub was emaculate and well maintained. 3 mins away from downtown Berkeley Springs and a beautiful graveyard. Mattresses were to die for!

Positive:
I liked that the hot tub maintained a warm temperature while in use.
I liked the wide bed and comfortable bedding. The host checked various situations and responded quickly to questions. fast internet and It was also nice to use TV channels like Nexflix.
Because the furniture looked new, it was nice and comfortable to use. It was also nice that a clean brita filtered water dispenser was provided in the refrigerator.
Also, the cabin is located downtown. It was easy to take the kids to nearby cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores within 5 minutes.
Negative:
I'm not that very sensitive with cleanliness,
but I think kitchen equipment/ furniture
such as a dishwasher and shelve should always be clean.
All the chairs and tables outside could not be used while staying in the cabin. Before guests arrive, I hope the cleaning team at least clean it with water or shake off any dust that has accumulated on it.
Also, I think it will feel much better to use it if they clean the area around the hot tub as well.
I think it would make the atmosphere a little more refreshing if the lights change to more brilliant.

Overall had a solid experience at Tony's place. House was clean and comfortable and close to Berkeley Springs (walkable even). House can sleep 11 but we only stayed on the upper level which is more updated. Hot tub is a nice amenity and fire pit as well but we did not use this time due to rain.

Our stay at the property was great! Tony was super communicable and provided clear instructions for easy checkin. Location was quiet and peaceful. Hot tub was super clean and relaxing! Beds were very comfy. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Tony's cabin! The hot tub was a wonderful place to relax after a day of hiking, and the fire pit was great for hanging out. We didn't cook much but the kitchen seemed very well stocked with all the equipment you would need. Tony was a very proactive host in reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed.

Great rental in Berkeley Springs. Tony was one of the friendliest Airbnb hosts I've ever had -- very communicative, checking in to make sure everything was okay. What stood out though is we went to use the hot tub around 7 PM on Friday night and the chemicals seemed off as it was kind of foamy. I texted Tony and within an hour he had someone over to rebalance the water -- now that's service!
Helpful note for future guests: if you want to book the Berkeley Springs mineral baths on the weekends, it's best to do at least a week in advance. This is for both the state park and the private spas in town. Wish we knew this.

Location was great, overall the house was good. The kitchen and family room were recently renovated. Beds were comfy, and the hot tub was a great addition. Dishwasher and showers need a deep clean beyond the in-between guests cleaning.

My friend and I met at Tony's for a getaway weekend. It was winter and a great halfway point. The beds were comfortable and the house was fairly clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and made a fire in the upstairs fireplace. Making a fire was a bit difficult, as directions provided were unclear, and communication with the property managers and handyman wasn't very helpful. You need to bring your own firewood. The one thing that we did not really like is that there are no deadbolts on the doors and they are opened with a key, rather than a keypad. The doors only have one lock, and that made me a bit uneasy, as they could be opened easily. Overall though, it was a great place and we would probably visit again. Berkeley Springs is a neat little town!

We stayed here for NYE and the space was perfect for 3 families (11 people total)! The space was clean, organized, and had everything we needed as far as amenities, kitchen items, towels, etc. Tony was incredibly responsive, provided flexibility with the check in/out, and was proactive to make sure we had all necessary about the house. It was a great time and highly recommended!

This place is perfect - you feel like you’re up in the mountains, surrounded by trees on all sides, but you’re just a couple minutes from town with everything you could need. The house itself is fantastic, super comfy. Highly recommend

I booked this cabin for a Memorial Day weekend BBQ and it far surpassed our expectations. The size was perfect for our group. The location had plenty of hiking and water activities nearby for us. The neighbors were nice although we still felt we had plenty of privacy from them. The host was one of the best I’ve experienced on air bnb. The house manual covered any questions we might have and made the check-in/out process a breeze. I also appreciated them taking an address down to send any lost items. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

Tony’s place was peaceful and serene. The location is great, really close to downtown, shops, restaurants, and historic sites. We had never been to the area before but will definitely visit again! The decor at Tony’s place is really well designed, and relaxing. The mattresses are firm but comfortable, and the sheets are soft. The hot tub is a huge bonus, very relaxing! It looks onto the woods and is even more peaceful at night. As an added bonus, Tony’s place is really great for physical disabilities. As a disabled person I loved it! There are no steps, but a ramp to the entrance. The house is extremely accessible aside from the basement, which you could avoid stairs to by walking down outside, and the shower has a lip but it also has a built in seat. I didn’t have to struggle with any daily tasks or mobility issues at Tony’s place! That was such a nice surprising additional bonus to a really wonderful stay! Thanks so much Tony and family, we really enjoyed our first trip in years!

We enjoyed our stay over Easter/Spring break. The house was fully stocked with games, linens/towels, paper products etc…. The fire pit was perfect after a day of hiking, we were so busy we never used the hot tub.
This town is small but cacapon state park is close by and has tons of activities including an Easter egg hunt, nature center, horseback riding, and even more in the summer.
We enjoyed walking to the Cacapon Mountain Brewery, limited menu but lovely brewery with plenty of space and games for the kids.
Overall, we had a blast! The only thing we didn’t love were the bunk beds, they are high. We just moved the mattresses to the floor for the kids, easy fix.
Great house and location, thanks for letting us have a memorable Easter in your home!

This “cabin” nestled in the WV mountains is really a full house, with plenty of room for you and your guests! Tony’s place was super clean, well-appointed, and very quiet. I loved having coffee on the deck in the morning, and sitting in the hot tub at night under the stunning night sky! Neighbors are nearby but not close enough to disturb you. Walking into town is possible, though it requires going down and coming back up a relatively steep hill! The bathhouses, as well as a few local restaurants, are a 5 minute drive into town, and Cacapon Resort State Park is a 15 minute drive up the road. The driveway is a little tricky to navigate at first but if you follow Tony’s instructions you’ll be fine! Really appreciated the ramp leading to the house from the driveway, as my elderly dog has a tough time with stairs. Host was both thorough and communicative. One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in! Would stay here again, or at another property hosted by the same person.

We had a great weekend stay. Tony was very nice and there to answer any questions I had. The hot tub was a great. The driveway is a little small for our bigger truck and we found coming in the lower end then backing up the driveway was easier then pulling in and then backing out. Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay again.

Tony was super responsive & proactive from the very beginning. I loved that the cabin was pet friendly and that it wasn't located in a crazy or hard to find location. The best part of the cabin was definitely the fire pit outside- we had such a blast there. The shared spaces were intimate and cozy and I enjoyed the fact that there were tons of wine glasses available. The deck is lovely and the trash was easy to get to, plus it was VERY easy to get to the store when we had to make a quick run to the grocery store for more wood and champagne. I don't think any of us would book this cabin a second time, but we absolutely had a good time.

The home was an older home, mostly renovated. Very clean environment. The downstairs temperature was a little warmer then upstairs but it was comfortable. We were only downstairs to go to the hot tub. Very peaceful and beautiful property. Some houses surrounding but all and all very quiet. VERY close to town but I wouldn’t personally walk down the hill. I recommend this place.

I stayed at Tonys place for a ski trip and it was great! The basement was chilly at first but the house warmed up quickly. Directions to the house were really simple and clear and we were able to check in super early. Tony was kind and quick to respond and also allowed us to check out 30 minutes late too. Highly recommend this place!

Tony is a great, experienced host and was responsive to everything. We had two issues, and considered ourselves very lucky considering the storm and cold conditions that were happening across the US that weekend. The house is at the top of a circle, and even though Tony's house manual says to enter at the top of the circle, we were following the GPS as we entered the neighborhood, and our car couldn't make it up the icy, hilly street. We took another look at the manual and then realized we needed to double back and take the second left to enter at the top of the circle. The other issue was no Internet (heavy winds likely knocked it out). Tony had someone come and replace the router the next morning, which was Christmas Eve. The house is great and has everything you need, which was particularly helpful because, given the ice and the holiday, we weren't able to go out to get more kitchen/bathroom supplies. The house is cozy and spacious, and the hot tub was awesome.

This cabin was HUGE, the price is amazing you could have a big family vacation with literally PLENTY of beds, spacious fridge, the driveway is a bit tight but, easy to back out of, the hot tub was clean and so warm also had a cute little waterfall and pretty lights, really secluded! the heating system is AMAZING we were so comfy and warm, beds are memory foam genuinly helped my back realign, fully stocked kitchen i swear this place had EVERYTHING, and dont even get me on the shower i could really go on, body wash, shampoo, conditioner all there incase you forgot yours, 2 shower heads, a place to sit, swinging glass door lots of towels, 2 mirrors!! it was amazing (there are two showers aswell a second full bath downstairs) and the laundry room is fully stocked with all the things you could need for your laundry!!
It smells great, its so quiet, so close to town (litterally a 5 minuet walk) and town has lots of local shops and restaurants and spas
i plan to stay again and see the others2
